Spent four days in Paris with a couple friends to take in the beautiful city. The location was perfect, and we had access to restaurants, wine, cheese, shopping, suites and more! Nothing beats the view of the Eiffel Tower that we had at this residence. The property was just as described, and very comfortable for our stay. The Paris Perfect staff was very quick to respond with any questions that we had. I would definitely stay here again!

Ridiculously close to landmarks and museums 🙂 so many good eateries around and enjoyed to live like a Parisian in the 7th ARR 🙂

The living room view with a view of the Eiffel Tower was really fantastic and it was a comfortable accommodation that felt like my home. I was so grateful that I was able to have another good time before going to the airport by storing my luggage after checkout.

I stayed in the place with my family (total of five). Very clean place and the view is awesome. We enjoyed it very much. The only issue is the small elevator so if you have a lot of luggage, you will need multiple rounds to the apt (in 6th floor). Other than that, great hosts and very beautiful place. Nice surroundings and restaurants, cafes, and markets are very nearby.

HIGHLY recommend staying here if you’re in Paris. Prime location, very walkable, lots to do, and most importantly the VIEW of the Eiffel Tower is absolutely amazing and even better in person, you get views from multiple spots in the house! Host is very proactive and welcoming, definitely would stay here again or another listing under this same host considering the great experience.

This apartment is a dream come true!! The view of the Eiffel Tower is mesmerizing whether it be when you wake up, during sunset or as it sparkles in the evening. The location of the apartment is central to transportation, Eiffel Tower, cafes, bistros, patisseries and Rue Cler. The apartment was very clean and felt luxurious in each room. There were many little touches that made it feel welcoming which included, wine, juice, milk, coffee and many travel books to browse. It was nice to have a home base to make a breakfast, dinner or even a charcuterie board with wine to relax at the end of the day. There were a total of 6 adults staying here and we all felt very comfortable with the accommodations. The service of the staff was impeccable. We thoroughly appreciated Omi's help greeting us on our first day in Paris. We will definitely return to this apartment in the future and recommend it to everyone we know.

The location was absolutely perfect, our family had a great time exploring the neighborhood which had plenty of nice cafes. Proximity to Eiffel Tower + the view could not be beat.

 

We had a great time staying at the Cognac apartment through Paris Perfect. The apartment and its amenities were as described on the listing. The area was convenient to get to local groceries, shops, and restaurants. It was convenient getting to bus stops and train stations. Situated on the top (6th) floor of the building, we had a spectacular view of the Eiffel Tower and many of the nearby rooftops of the area. Omi was very helpful in meeting us on day 1 to orient us to the entire apartment and gave us some recommendations for the city and area. The bottle of wine, milk, juice, and coffee were great touches to get our stay started. We wish the total cost of the stay would be a little less expensive, but for the location, amenities, and space it was perfect for our group of 6 adults. Would recommend!

Stunning apartment with an incredible view of the Eiffel Tower. Very quiet building yet great location but bars and restaurants close by.

The location and the views were perfect. I was traveling with my three-month-old, who needed to nap continuously - so the house was a grand haven to hunker down in while my family went off to site see. It had everything I needed. I would definitely come back again.

A truly luxurious and incredible apartment! We truly could not get over the views of the Eiffel tower. The kitchen was huge, and the bedrooms were decorated so beautifully. The living room feels so special to simply hang out in! The area is absolutely perfect for shops and restaurants and a short walk to the Eiffel Tower. The Paris Perfect team were beyond kind and responsive and wonderful to work with. The Victor taxi service was amazing and professional. What an incredible experience overall!

This was the best choice we could’ve made. Not only was the view of the Eiffel Tower magnificent, but the location was amazing. Our street was very walkable, with shops, cafes and bakeries right downstairs. Lastly, the apartment was beautiful and well appointed. With windows everywhere it was very bright and it was tastefully decorated. We would highly recommend it and would stay again when we’re back in Paris!

We had a wonderful four night stay at the Cognac apartment. The apartment was exactly as pictured and was perfect for our family of four. The greeter called me as we were driving to the apartment from the airport to let us know that the apartment was ready early and that he’d meet us there to let us in and give us a tour of the place - such a nice touch and a welcomed surprise after taking the overnight flight and not sleeping much. The view of the Eiffel Tower can’t be beat! It’s so magical to be able to look out from the living room, den, and balcony and see the Eiffel Tower. The neighborhood is great with restaurants and shops and only a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Towel and about a 15 minute walk to the Invalides. I would highly recommend this apartment and look forward to hopefully returning soon.

We spent 4 weeks staying at Cognac and loved the apartment- the location is fantastic, the view of the Eiffel Tower amazing and the apartment itself is well laid out, spacious and quiet. Modernized bathrooms and AC was much appreciated. The Paris perfect team was very responsive to all inquiries. Altogether a wonderful stay.

The magnificent location of this apt indeed makes it “Paris Perfect” and the neighborhood restaurants and shops add to its appeal. The kitchen is well appointed, bathrooms clean, and AC wonderful for summer in Paris. The only improvements suggested are a cleaner, less worn living room carpet and more comfortable sofas. To wake up each morning with coffee on the balcony overlooking the Eiffel Tower is a dream come true!

From the time we arrived to when we left, everything was exactly how we expected it and was communicated to us. Victor cabs was at the airport when we arrived and our hosts were there to greet us and get us settled when we arrived. Perfect! The view was incredible from the balcony as we were fortunate to have excellent weather during our stay. The location was central to everywhere we wanted to go, and when we needed to use the transit, there was a station nearby. Perfect! When it was time for us to leave, the instructions were clear and we appreciate the flexibility to allow us to depart an hour later as that time allowed us to better align with our departure timing. Perfect! We will definitely look toward using this service again in the future.

As so many reviews have said: the photos don’t do it justice. The apartment’s location is superb, both for the views and access to such attractions as Rue Cler. Would definitely stay again.

