Located on the 6th floor of an elegant Haussmannian building with elevator, this fully air-conditioned apartment features a balcony running along the main living areas, with two bistro tables and charming views over Parisian rooftops to the golden dome of Les Invalides.

Incredibly luminous thanks to its south-facing position and long balcony, the open-plan living room, dining area and kitchen are beautifully arranged for daily life in Paris. The living room is centered around an original mantel and a carefully curated mix of antique and contemporary furnishings. The kitchen and dining area feature custom cabinetry, full-sized appliances and Swedish-inspired details. From the kitchen, step out to a sunny spot on the balcony – perfect for a morning café or relaxed evening at home.

A serene and beautifully finished space, bedroom 1 features an elegant vine-print wall covering paired with an antique headboard from Florence in the same rich green tone. Madelyn knew this apartment was special the moment she saw the long balcony and its view over Parisian rooftops to the golden dome of Les Invalides. Even better, you can spot that same golden dome reflected in the mirrored wardrobes in bedroom 1 – a little Paris detail we absolutely love!
