What can I say… This was Paris perfect! Beautiful view, apartment & location. Our local contact checked us in and answered our many questions, and gave us local recommendations. We had a beautiful week long stay here and the apartment was equipped with everything we needed for our family of 4( including our 2 young children) not only did it have great amenities such as washer/dryer & dishwasher to make our stay more pleasant- they also provided laundry & dish soap (among many others) there is many great bakeries, butcher, cheese shops and small markets (all on street below) with everything needed for a night in. Or great restaurants and also 2/3 blocks away from Rue de cler. Highly recommend & already shared the listing with many friends for their future visits! We hope to visit again!

The hosts are great. Provide you with a great personal guide of the area. The location cannot be beat. 3 minutes to Rue Cler; a wonderful open air market. Easily find 20 restaurants minutes away by walking. Streets are charming. Great building with a fantastic view of the tower. Very special.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment, and we will definitely come back. The view is mesmerizing, the apartment is beautiful, cozy and clean, the location is perfect and everything was accessible in short walking distance. The local staff were very welcoming, friendly, and responsive, and made sure that we enjoyed our stay. The apartment exceeded our expectations and made our trip unforgettable!

Beautiful apartment in an amazing location!! Very clean with a direct view of the Eiffel Tower. Rooms are very nice, beds very comfortable. Kitchen is great. Lots of windows with views in many directions. Property Manager was great at communication before and during the stay. Neighborhood is perfect with so many shops, restaurants and markets for whatever you need. Great apartment!!

From the minute we checked in, right until we left it was a five star experience. Cognac is a great apartment and location with amazing views.

All went well; a/c was a godsend. Had stayed in Chateau LaTour twice before so were familiar with neighborhood. Couldn’t find a cutting board which would have been helpful as we got a baguette each morning of our stay and having to improvise with lid of storage container as we didn’t want to be cutting on countertop surface. Beds/bedding/linen were comfortable. Grandchildren couldn’t believe the view of LaGrand Dame and enjoyed using the balcony. A few more converter plugs would have been nice. Door a bit of a challenge taking trash out.

It's not easy to please my family of five - three 20-something daughters and a work-obsessed husband - but the Cognac apartment and the Paris Perfect recommendations checked all the boxes! The comfortable beds, the working AC, the view(!), two big bathrooms, the neighborhood, the restaurants, the internet, Victor Cabs, Context tours, close to a metro stop...I wish we could have stayed a month! Thank you, Paris Perfect!!

Great Location, very clean, the street itself had many restaurants and markets. The view of the Eiffel Tower unbelievable as well as the balcony! A few things to note: We are a family of sweepers, could not find a dustpan anywhere. Also, the second bedroom has beds that feel smaller than twin beds you get at a hotel. I don't think I could put my 80 year old parents on these beds for fear of rolling off. However perfect for me and my daughter.

Great location and view of the Eiffel Tower are just the small things of note about this amazing space. The property itself and communication with the hosts were exemplary and worth the stay alone. The beds, bathroom, and kitchen were comfortable, clean, and well kept. Finally, the terrace, what is there to say about it but that it was a one of the more memorable attractions of Paris by itself during our trip and I would recommend staying here on that alone.

We love celebrating a 90th and 69th birthday and this apartment. The view was amazing and the apartment was comfortable and clean. Had never stayed in this neighborhood before and just loved it. We’ll definitely stay here again.

The apartment was perfect when my granddaughter discovered that she could sleep in the front sitting room and have a full view of the Eiffel Towers evening show & immediately took up residence there The restaurants within walking distance offered so many excellent choices. We never had to leave the neighborhood. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was fully appointed. It was clean and everything worked. Taking the trash down was intimidating and I wish the bedsides were equipped with convenient electronic plug-ins.

Unbelievable view! This apartment has everything you need and is in the best location of Paris. We all loved our stay and will certainly book again. the view....wow.

Spent four days in Paris with a couple friends to take in the beautiful city. The location was perfect, and we had access to restaurants, wine, cheese, shopping, suites and more! Nothing beats the view of the Eiffel Tower that we had at this residence. The property was just as described, and very comfortable for our stay. The Paris Perfect staff was very quick to respond with any questions that we had. I would definitely stay here again!

Ridiculously close to landmarks and museums 🙂 so many good eateries around and enjoyed to live like a Parisian in the 7th ARR 🙂

The living room view with a view of the Eiffel Tower was really fantastic and it was a comfortable accommodation that felt like my home. I was so grateful that I was able to have another good time before going to the airport by storing my luggage after checkout.

I stayed in the place with my family (total of five). Very clean place and the view is awesome. We enjoyed it very much. The only issue is the small elevator so if you have a lot of luggage, you will need multiple rounds to the apt (in 6th floor). Other than that, great hosts and very beautiful place. Nice surroundings and restaurants, cafes, and markets are very nearby.

HIGHLY recommend staying here if you’re in Paris. Prime location, very walkable, lots to do, and most importantly the VIEW of the Eiffel Tower is absolutely amazing and even better in person, you get views from multiple spots in the house! Host is very proactive and welcoming, definitely would stay here again or another listing under this same host considering the great experience.