We did a Girls' Trip & from the moment we walked into the apartment we all fell in love with the place! We immediately knew we made the right decision to book through Paris Perfect as opposed to staying in a hotel. The location couldn't be better. The incredible view of the Eiffel Tower greeting us first thing every morning & being our evening night light, who could want for anything more. All of the comforts of home & more. Plenty of space for 3 women to have their own privacy when desired as well as terrific together space to reminisce at the end of the day & plan our next adventures. Each one of us felt so safe coming & going as we pleased in this safe, beautiful neighborhood. The young men who greeted us upon our arrival were very helpful & professional. The written instructional documentation was also appreciated, a great quick reference reminder & the Paris overview as well as the local overview of the 7th was a very informative & useful guide throughout our stay. Restaurant recommendations were spot on as well as some of the other tips & hints. I also would strongly encourage using the recommended airport transportation service, Victor's Cab Service, they were fantastic!

The only downside was an elevator ‘en panne’ for three days, for which Paris Perfect cannot be held responsible!

Great location, wonderful place. The pictures are exactly what you get - a killer apartment that looks at the Eiffel Tower. Checkin was super easy and I also used the recommended taxi service for a lift back and forth to Nord for trains - flawless pickup experience. If you have the $$$ - this is how you do Paris right.

Incredible view of the Eiffel Tower. A memory our family won’t soon forget. The beds and linens were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. It was one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed in. I can’t think of anything that could make the place better.

Perfect home base for a week in Paris. The view is stunning! Apartment was very well appointed, had everything we needed for a family with 2 young kids. The neighbor was great as well. Lots of lovely shops close by for all food and household needs and easily walkable to all the sights.

The location is just right, great neighborhood and 5 min walks to the metro. Oh my the view is as seen in the picture. Yes the Eiffel Tower is right there! The kitchen and washer dryer were for sure used and were a big plus.

We loved the Cognac. The Eiffel Tower view and the size of the balcony was even better than we expected from the pictures. The bathrooms were nice and had great water pressure. The apartment is in an amazing location with a great Italian restaurant right below it. It is close to everything.

The experience was very good with Paris Perfect. They were flexible with early check in and late check out. The apartment was clean, spacious exactly as the displayed pictures. It is comfortable and cozy and fits for 6 to 8 people easily. The apartment location is nice with a beautiful view on the Eiffel tour and surrounded with coffee shops, restaurants and a mini market. All in all, I recommend the apartment to visitors.

The 2 months of our stays went very well, even if I have to stay 12 days in the hospital, but my wife and my daughter stay at the apartment not far from me. The apartment is very spacious, very clean, functional, quiet and has a nice terrace with a pleasant view. The house is very nice, and it is very comfortable. It has a beautiful view and it is quiet.

The place was much better than we expected. It was a spacious 3-bedroom with plenty of closet space for a long stay. A beautiful balcony and great views of the Eiffel Towel 24/7. The place was exceptionally clean and the building was very secure. The location is great with lots of supermarkets and bakeries and butcher shops close by, not to mention walking distance from Champs de Mars. All of the amenities, the pots/pans in the kitchen, the linens and towels were top grade and made the stay very comfortable. Moreover, since we stayed for a month, when we had questions or needed some help with a few things, the Paris Perfect team were outstanding in their response and support. Definitely recommend it.

I've stayed in Paris many many times, but never did I had such an amazing experience. The view was just stunning. Words don't do it justice. If you want to explore Paris, don't book this apartment! It is so comfortable that you don't want to leave!

We stayed for three nights and two days and our stay was very comfortable and that apartment was well maintained, provided with all amenities and aesthetically great!

The apartment was clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The view was amazing. We watched the Eiffel Tower light show nightly sitting on the couch or balcony. It was spectacular! The location was great. We parked the car upon arrival and walked everywhere. There's really great food options outside the front door of the apartment and grocery stores near by. I definitely recommend this apartment.

Cognac is absolutely beyond my expectations. The place is beautiful, and the view to Eiffel Tower breathless. The staff of Paris Perfect was in communication, gave super clear directions and helped me with Victor booking for transportation. By the way, Victor is the most amazing guy, he picked us up at the airport, gave us his car wifi access, picked up our luggage on the day we left the apartment (for an extra fee) and took us to the airport, where he indicated us the Booth for check in and boarding gate, absolutely recommend to hire him. About the location: is perfect, several restaurants, (even 5 with Michelin stars) convenience stores, boulangeries, pastisseries, fromageries... walking distance to L'hotel des Invalides, and to Eiffel Tower. We went to celebrate my parents 48 marriage anniversary, and we all had the most amazing time. Thank you to all Paris Perfect team for an outstanding experience!

It's amazing apartment! Thanks for the best views, we had an amazing weekend and want to come again, one of the best views of the Eiffel Tower! There is a bakery nearby with delicious croissants and everything you need.

We live just 1.5km away, but we needed a change of scenery for our confined holidays #covidtimes. While we lived in this arrondissement for years now, it was still a wonderful experience waking up and going to sleep to the unique and amazing view of Paris rooftops and the Eiffel terrace. The terrace is also large enough to comfortably hang out and eat outdoors - which is very rare in the city. The apartment itself is comfortable, cozy, well equipped and sparkling clean. Located at the heart of rue Grenelle and only a few steps away from rue Cler, many great food shops are readily available. Champs de Mars is just a few steps away for those necessary walks for all the big gourmands like us. We definitely recommend this apartment!”

This apartment is located in a fabulous area. The apartment is well appointed and worked very well. We loved the place. We were 6 adults and it worked quite well. The view was exceptional. We would return.

Once again, Paris Perfect did not disappoint. The view of the Eiffel Tower was spectacular! There were six of us staying at the Cognac, and there was plenty of room and storage space. The staff at Paris Perfect is always wonderful (we have stayed twice at the Chateau Latour) and they are very accommodating. Anytime, we want to rent an apartment in Paris, it will be with Paris Perfect!

