Elegante

First off, the apartment is even more beautiful than the photos - large, clean, a well-stocked kitchen, high end linens, and a terrific house manager. The neighborhood is quiet with restaurants, cafes, groceries all a few minutes away. It's a 10 minute walk to the Vatican and 10 minutes to the Spanish Steps area. We stayed for a month and it really felt like home. We were sorry to leave. My advice: don't hesitate; book this apartment!

Great apartment in a very quiet neighborhood. The place is immaculate, and extremely comfortable. We loved the location. It is a quick walk to the Vatican or Spanish Steps. If we return to Rome, we would absolutely want to stay here again. Additionally, the staff at Italy Perfect is outstanding. Accommodating in every way.

Everything about this stay was perfect! The unit was spotless, spacious, and very well equipped. And the location was super convenient and easily walkable to the majority of the ancient city historic sites and attractions, and The Vatican. Located in a safe walkable neighborhood with many shops and restaurants within comfortable walking distance. Would strongly recommend for a central Rome location!

What a PERFECT base from which to explore and enjoy all that is uniquely ROMA! Our group of 9 adults found the property spotless and superbly equipped from top to bottom! Check in was personalized, flexible, and easy, and all advance communications prior to arrival and once onsite, were timely, efficient, and professional! The apartment is ideally located with easy walking access to shopping, restaurants, groceries, and public transportation, and just a 15 -10 minute walk from the center of the Old City and the Vatican! Only recommendation would be to upgrade the sofa's in the main living area as they are beginning to show a bit of wear and tear.

Greeter was awesome, we had a toilet that wouldn't flush the first day and she sent the plumber right over the second day. It was needed as we had 4 couples from our family. Very comfortable beds, great location. Were able to walk to lots of things, and the train was close as well.

L'appartement est bien localise, dans une rue très calme (même avec un hôtel en face, aucun dérangement). Les chambres et les salles de bains sont très bien. The apartment is well located, on a very quiet street (even with a hotel opposite, no disturbance). The bedrooms and bathrooms are great. An available, attentive and very friendly host. Property was gorgeous. The amenities were lovely and the location was perfect as it was on a quiet street yet minutes away from restaurants, shops, cafes. Our host was very sweet and communicative throughout the stay. She even stocked the home with water and fruits and few snacks for our arrival which was so nice after a long trip. Highly recommend. We felt very safe in the area and were out till midnight on most nights with kids

We had a great time. There we 7 of us. The place is located close to most of the places one wants to see. Metro station was close. Great please to stay for larger groups!

This place is great. We stayed here with 8 people, 4 adults and 4 kids. It was safe, clean, easy to use, and enough room to really spread out! We needed WiFi, AC, and a place to wash and dry our clothes and they did not disappoint. The beds were comfortable and clean. The location is nice because it was more residential and less tourist so you had more local restaurants. Thanks again!

This is such a wonderful place to stay. It was clean and spacious. 4 adults and 4 kids stayed here and were able to cool off, connect to WiFi and wash our clothes. Apartment was in great location and well stocked and furnished - Would definitely stay again

The apartment was spacious and sparking clean. Beds all very comfortable. Bathrooms beautiful and updated. Sunny large windows. Five minute walk to subway and bus lines even closer. Many shops and restaurants one block away on Main Street but street of the house is quiet and residential, a lovely combo. We had room for three adults and four children to have space and privacy. Our flight was greatly delayed and our greeter was very flexible about meeting us late to let us inside. Italy Perfect communicated early and often and helped arrange cars to airport. A great stay!

This home was the perfect place for a family of eight. It's every bit as beautiful as the pictures. The location is the perfect distance to walk almost everywhere and the neighborhood is filled with great restaurants and shops. The house manager welcomed us warmly and was available to answer every question we had during our stay. We can't wait to go back.

We spent a week in Elegante over the Thanksgiving vacation and it was spectacular. Very centrally located, exactly as shown in the pictures, and the check-in/check-out process was exceptionally smooth. Our greeter was very accommodating on our arrival schedule and also had a number of great suggestions for local restaurants. We really can't say enough great things about our experience in flat as well as the overall experience with Italy Perfect. We will certainly look nowhere else when we come back!

