Situated just 15 minutes from the beautiful city of Lucca you’ll love the privacy and luxury and the easy access to Lucca, Forte dei Marmi and day trips by car or train to see the sites of Florence, Pisa and beyond.

Atop a hill, reaching by a paved country road, the gated estate has jaw-dropping views of green, rolling hills. Incredibly, on some days you can even spot the Leaning of Tower of Pisa in the far distance!

Meticulously renovated by Italian craftsmen to the highest quality, the villa respects traditional Tuscan architecture, enhanced with modern amenities. Enjoy meals on the terrace under the pergola, splash or do laps in the azure pool or cook up a pizza in the outdoor pizza oven.

The care with which the villa has been furnished is evident the minute you step across the threshold. The ground floor has multiple sets of French doors leading to the outdoor terrace. Four working fireplaces add a cozy atmosphere during the cooler months. Villa Coratina is great for family or friends with five beautiful bedrooms and six bathrooms.

Things To Note

Location: Lucca

Cooling: A/C in all bedrooms. Entire top floor air conditioned.

Pool: There are no alarms for the pool. Guests are fully responsible for safety of all. Pool can be heated in the fall and winter months for an additional charge.

Payment: Upon reserving, 30% of the total rent is non-refundable.

€2,000 damage deposit, refundable less damages, paid in cash on arrival or preauthorized to a credit card

Final cleaning is included in price.

Utilities/Taxes: Heat and A/C dates on/off, daily cycles and temperatures are set by government.

Booking Period: Saturday to Saturday bookings

Services: Daily continental breakfast service included 8-10am. Cost of food extra.

Flowers throughout property upon arrival.
Housekeeping 7 days a week Mon.-Sat 8am-2pm Sun. 9am-1pm

Vorno (5 mins driving)
A quiant town just minutes from the Fiore Villa. Perfect for gathering groceries at the local supermarket or dining at one of the many delightful restaurants. Surrounded by hills and trails this is a perfect place to wonder and explore the sights and sounds of the Tuscan countryside.
Lucca (15 mins driving)
Famous for its medieval wall that encircles the city, a wonderful walk or bike ride. Wander the streets to see the piazza that was a roman amphitheater where emperors met. Good dining and shopping.
Pisa (20 mins driving)
Of course, you must visit this great town and climb the leaning tower! The cathedral is excellent. Take a tour. Home of Galileo. Ancient enemy of Florence and source of its salt with the consequence that Florentine bread has not salt, to this day, resulting in many Florentine dishes containing stale bread.
Viareggio (30 mins driving)
This seaside town has several of the longest beaches in Italy. Enjoy the beautful beaches with iconicly colorful umbrellas and blue sea. Stroll along the palm-lined promenade and exlpore countless boutiques, ice cream parlors and restaurants.
Forte dei Marmi (40 mins driving)