The Cognac apartment was as shown in the pictures on the website. In short, it was very clean, updated and impeccable. The Paris Perfect team was excellent to deal with and made our arrival easy. They provided a very detailed document listing amenities around the apartment and Paris in general, which was very helpful, as well as information on how to get around using taxis and the transit system. They made the check in very simple and the check out equally as simple. One item of note, the Cognac is on the 6th floor and therefore is approximately 120 steps from the ground floor. They have a small elevator which takes about 2 people and 2 pieces of luggage. Having said this, the steps were a great way to work off a big lunch and dinner. I would recommend the Cognac as well as the Paris Perfect team.

We absolutely loved the apartment. Extremely clean and the view of the Eiffel Tower was just an incredible. Great location to get anywhere in Paris. Grocery store right down the block was extremely convenient and lots of nice little restaurants right there.

What can I say about our stay at the beautiful Cognac apartment? When I walked in the apartment, the first thing I did was open the doors to the beautiful terrace. I was looking forward to our amazing view of the Eiffel Tower and it did not disappoint. We watched the Tower light up every evening and it took our breath away. The beautiful furnishings and decor along with the comfortable bedding made our stay certainly a home away from home. The staff at Paris Perfect was so helpful in introducing us to our apartment upon arrival and all of the literature with instructions were helpful in making sure we knew how to work each appliance. This trip was a bucket list trip for me as I battle terminal cancer. Being able to spend time in Paris with my sister and two best friends in the luxurious Cognac apartment was truly a dream come true.

Our family holiday to Paris was made even more special due to the Magnificent Cognac apartment we stayed in, supplied to us by Paris Perfect. Every day when we ventured out to explore this amazing city and its wonderful cultures we knew we'd be coming back to a luxurious place that felt like home. The young lady that greeted us on our arrival was lovely and gave us the full tour of the premises and made her self available for anything we needed over our stay. When you see the marketing photos on the Paris Perfect website of the balcony view of the Eiffel tower for the Cognac suite, trust me its NOT photoshopped, it's magnificent and real. We loved out time in Paris thanks to Paris perfect and we're already planning our next return adventure, thanks again Paris perfect for the wonderful memories.

Our week at Cognac was truly spectacular! A beautiful apartment with everything we could ask for from an Eiffel Tower view dreams are made of to a home away from home lacking nothing. The Paris Perfect team was stellar. We are so grateful for all they did to make our stay easy and enjoyable!

The name Paris Perfect describes it perfectly! Wonderful place. Unbelievable views. It was the best part of our trip. We started off in Rome went to Venice and then Paris this place was and is amazing.

Perfection every way! For months we talked about sipping wine on the balcony and watching the Eiffel Tower sparkle - we were not disappointed. The Cognac was a beautiful apartment for our family vacation. Everyone had plenty of room and privacy. The linens were also top quality and the kitchen was most efficient. The location was perfect. Every morning we took a short walk for croissants and other goodies. We were close to the metro and so many restaurants. I would highly recommend the Cognac!

Beautiful apartment! Well decorated, as usual. This is my 7th stay in a Paris Perfect/London Perfect apartment. There was an outstanding view of Eiffel Tower and Paris rooftops. My two sisters and mother stayed at Cognac for nine days in late April/early May. It was very comfortable for the four of us. The pull out trundle bed in the 3rd bedroom came in handy. There was tons of storage for suitcases and clothes. The washer and dryer very easy to work. There is an excellent boulangerie about three doors down and excellent restaurants within walking distance. Also, bus 87 is right around the corner and will take you to numerous places in 7th and St Germain area. Several grocery stores, cheese shops, and wine shops are a short walk away.

We had the most wonderful stay at the Cognac Apartment, the apartment had everything one could need. The location was excellent: fully equipped, wonderful sheets and towels (very important and often overlooked). But truly it was the customer service provided by Paris Perfect that made this a truly unforgettable trip. We were informed before our arrival that our original booking The Rully, was under repair/cleaning of the exterior during our entire stay and had scaffolding on the exterior. I got a prompt email over the weekend and was offered an upgrade to the Cognac Apartment. The apartment was fabulous and an upgrade from the apartment we had rented. I have traveled all over Europe for the past three years with my children with a mind to exposing them to diverse experiences and to open their eyes to other cultures and people, we always stay in apartments. When a company like Paris Perfect recognizes that these trips, likely for many, to be a once in a lifetime opportunity, it is brilliant. Paris Perfect provided an excellent service to me and my family. The quick response when we found ourselves in the midst of a train strike was further confirmation of the commitment to clients and to meeting all our needs. I rarely write reviews because sadly I rarely find exceptional service but Paris Perfect earned it and it is my pleasure to write this review. We booked the Cognac apartment for a family stay in Paris and it was a perfect choice. The apartment itself was beautiful and the views of the Eiffel Tower were breathtaking. The neighborhood was lovely too with a fantastic bakery and grocery shops a few doors down. This is our favorite condo in Paris. There's a great view of the Eiffel Tower. There was a well-equipped kitchen, which was necessary since we like to eat all our evening meals at home and love to cook. There is a great grocery, bakery and wine stores on the same block. Also restaurants perfect for breakfast and dinner across the street. However, our favorite was Cafe de Mars on Rue Augereau. The owner, Pierre, is a very friendly guy who speaks perfect English as he worked in the US for 3 years. This was our 2nd time staying in Cognac, and the 6th time using Paris Perfect. It is just right for 2 to 4 people. Also, it is very convenient for the 69, 80, 87 (does not run on Sunday) and 42 buses. The team are great and make the visit there even better!

This was our second stay in Cognac. Our thought was to come back a second time would make it feel like returning to our apartment. That is exactly what it felt like; the neighborhood and the apartment felt like home to us. We will come "home" again, I hope soon.

