Our stay at the Fleming was perfect for our family of three. The location, layout, and amenities contributed to a memorable and stress free family vacation.

Translation: It was a wonderful house. Everything you needed was in the house. We stayed very comfortably. The location is excellent, very close to the metro and the market. If I go again, I would stay in this house again.

Probably about the best rental experience I have ever had. Service was great and responsive, the place was immaculate and well thought out for short-term stays, great location , great location and overall a 10/10 experience.

We enjoy our stay in Chelsea. The flat was very cozy and exactly as described. The washer/dryer combo came in handy. We were there when Chelsea Football Club won the FIFA WORLD CUP, and the pub across the way went nuclear! Hooray!

This was a great experience. It was a short walk to the underground. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals at the place, and there were local restaurants within a few minutes’ walk. Felt like a very safe area. We did happen to stay during a heatwave, but the open windows were able to cool the place down at night. Would definitely stay there again. We loved the personal touch of the check in process. It made us feel very welcomed.

The flat was spotlessly clean and well furnished. I appreciated the quality of the sheets and towels. I definitely recommend the flat to anyone whilst staying in London for its quality/price as well as the convenience of its location. Also the local contact made the arrival seamless and welcoming. He actually ran out to buy an umbrella for me since it was raining!

As with all of our other Stays with London Perfect and Paris Perfect our time at one of their apartments was memorable and gave us that unique insight and experience of living like a local. Great apartment with plenty of space that was well equipped. Bus stops right out the front, easy to grab a taxi/uber and the Tube station was close by. A lovely 2 weeks in London made perfect! Thanks and we will use Vacation Perfect again!

Fleming was the perfect flat for me and my grandson. The apartment was well equipped, comfortable and immaculate and within easy walking distance to the Broadway Fulham underground and the neighborhoods and shops of lovely Chelsea. What a wonderful home base for touring London and for getting to know Fulham, which has delights of its own. As always, Vacation Perfect came through!

My Sister, husband and I stayed in the Fleming for 15 days! It was fantastic! The staff was extremely accommodating and the flat was clean, spacious and very conveniently located in order to see everything that London and beyond has to offer! Highly recommend London Perfect!

A beautifully appointed apartment in a great location, close to the tube, shops and other London attractions! We enjoyed a Chelsea Football Club match as well as neighborhood pubs. The Fleming was a perfect place to relax-quiet, cosy and comfortable. I will definitely recommend and return again! Thanks to the wonderful staff who made our stay terrific!

My daughter & I had a wonderful stay here at the Fleming apartments. Our hosts were extremely hospitable, seeing to our every query & request. Being in such a lovely neighborhood and so close to the tube at Fulham Broadway made the week super memorable! For me, getting to see Chelsea Football Club play at Stamford Bridge was a true thrill. I highly recommend visiting the grounds even if a match isn't available. We had a terrific dinner at The Butcher's Hook pub across from the stadium—friendly and great food. Other highlights were the McFly 21st anniversary concert at the O2, lunch at Duck & Waffle (what a view!), the musical Mamma Mia!, and walking through Kensington & Hyde Park—perfect! Thanks for a lovely stay; we will be recommending this to our friends who come to London.

Lovely place. Great area. London Perfect staff were really on it. Rare to be welcomed and settled in like that, at least in London. I’d say this property is superior to most similar priced places in London and I’d definitely stay there again. It’d be close to the top of my list.

Superb location with easy access around London metro; immediate vicinity nice. Townhouse nicely prepared for short or long stays. My only suggestion is to replace phone calls to UK numbers with voice calls on Signal app and to provide a keyless entry option on arrival.

My family stayed for 5 nights at the Fleming Apartment, it was amazing. Well located, very spacious and the greater was very kind and helpful . We strongly recommend!

We had a very comfortable stay at the Fleming flat in Chelsea which made our visit to London all the more enjoyable. We easily traveled throughout the city from this location mainly using the underground tube. The London Perfect staff was top-notch. We would not hesitate to use them again when we return to this great city.

Well furnished and spacious apartment. Wonderful location near tube and bus stops, just a block or two from Stamford Bridge and surrounding pubs. Recommend Santa Maria for pizza, Chelsea Creperie for crepes, and Kings Arms for a pint.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. Fulham Broadway station is about an 8 minute walk or the bus stop is on the street, and an abundant supply of taxis. Restaurants to recommend that are walkable are The Harwood Arms, a pub with a Michelin star, it is amazing but it is a set menu so make sure you check the menu before you go. La Mia Mamma, lovely pasta, it was featured on Stanley Tucci's Searching for Italy, the one on Hollywood Road was the one where they filmed. Not walkable but amazing was Villa Mamas Middle Eastern restaurant on Elystan Street, Chelsea. Near there is Chelsea Green which had some amazing looking restaurants that we will try next time. We also went to Shoreditch which is full of great restaurants. We tried Manteca and it was so good. Walk along Redchurch Street for the shops + up to Brick Lane for the vintage shoes.

The location was ideal, close to all necessary amenities. The flat was a perfect haven for 2-3 people, offering a luxurious two-bedroom space with abundant natural light and remarkable comfort. Situated on Kings Road, it made shopping effortlessly convenient, and the proximity to Sloane Square, buses, and the overground station (3-7 minute walks) added to the convenience.

Venturing out was a breeze – Fulham Broadway tube station was just a 5-7 minute walk away, allowing quick access to Kensington Palace and museums in just two stops. A personal highlight was discovering the incredible pizza spot, Made in Italy, a short walk or bus ride up Kings Road. I couldn't recommend this place more – a perfect blend of an ideal location and a beautifully designed flat.

We loved this bright airy flat with lots of space and a very convenient location. Walking distance to Chelsea Harbour and a wonderful jogging route around Battersea Park. The bus stop is just outside the flat and the tube is a 5-8 minute walk. The flat is super lovely with spacious rooms and a beautiful bathroom and living space. The kitchen is equipped with most essentials needed. Definitely will be going back there when in London.