We were a group of 8 and loved this apartment. Great space, quiet neighborhood. Great location wonderful hospitality throughout the stay by our hostess.

We had a fantastic time during our month-long stay in Elegante. We, and our guests, enjoyed everything about it. The apartment quality is high and it is totally equipped. The manager is great; always available when we needed her and ready with answers.

Car service was fantastic. Restaurant was lovely, apartment gorgeous! Thank you for all your help in organizing everything!!!!! Will definitely recommend going through your service again!!!!

The apartment and location nothing short of fabulous. Traveled with family of 6 (aged 8-78) and each had their own (5) bedrooms. Location is just outside (2 blocks) the old city (Prati) easily accessible by cab or very short walk. Apartment is huge with 15 feet ceiling and beautifully decorated. This is the way a Rome trip is meant to be. Best part for me is that the apartment in every room is incredibly quiet. As a New Yorker I needed that break when on vacation. All good, sites etc easily accessible. Only negative I would say is that while the apartment is air conditioned it was still a tad warm be it in we were in a July heat wave. I think air conditioner adequate but it was just my American sensibility and used to freezing AC even in hottest days of summer. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This was a very lovely apartment in the heart of Rome! Extended family of nine traveling in Rome, and this great apartment was just what we needed! Everyone had their own space, and there was even A/C in the extremely hot days we were there. Our host was very gracious and thorough in providing details about the apartment and Rome. Hermoso y amplio departamento! muy elegante y bien decorado, tiene muchos espacios hermosos. Esta muy bien ubicado en una zona residencial, pero con mucho comercio, restaurantes y supermercados. A unos pasos de la Piazza del Popolo.. puedes ir a pie hasta el Vaticano y Castel San Angelo. Las anfitrionas de lujo. Nos dejaron regalos y atenciones. Sin duda volveremos

Beautiful and spacious apartment! very elegant and well decorated, it has many beautiful spaces. It is very well located in a residential area, but with a lot of shops, restaurants and supermarkets. A few steps from Piazza del Popolo... you can walk to the Vatican and Castel San Angelo. The hostesses left us gifts and hospitality. We will definitely be back

This apartment is just stunning. It is huge, the layout is fantastic, and it was just a pleasure to stay in. It is beautifully decorated, with large bedrooms and bathrooms. The neighborhood is peaceful and beautiful, with amazing shopping just a block away on Via Cola di Rienzo and great restaurants everywhere. Communication with the hosts was easy and quick. The apartment was well stocked with kitchen supplies and bathroom necessities. We would love to be back soon!

Excellent apartment, great for large families, one floor with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Location is very good, walking distance to most of the attractions and shopping. All communications with the greeter were really good.

Amazing apartment and location. Family of 6 could fit great here. Could walk to many of Rome's amazing sights. We had a blast here and the 2 years was worth the wait for this trip. Ate too much pizza and gelato, but created many great memories. Loved exploring the bowels of Rome. 

The management company was really nice and helpful. A nice place - we would stay there again.

My family and I stayed here over the Christmas holidays and had a wonderful time. The apartment is spacious and well stocked with all the amenities you might need. We mostly ate out but the times we cooked a light meal, the kitchen was really nice. Check in was very easy and everyone at Vacation Perfect was incredibly helpful. There a lots of wonderful restaurants nearby. We walked to many of the sites nearby, including the Vatican, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and the Pantheon.

We visited Rome, Florence, and Venice and stayed at Italy Perfect properties at all three stops (Elegante in Rome, S. Croce Medici in Florence, and Cassia in Venice). We had an amazing time and would highly recommend Italy Perfect to anyone! I was especially appreciative of the excellent services offered by Italy Perfect staff that ensured we had unforgettable experiences everywhere we went (e.g. airport transfers, background on locations, tips and tricks, etc.). Thank you, Italy Perfect - five stars!

The apartment was absolutely stunning, clean and had everything you needed. There was more than enough room for the five of us. Everything is very walkable and we ate it several very good restaurants within blocks. Check in with very easy and we enjoyed the snacks and other goodies left for us. We had an amazing time and didn't want to leave! We will be back and we will be renting the London in Paris apartments as well. Thank you again to our wonderful hosts!!