The Cognac apartment is a lovely place in a good building with an elevator and a grand view of the Eiffel Tower. The immediate neighborhood is great with several very good restaurants, an excellent boulangerie and patisserie that has the best eclair we tasted on the trip. The M is a short walk and from the stop Ecole Militaire it is convenient to most places a tourist would wa t to go. The Reservation service is very good for restaurants. The staff were very kind and most helpful and we highly recommend the Paris Perfect team and the Cognac apartment

We loved staying at the Cognac. The view of the Eiffel Tower was absolutely beautiful! We enjoyed having a nice size balcony to enjoy our coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. A wonderful way to start and end our day. The apt was so well laid out; the living area facing the street with the incredible view and the bedrooms in the back facing a quiet courtyard. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bathrooms are spacious, the beds were comfortable, and there is plenty of storage. The apt is beautifully furnished with a perfect blend of old world and modern touches. The neighborhood was a nice refuge to come back to after a busy day of sightseeing. There are so many great little shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Everyone we met was so friendly and helpful that we felt right at home. Especially the wonderful people at Le Petit Caillou! My husband and I were celebrating our 35th Wedding anniversary and Paris Perfect helped to make it a trip of a lifetime!

This was our third stay in Paris with ParisPerfect and the second time in the lovely Cognac. We were with friends who had never visited Paris before and they were blown away by the view from the apartment, the apartment itself, the neighborhood and Paris in general. The apartment is absolutely perfect for two couples and is ideally located. We have become very familiar with the neighborhood and feel as though we are locals when we stay here. The apartment is meticulously maintained and nicely decorated. When we stayed here in 2012 there were issues with the building elevator, but those have been resolved and the elevator worked perfectly every time. I had known in advance that, since our last stay, a wall with a door had been added to provide more privacy for the "second living room" in order for it to be used as a bedroom. I was a little concerned that that wall would close off the two living rooms but the pocket door in the wall is wider than normal so the flow of the two rooms was pretty well maintained, though we did not use the second living room as frequently as before because furniture has been removed to provide more space for its use as a bedroom. We have been to Paris many times and I regret that it has only been on our last three visits that we found ParisPerfect. We will return!!!

First off, the view of the Eiffle Tower is incredible and mesmerizing! Cognac is well appointed and quite large by Paris standards. The beds were very comfy. Perfect location for seasoned travelers who don't need to be in the ultra tourist areas. It's my new favorite location.

Spent a wonderful week in the Cognac apartment as a group of 4 girlfriends. The location of the apartment is perfect, on a quiet street but a short walk to multiple bus lines, the metro and many wonderful restaurants. A patisserie, grocery store and wine, cheese and fruit stores are within a block of the apartment. The apartment is large and gave us room to spread out. There are several large closets, allowing us to put all of our luggage and clothes away. The first few days of our stay were very hot, but the mobile air conditioning units in the living room and both bedrooms kept those rooms comfortable (we closed off the kitchen and bathrooms on those days as we didn't need to cool them.). When the weather cooled down, the doors to the balcony and in the back hallway and bedrooms can be opened to get a cool cross-breeze through the apartment. My only critique of the apartment is that the mattress on the living room sofa bed was a quite hard. The service from Paris Perfect was wonderful. Our greeter, Kevin, was great showing us how everything worked in the apartment. This was my second stay with Paris Perfect and I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Paris but in a Paris Perfect apartment.

You know how we feel about Cognac. I hassle you seemingly constantly for reservations there. We build our trips three times a year around the dates when it's available for 10 nights. Yes, staying in Cognac is our favorite "activity". And this time we're staying there twice.

My three girlfriends and I stayed in the Cognac apartment for a week in April. Where to begin? Dealing with Paris Perfect online was a pleasure. They ere attentive, accommodating and replied to my emails with questions quickly. They were lovely to speak to on the phone too. The process was really very simple. We used their recommended cab service, which was awesome!! What a beautiful building!!! The doors were huge. We felt very safe. There is a second door in the foyer which too a key is needed. Once you are in the lobby there is a circular staircase which is just gorgeous and the elevator. The greeter worked the elevator and luggage and explained how we should navigate the elevator because in Europe it is very small!. Once on our floor, we entered our apartment. It was so pretty and clean. He walked us thru the entire apartment and gave us ideas of what to do in the area and what NOT to do. Very helpful. The apartment was very nicely appointed with binders, slippers, kitchen pots, pans, paper towels, bath towels etc. We needed nothing. We only cooked breakfast once so if you plan on cooking more, you may need to shop for paper towels and such. The bathrooms were newer and the bath towels very nice. The towel warmers were sooo nice. The beds were very comfortable. The only complaint about the apartment was the ceiling fan in the twin bedroom was not secure on the ceiling and therefore squeaked and rocked when turned on. We couldn't use it. We never turned the TV's on. The balcony was awesome!! We used it everyday whether it was for breakfast, dinner, a glass of wine or pictures...including selfies with the Eiffel Tower in the background!!! I would recommend Paris Perfect to my friends and family and will use them again if I am lucky enough to travel again to France!

Our apartment was magnificent and just Paris Perfect. It was a great location and our balcony was overlooking the Eiffel Tower. Every night we had front row seats to the light show and outstanding views of the Eiffel Tower. The apartment was so clean and fit our family of 6 just fine. Paris Perfect was the best decision we made on the trip and the apartment was GREAT. It made out trip so enjoyable and more comfortable than ever imagined. I also had the pleasure to train with Verity every morning. She was so sweet and a joy to work out with. She accommodated my schedule and was such a pleasure to be around. I loved training with her and was sad to leave. Thank you Paris Perfect for a 5 star vacation and making our girls trip so memorable. I will definitely be using Paris Perfect in the future..

We are a family of 5 - 3 teenagers. We have rented many apartments over the years as we have family across the globe. Paris perfect differentiated by focusing on the details. A greeter who knew the apartment and area. Extra towels, umbrellas, juice, coffee and milk, maps, laundry detergent, tupperware, availability to answer questions. We were very pleased and impressed and will use them again.

