Welcome to Fleurie, a stunning two-bedroom, two-bathroom Parisian apartment set on charming rue Saint-Dominique in the heart of the 7th arrondissement. We love this location for its excellent dining and shopping options, and it's just moments from the Eiffel Tower and Champ de Mars gardens. Foodies will also delight in being so close to the vibrant rue Cler open-air market street. With A/C and a lovely long balcony, Fleurie is an elegant and comfortable home in the heart of Paris.

A True Parisian Dream on Rue Saint-Dominique

We fell in love with Fleurie. The designer touches and thoughtful layout make it feel like a real Parisian home — elegant but genuinely comfortable for day-to-day living. The location is extraordinary. Rue Saint-Dominique is lined with excellent bakeries, bistros, and boutiques, and the rue Cler market is steps away. Knowing the Eiffel Tower is right around the corner never got old. The long balcony was our favorite feature — two bistro tables overlooking a historic fountain and sidewalk cafés below. Morning coffee and evening apéros out there made us feel like we actually live in Paris. Complete with a partial Eiffel Tower view. Two well-appointed bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a separate dining room with open kitchen, and A/C throughout. We cooked in several nights with market ingredients and it felt wonderfully indulgent. The sofa bed in the living room is a nice bonus for extra guests. If you want an unbeatable Left Bank location with real Parisian elegance and comfort, Fleurie is it. We’re already planning our return.

Felt Like Home

From the moment we arrived we just felt at home. The apartment is beautiful but also very comfortable, which made it easy to settle in right away. We loved opening the balcony doors in the morning and sitting outside with coffee before heading out for the day. In the evenings we would do the same with a glass of wine and listen to the sounds of the neighborhood.

The Paris Perfect team made everything simple, from planning our stay to meeting us when we arrived. It all felt very smooth and welcoming. The second bedroom was perfect for when our kids came to visit for a few days. It gave everyone their own space and made the trip even more special. We would happily stay here again!

Rue Cler Converted Us

We did not think of ourselves as food people before this trip, but something changed staying at Fleurie. There’s so much in the neighborhood! We found ourselves going to the market every day just to see what looked good. By the time we left we had all our favorite shops picked out. And now we only want our pain au chocolat from Les Gourmandises d’Eiffel! The apartment itself is lovely and so well located, but the real surprise was how much we enjoyed living like locals. We are already talking about when we can come back.
