If your dreams of a Tuscany vacation include stunning views of vineyards, enjoyable times relaxing in a large luxury villa, lounging poolside, enjoyable excursions throughout the Chianti and Greve regions of Tuscany, then La Rosetta is the perfect villa for you. We find this property is especially good for a diverse group with accommodations in the four homes grouped together, the villa, cottage, barn and studio. The homes are not rented separately.

Luxury inclusions are private gym with hammam. 6 mountain bikes, weekly linen change.

Location

Ideally positioned in the desirable Chianti region, La Rosetta is located between the famous towns of Greve and Panzano in Chianti, both about a 15 minute drive. Explore wineries, scenic villages, Siena and Florence all an easy drive. The villa is located on a large, fine estate yet is very private, set back from the main road about 2 kilometers, a 5 minute drive on unpaved road.

Exterior

Relax on the terraces and around the pool or ramble the vineyards, olive orchards and woods that surround this well maintained, fully restored farm home. 

Interior

The living room with fireplace is cozy for lounging during cooler weather. The large country eat-in kitchen is where you can gather to enjoy preparing meals or appreciate the service of a local chef. There is a den on the ground floor with banquette seating and a TV. 

The cottage is not far from the main farmhouse. On the ground floor a full and very comfortable living room with fireplace and grand piano. On the second floor 2 bedrooms and baths.

The rose-covered barn has a living room, coffee station and two bedrooms with en suite baths on the second floor.

The charming compact studio has a bedroom, bathroom and floor to ceiling windows which flood the room with light. There is a lovely patio surrounded by prickly pears, where you can enjoy the outdoors.

Pool: Available mid-April to mid-October

Payment: Upon reserving, 30% of the total rent is non refundable. Final cleaning included in price.

Heating: Heat paid in cash locally, €350/week.

Shorter Stays: High and Mid season rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Shorter stays may be possible for other seasons, please request.

Services: Daily maid service, mid-week linen and towel change and final cleaning are included in rental.

Daily breakfast, wine tasting, personal chef, and additional cleaning can be arranged for an addtional cost.

Check in/Out: Check in 3:30 to 7:30pm, by appointment. Check out 10am.