First, a summary: the Cognac apartment is wonderful and the Paris Perfect staff are very attentive. Now, details. My husband and I have been blessed to visit Paris many times, and we have stayed in a variety of hotels and rental apartments. Cognac is our absolute favorite. The location is wonderful, in the 7th arrondissement close to the Ecole Militaire subway stop with a truly breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower. And the balcony, which extends the length of the apartment, is wide enough and furnished for comfortable relaxation to enjoy the view and a glass of wine with friends. We were two couples, and the apartment was very comfortable. There are two fold-out couches, also, so another couple or a few kids could also have been quite comfortable with us. The bathrooms were well-appointed, with American-style water pressure and hot water. The kitchen is small but has everything we needed, and the dining area is plenty spacious for 6 people to sit quite comfortably. The two living areas offer seating for at least 9 people, and the open plan means everyone can enjoy conversation. There are many cupboards and cabinets, and it was very nice not to have our suitcases underfoot and to be able to unpack completely. Sam greeted us at the apartment and took quite a bit of time to make sure we knew where everything was and how everything worked. There was also complete information in a book - how to work every appliance and where everything we needed was located. There was another guide to area restaurants and grocery stores, and we were pleased that it included where NOT to go as well as suggestions on where TO go. When we arrived, there was water, wine, orange juice, and coffee, and dish soap and laundry powder, so we did not need to go out immediately in order to get settled. Near to the apartment (within 2 blocks), there are many wonderful restaurants. The Rue Cler market is just a few blocks away, and different provisions stores in the area offer just about anything you might need for meals at home or just nice snacks between the day's activities and dinner. We hope we will return to Paris often, and we will always check Paris Perfect first for accommodation. We highly recommend Cognac and appreciate the high-level of service the company offers.

Cognac is a beautiful property. Thoughtfully and professionally equipped and appointed. All amenities excellent. Perfect location. A lovely Paris experience starts here - thank you! A great team with excellent communication, from commencement of booking to the finish. Would not hesitate to return.

We were completely delighted with Cognac. The view from its balcony of the Eiffel Tower -- just a few blocks away -- rising over the rooftops of the 7th Arrondissement provided indelible memories of Paris. We loved eating on the balcony with that view! (You can also see the Tower while sitting on a sofa in the living room, but the dining room and the bedrooms don't have a view.) The meet-and-greet orientation was excellent. The apartment felt spacious, the kitchen was very well-equipped, and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms have been modernized, while the rest of the apartment has attractive traditional décor. The location is superb, with every kind of shop we needed close by -- bread, pastry, butcher, green grocer, general market, etc. There are lots of restaurants nearby, although many of them were Italian rather than French. The Ecole Militaire metro stop is only a 5-10 minute walk away, making it easy to get around Paris.

Our family of five spent spring break staying in Cognac. Great apartment with an incredible view of the Eiffel Tower. We all looked forward to seeing it twinkle each night. The beds were comfortable even the pullout ones in the living room. The accommodations were Paris Perfect for our family 🙂 The Rue Cler was a great street to be near, food and restaurants galore!

I would highly recommend Paris Perfect as well as the beautiful Cognac apartment. When we arrived we were greeted by a representative of Paris Perfect who gave us a great overview of the apartment as well as the city. We also received cheese and crackers and wine which allowed us to have a brief snack and get settled. The view from the apartment balcony of the Eiffel Tower is spectacular! You never get tired of the view. The apartment is beautifully decorated, clean, and has everything you could possibly need. We had six people in the apartment, but it could have easily accommodated eight. We are already planning our next trip of which we will definitely want to stay in this apartment!

The apartment was even better than what I had imagined. I must admit I was a bit skeptical when the description listed a wonderful view of the Eiffel Tower, but the view was absolutely breathtaking. Sitting in the living room watching the lights twinkle on the Tower was priceless. We could even see the elevators as they went up and down. The apartment was fabulous...clean, beautiful, luxurious, well-equipped. The location was perfect for us, as well. A morning jog at the Eiffel Tower park was followed by a stroll down the street to find fresh pastries to take back to the apartment. The staff was a wealth of information and very easily accessible. I experienced nothing negative with the facility or the personell. I will most definitely use Paris Perfect when planning my next adventure.

This apartment has an incredible view of the Eiffel Tower. Also, we loved the location. On the street the apartment is situated, i.e. all on one block, there is a bakery, cheese shop, wine shop, butcher, fresh fruit and vegetable shop, full-service grocery, convenience store, and two cafes. There are a bunch of great restaurants in the immediate area as well. The apartment is fairly spacious, and has nice (but I wouldn't say luxury) furnishings. We felt very "at home" there and would definitely return.

We returned this week from a 10 day stay in the Cognac aprtment on the Rue de Grenelle, about a 10 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower. As a prelude to my comments on the apartment, I have to state how flawless and helpful the Paris Perfect staff were in recommending apartments that fitted our vacation schedule (although it is hard to believe that any apartment could have been better than Cognac), communicating the details for meeting with the Paris Perfect staff at the apartment, and recommending a wonderful cab service for the trip to and from the airport. The Cognac apartment was perfect for the two us with a large living room with comfortable furniture and French doors leading to a balcony with a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower, especially at night. The apartment possessed all the modern conveniences including a full kitchen, modern bathrooms, high ceilings, comfortable bedrooms and an immense amount of closet space. We had dinner out 6 nights and there were at least 10 first rate restaurants within a ten to fifteen minute walk from the apartment. For the nights that we ate in our apartment, we had delightful choices just within our block among butchers, a green grocer, a cheese monger, a boulangerie/patisserie, and two wine stores. Grocery stores were close by along with a frozen food store that sold high quality prepared meals. The apartment was located close to a metro stop and the primarily residential area of the 7th arrondisement was very attractive. When, not if, we return to Paris and use Paris Perfect, it will be difficult not to choose Cognac again. It was a 5 star experience.

This last stay with Paris Perfect was our 7th or 8th visit. When selecting an apartment I look for what I consider, 'the best view of the Eiffel Tower'...This apartment not only has stunning views from both seating areas in the fronts rooms but a balcony with a view that is hard to step away from. In fact I don't go to sleep at night until the last lights go out. Location location location. Walk out our door from Cognac and you are standing steps away from the best of everything! I am not kidding or overstating...steps from the best bakeries, cheese and food shops, NOT to mention all three of Christian Constant's restaurants. I hate to sleep when I am in Paris! I force myself to go to sleep, b/c I cannot wait to jump out of bed and start my day with fresh croissants and bread, nespresso and 'my view' of 'my girl'...Thanks Paris Perfect for your attention to detail. In every way all of their apartments are really perfect. High end, new kitchens with all you could need, beautiful bathrooms with heated towel bars and comfy beds. Time for me to start planning my next trip!

I was pleasantly surprised with this apartment. It is so much bigger than on the photos! There are 2 living areas both looking out onto the Eiffel Tower (and each morning I just had to make sure the Eiffel Tower is still there). The long balcony overlooks the rooftops and is the ideal place to have your morning coffee while seeing the sun rise over Paris. My favorite place was the open plan kitchen and dining room. We spend a lot of time there, in the mornings enjoying fresh croissants and baguettes from the bakery just downstairs with espresso coffee and in the evenings sharing our stories and experiences of Paris during the day. The bedrooms ensure a quiet night as they are at the back of the apartment, away from the street. Being on the top floor means no noise from outside anyway. This is an apartment I would come back to year after year!

I really enjoyed our stay in Paris in the Cognac apartment. I love the warmth of it and it was cosy and neat. It was walking distance to all of the sites we wanted to go to. I was blown away with the view of the Eiffel tower. It was really romantic and would recommend this to any couple who would want a memorable stay in Paris.

What an amazing apartment! Centrally located and close to bakeries, shops, grocers and many restaurants, this was a perfect choice for our stay. The spacious living rooms were great for relaxing and watching the Eiffel Tower through the huge living room windows, day and night. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals and even have friends over for dinner a couple of time during our stay. I loved the size of the bedrooms and having two full bathrooms made it so easy for two couples to live in the apartment. Thank you Paris Perfect - you've made our stay memorable and we'll certainly be back.

The Cognac apartment was wonderful! Everything as shown on the internet and more! The neighborhood was very desirable with many great cafes and markets! The Eiffel Tower view was the best! Paris Perfect is a great organization. We would definitley use them again!

The Cognac was the perfect place for our first trip to Paris. After touring the sights of Paris by day we arrived home to a more quiet neighborhood where we were able to feel like we lived in Paris for a time with the most amazing views of the Eiffel Tower! The patisserie downstairs, the Rue Cler market ( don't miss the ice cream at Martine Lambert, better than Bertillion) and the wonderful cafe's and shops in the neighborhood made us feel right at home and makes us miss out Paris neighborhood now that we're back in the States.

We had a wonderful time in Paris and will surely return and stay with you again. The apartment was everything we hoped it would be, thank you.

We were thrilled with the Cognac! The location was just perfect...10 minutes walk to the river, the Eiffel Tower and the Metro. You couldn't ask for a more central location. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and the views of the Eiffel Tower were breathtaking. We had 5 people staying there and there was plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was just terrific and we even made a meal one night and dined in (you must check out the Picard Frozen food store just own the block). Everyone at Paris Perfect was incredibly helpful and accommodating - it really was perfect! Thank you!

Paris Perfect apartments are just that, perfect! I traveled with a group of seven ladies. Cognac was beautifully appointed and was perfect for our group. The large bathrooms and separate toilet made it a breeze for all of us to get ready everyday. The washer and dryer are such welcome amenities when traveling. Also, the Wi-fi connection and the landline were a life saver. We stayed connected to our families at home without any additional expense. But, the best parts were the the location, the view and the staff. We were on Rue Grenelle just down the street from lovely Rue Cler. We could hop on the Metro and be anywhere we wanted in a matter of minutes. The shops and restaurants in our neighborhood were wonderful. Just classic French!!! The view isn't to be believed! The pictures of the view from Cognac are completely accurate. You literally get to enjoy the Eiffel Tower from the comfort of your sofa or balcony. We had no problems with the apartment, only a few questions and the staff was ready and willing to graciously answer all of our questions. One of our best vacations ever!

This place is amazing. I love how you can see the Eiffel Tower. It's my first trip to Paris and I loved it! The Arc de Triomphe is amazing and the roundabout is chaos!

This is our third year with Paris Perfect. Perfect is exactly the right description of our stay here again. The Cognac apartment is fabulous. We were very comfortable. We had everything that we needed and more. The patisserie downstairs is fabulous. We had picture perfect weather as well. The view of the Eiffel Tower every day and evening was spectacular. We enjoyed every minute of our stay at The Cognac apartment. It was beautifully equipped with everything we needed, bright and cheerful, clean, quiet, and, of course in full view of The Eiffel Tower! We took the metro and buses everywhere.

Unbelievable vacation! The team at Paris Perfect were so accomodating and informative, we truly felt taken care of during our first-time stay in Paris. We loved it so much that we are quickly scheduling our return trip. The Cognac apartment was everything the description and photos suggested, and booking during Bastille Day was a spectacular bonus. The balcony provided an exquisite view of the fireworks and festivities due to the proximity of the Eiffel Tower. We truly enjoyed being in a true Parisian neighborhood and felt this was a much better option than a hotel. We didn't cook much, but certainly enjoyed our wines and spectacular finds from rue de cler (5 min walk from the apartment), having the kitchen, dining and balcony area was very convenient. We are hooked on Paris Perfect and will definately book our next vacation through them. The apartment neighborhood had so much to offer: our favorite fromagerie, patisserie, brasserie, choclatier, wine shop and so much more. Everything at your fingertips, what more could you ask for? All the major attractions were a very short walk or metro ride, so easy to cover the city from the apartment location. This was our first trip to Paris, and are so happy that we did everything right...beginning with booking with Paris Perfect!

Family of four (boys ags 9 and 14) spent one week in the Cognac apartment. Everything was as shown, comfortable, spacious, views to die for. Prior to the trip I didn't give much thought to the free wifi but it was HUGE for our kids... 14 year old staged elegant video chats with friends at home with Eiffel Tower background. Younger son used his ipad to play games... all very useful when Mom and Dad needed some down time... a nap or a glass of wine on the terrace. We only made dinner at home once but kitchen was great, and we did have breakfast and cocktails (and cheese and pate...) at the apartment daily. Rooms and furnishings are very homey and comfortable. We really felt at home and settled in within hours. Paris Perfect staff was very helpful with details large and small and their advice, both prior to and during the trip were great in helping us feel settled and familiar with our neighborhood. Definitely recommend Paris Perfect and will use them again as soon as I get the chance to go back!

Great stay in a lovely apartment and area. Definitely take advantage of the restaurant and shop information. We particularly enjoyed the Italian restaurant, Il Giramondoe and Christian Constant's cafés - friendly and great food. Au Petit Sud Ouest - charming and very friendly owner.

We found our apartment to be absolutely beautiful. The perfect place to spend Christmas in Paris. Your staff are extremely helpful and made our stay completely trouble free. Will be back again!

Our first time in the Cognac apartment and what a fab introduction to Paris! Everything beautiful, clean and well set out. Could easily live here longer (tho missed seeing the sun as much due to the shorter daylight hours here.) The fabulous rue de Grenelle and rue de Cler – ate superbly, cooked magnificently with all the wonderful pastry, butcher and deli shops about. Had a fantastic dinner with friends on New Years Eve, set off to the beautiful Eiffel Tower. With champagne in hand and Tower all lit up, we set off some crackers! The venue and apartment have enabled us to enjoy Paris and the Parisienne way of life so much more! Fabulous location. Apartment exceeded our expectations (everything you needed and that much more). Seeing the Eiffel Tower, lit up every evening from our apartment balcony, was absolutely breathtaking. Would go back tomorrow...

The Cognac was a lovely apartment. It looked exactly like the pictures on the web site. It was in a perfect location with many great restaurants near by. I would not hesitate to book with Paris Perfect again.

Had a wonderful time – this was my 4th time in Cognac in 4 years! Great view – makes the trip. Love the local restaurants. Nothing better than having champagne, cheese and baguette looking at the Eiffel Tower before heading out to a local restaurant!

Two couples wanted a large attractive apartment with privacy and a view. That's what we got! The neighborhood is wonderful: handsome; good food in shops and restaurants; and, easy access to everything. We were unacquainted with the 7th arr. but, will stay nowhere else from now on! The Paris Perfect staff is most accommodating.

The apartment was just as pictured, only better. We had a fabulous time. Everything you need is there and the location is very convenient. You will not be disappointed.

It has been almost a month since we stayed in your beautiful Cognac apartment in Paris and we still cannot get over how much we enjoyed our stay. We were a family of 7 (mom and dad, 2 sons aged 15 and 10, 2 parents-in-law and 1 sister-in-law) taking a two-week vacation in London and Paris. We've always rented condos when we travel a week-long to London, Rome, Paris, San Francisco and NYC and rented summer cottages for the San Diego, Rehoboth and Carolina beaches. We�ve even once rented a houseboat in Amsterdam. The only times we stayed in hotels during our vacations were for our Disneyworld, FL trips and when we toured Hong Kong and Tokyo -- for obvious communication hassles. We're definitely NOT newbies when it comes to renting apartments. Believe me then, (Attention: tourists and potential apartment-seekers!) when I say that ParisPerfect is, hands down, the best agency we've had. It's too bad that I'm just a housewife and a volunteer at my sons' school. I have nobody to whom I can tout our wonderful experiences in your apartment. But do please use this recommendation letter as you see fit or add it to your Guestbook for references. From the moment our greeter, Kevin, met us at the door to our drive back to the train station by your company-recommended chauffeurs, we have no complaints. In the walkthrough around the apartment, Kevin was very thorough in explaining how things operated. We so appreciated how the dishwasher, laundry machine and dryer were all numbered for easy use. That was brilliant thinking! I wish all the other rental agencies practiced this! In all our 8 apartment rentals in Europe, we finally got a laundry machine AND dryer to work without having to first take an engineering exam. I loved the full-size fridge and the lovely range and I was able to prepare my family's favorite comfort food for dinners. There were enough dishes and silverware so we didn't have to run the washer after every meal. My mother-in-law and sister-in-law admired the prepared table settings so much that they were ready to sit down and dine when we first arrived at the apartment. On the other hand, my husband, boys and father-in-law gravitated towards the awesome view of the Eiffel Tower from the balcony. They immediately posed for and took pictures with their digital cameras. Me? I was just too tired from all the previous sight-seeing in London that I locked myself in the luxurious bathroom and soaked my poor legs and feet in the tub. We were also pleasantly surprised that there was free long distance phone call to the US but I'm glad that my husband didn't know about that till we arrived or else he would have been doing business while we were on vacation! (Sigh. The pros and cons of modern communication!) The wi-fi worked and so did the TV, according to my children. I was just glad that the elevator worked for my in-laws have a hard time walking 6 flights of stairs. I know that the small dimension of the elevator is so typical in French apartments that we even took a picture of it as a memento. The beds were all comfy, thank you! The pull-out twin beds and the sofabed in the living room were a breeze to get ready at night. The sheets and towels were clean and plenty and I didn't have to use my emergency sheets/towels that I typically pack with me when we travel. As for apartment location? Nobody could ask for anything better. We've stayed before in the Montparnasse area, the Bastille area and the Trocadero area, but we much prefer to stay again in the 6th arrondissement. We liked the accessibility to the stores of Rue Cler, the patisserie downstairs where we got our fix of pains aux raisins in the mornings, the Asian traiteur along the street, the Ecole Militaire metro, and the bus stops near our building. The buses were truly a find! There were buses nearby that brought us to Musee Rodin, Invalides, Musee D'Orsay, Charles De Gaulle Etiole and Champs Elysees, Eiffel Tower (dropped us right in front, too!), and Bon Marche (for shopping). The apartment was absolutely convenient -- and safe to boot -- without the hurly-burly atmosphere of an apartment located in, say, the Latin Quarter. Lastly, I have to tell you that there was another family who joined us in Paris. They are very close friends of ours and our boys are all of the same ages so we often go on trips, in the US and abroad, together. Unfortunately, they did their planning for the Parisian vacation at the very last minute so they had no choice but to stay in a reputable American chain hotel (that I shall not name here) in Trocadero. The four of them were cramped in one family room with just a teeny-weensy fridge and a TV on top of the fridge. There was barely enough space to walk between beds and there was absolutely no corner for privacy or quiet reflection after a long day. Really! I love family togetherness but sometimes, you need not only physical space but an emotional space to retreat in and just simply absorb the Parisian ambiance. The balcony in the apartment gave us that. We'd sit out there quietly and gaze at the sunset and the Eiffel Tower and just breathe. We've been hiding our pictures of our stay in the apartment from our family friends lest we sound too smug or gloating. Thanks so much! I'm definitely looking forward to using your agency in the future. I'm planning another trip -- just us four this time -- for Christmas time. I'm thinking we should try Rome again to see how it is during the festive holiday season but I'm sorely tempted to go back to Paris and stay in one of your apartments once more.

Our stay in Cognac was wonderful. Great location, great terrace, great views of the Tower. Frankly, we were anxiously hoping that the rest of the apartment, (furnishings, operation of appliances in the kitchen, bathroom and shower fixtures, laundry, bedrooms) were in the same class as the views. The answer was a resounding yes. We were very impressed with the comfortable furnishings, ample supply of easy-to-use kitchen appliances and supplies (including an espresso machine), clean and roomy bathrooms with great water pressure in the showers, simple to use washer and drier, and nice sized bedrooms with plenty of closet space and very comfortable beds. Cognac is in a very quiet neighborhood on Rue de Grenelle with plenty of very conveniently located grocery stores, fresh produce, fromageries, chocolate shops, crepes, and restaurants (Rue Cler is a 3 minute walk), landmarks (base of the Eiffel Tower in 8 minutes, Napoleon’s tomb in 4 minutes) and transportation (metro stop in 3 minutes). Cognac was just the right size for a family of five. The family room was large enough to seat all of us comfortably and the wireless access was a big hit with our teens and their friends on Facebook and Skype. Pizza on the terrace in the glow of the Eiffel Tower will also be a fond memory. The one thing we would have preferred was to have cable TV with English stations in the bedrooms also. The Cognac apartment provides cable TV access only in the family room. Thanks again for providing a marvelous apartment to come home to after busy days of touring the City of Lights!! We will be sure to contact Paris Perfect in our future travel plans.

Amazing, really! We had such a wonderful trip, and when people ask me what my favorite part about the trip was, I keep telling them that the apartment was the highlight! We absolutely LOVED the location- very local, very Parisian, and very beautiful! PLus, it was just a stunning place inside- a magical view of the Eiffel Tower, lovely restaurants, and shops. And of course the staff were extremely warm, helpful and knowledgeable. we just had a great trip and will absolutely use Paris Perfect again!!

My wife and two kids 13 and 11 enjoyed a wonderful week at the Cognac apartment in Paris. We were absolutely shocked that every aspect of the property was first class. The view and quality of the apartment were better than the impressive pictures on the website. The location was ideal and tips on the area were absolutely fabulous. Usually in rental properties you are forced to make do with low end furniture, appliances, dishes, utensils, linens, etc... every detail in this place was top notch. My husband, two children and I stayed at Cognac over the children's spring break. For us, it was something of a home coming – 6 years earlier we had lived for a year across the Champs de Mars. The location is our absolute favorite with children. The apartment was immaculate and stocked with everything anyone could need. It was quiet yet all of Paris was right outside the door. The view from the living room and balcony of the Eiffel Tower was magnificent and the children reveled in telling time by the twinkling lights turning on. The service by the Paris Perfect staff was exceptional from the apartment walkthrough to the mid stay call checking in to see if we needed anything. The company provides an excellent package of information for those who are not familiar with Paris which facilitates living the life “Parisian”. We would absolutely return to a Parisperfect apartment.

The Cognac apartment is absolutely elegant, the views incredible, and the proximity of rue Cler and the Eiffel Tour are excellent. Paris Perfect made our trip a dream come true! Merci beaucoup!

From the moment that we booked our Paris Perfect apartment, the Paris Perfect service was excellent. The email communication about our booking was great, and Paris Perfect made available a wonderful pack of information about the apartment and the area in which the apartment was located. On our arrival, we were met by a Paris Perfect representative who showed us all of the amenities that the apartment has to offer. The apartment is in beautiful condition, recently renovated, on the top floor of a building in the 7th arrondissement. The kids took the stairs up! My husband and I mostly squeezed into the tiny lift to make the six floor journey. [Very romantic!] The apartment has the best view of the Eiffel Tower and is close to the food markets in Rue Cler and a number of wonderful restaurants. The apartment boasts two bedrooms, one with a double (king) bed and the other with two single beds, perfect for our two kids. [There are also sofa beds in the apartment, but we had no need of them]. There is a lovely kitchen - tempting enough that, even though I swore I would not cook during this holiday, I actually bought groceries and made a meal. There are plenty of pots and utensils, dishes and salad bowls. There was also a Nespresso machine for coffee to go with our croissant from the local patisserie. There are also two bathrooms, a separate toilet, and a utility cupboard containing a washing machine and dryer. Each of the bedrooms had a television, and there was another in the living room. To be honest, we didn't get much of an opportunity to watch them. We were out most evenings trying out the local restaurants helpfully reviewed in the Paris Perfect information pack. In any event, our kids used the internet most nights - there is free wi-fi in the apartment and international calls to some places, including Australia. We would definitely stay in this apartment again and if it weren't available, would choose another Paris Perfect apartment.

Paris "perfect" really summed up our stay in this beatiful apartment with a great location--we had 3 great dinners in walking distance--and that magnificient view of the Eifel Tower! Photo's on your website do not do justice to the spectacular view of the Eiffel Tower and Parisian rooftops directly from the well appointed living room. Also, the kitchen was extremely well equipped and a pleasure to use. As for the location, proximity to the Champ de Mar for our toddler and the food shopping on Rue St. Dominique for our European in-laws could not have been better. Easy access to the Grand Magasins via metro kept the fashionista in my wife happy and the neighborhood restaurants could not have been more charming and accomodating.