This apartment is a dream come true!! The view of the Eiffel Tower is mesmerizing whether it be when you wake up, during sunset or as it sparkles in the evening. The location of the apartment is central to transportation, Eiffel Tower, cafes, bistros, patisseries and Rue Cler. The apartment was very clean and felt luxurious in each room. There were many little touches that made it feel welcoming which included, wine, juice, milk, coffee and many travel books to browse. It was nice to have a home base to make a breakfast, dinner or even a charcuterie board with wine to relax at the end of the day. There were a total of 6 adults staying here and we all felt very comfortable with the accommodations. The service of the staff was impeccable. We thoroughly appreciated Omi's help greeting us on our first day in Paris. We will definitely return to this apartment in the future and recommend it to everyone we know.

The location was absolutely perfect, our family had a great time exploring the neighborhood which had plenty of nice cafes. Proximity to Eiffel Tower + the view could not be beat.

We had a great time staying at the Cognac apartment through Paris Perfect. The apartment and its amenities were as described on the listing. The area was convenient to get to local groceries, shops, and restaurants. It was convenient getting to bus stops and train stations. Situated on the top (6th) floor of the building, we had a spectacular view of the Eiffel Tower and many of the nearby rooftops of the area. Omi was very helpful in meeting us on day 1 to orient us to the entire apartment and gave us some recommendations for the city and area. The bottle of wine, milk, juice, and coffee were great touches to get our stay started. We wish the total cost of the stay would be a little less expensive, but for the location, amenities, and space it was perfect for our group of 6 adults. Would recommend!

Stunning apartment with an incredible view of the Eiffel Tower. Very quiet building yet great location but bars and restaurants close by.

The location and the views were perfect. I was traveling with my three-month-old, who needed to nap continuously - so the house was a grand haven to hunker down in while my family went off to site see. It had everything I needed. I would definitely come back again.

A truly luxurious and incredible apartment! We truly could not get over the views of the Eiffel tower. The kitchen was huge, and the bedrooms were decorated so beautifully. The living room feels so special to simply hang out in! The area is absolutely perfect for shops and restaurants and a short walk to the Eiffel Tower. The Paris Perfect team were beyond kind and responsive and wonderful to work with. The Victor taxi service was amazing and professional. What an incredible experience overall!

This was the best choice we could’ve made. Not only was the view of the Eiffel Tower magnificent, but the location was amazing. Our street was very walkable, with shops, cafes and bakeries right downstairs. Lastly, the apartment was beautiful and well appointed. With windows everywhere it was very bright and it was tastefully decorated. We would highly recommend it and would stay again when we’re back in Paris!

We had a wonderful four night stay at the Cognac apartment. The apartment was exactly as pictured and was perfect for our family of four. The greeter called me as we were driving to the apartment from the airport to let us know that the apartment was ready early and that he’d meet us there to let us in and give us a tour of the place - such a nice touch and a welcomed surprise after taking the overnight flight and not sleeping much. The view of the Eiffel Tower can’t be beat! It’s so magical to be able to look out from the living room, den, and balcony and see the Eiffel Tower. The neighborhood is great with restaurants and shops and only a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Towel and about a 15 minute walk to the Invalides. I would highly recommend this apartment and look forward to hopefully returning soon.

We spent 4 weeks staying at Cognac and loved the apartment- the location is fantastic, the view of the Eiffel Tower amazing and the apartment itself is well laid out, spacious and quiet. Modernized bathrooms and AC was much appreciated. The Paris perfect team was very responsive to all inquiries. Altogether a wonderful stay.

The magnificent location of this apt indeed makes it “Paris Perfect” and the neighborhood restaurants and shops add to its appeal. The kitchen is well appointed, bathrooms clean, and AC wonderful for summer in Paris. The only improvements suggested are a cleaner, less worn living room carpet and more comfortable sofas. To wake up each morning with coffee on the balcony overlooking the Eiffel Tower is a dream come true!

From the time we arrived to when we left, everything was exactly how we expected it and was communicated to us. Victor cabs was at the airport when we arrived and our hosts were there to greet us and get us settled when we arrived. Perfect! The view was incredible from the balcony as we were fortunate to have excellent weather during our stay. The location was central to everywhere we wanted to go, and when we needed to use the transit, there was a station nearby. Perfect! When it was time for us to leave, the instructions were clear and we appreciate the flexibility to allow us to depart an hour later as that time allowed us to better align with our departure timing. Perfect! We will definitely look toward using this service again in the future.

What an amazing place... best location and view... if you are looking at it do not hesitate.

We did a Girls' Trip & from the moment we walked into the apartment we all fell in love with the place! We immediately knew we made the right decision to book through Paris Perfect as opposed to staying in a hotel. The location couldn't be better. The incredible view of the Eiffel Tower greeting us first thing every morning & being our evening night light, who could want for anything more. All of the comforts of home & more. Plenty of space for 3 women to have their own privacy when desired as well as terrific together space to reminisce at the end of the day & plan our next adventures. Each one of us felt so safe coming & going as we pleased in this safe, beautiful neighborhood. The young men who greeted us upon our arrival were very helpful & professional. The written instructional documentation was also appreciated, a great quick reference reminder & the Paris overview as well as the local overview of the 7th was a very informative & useful guide throughout our stay. Restaurant recommendations were spot on as well as some of the other tips & hints. I also would strongly encourage using the recommended airport transportation service, Victor's Cab Service, they were fantastic!

The only downside was an elevator ‘en panne’ for three days, for which Paris Perfect cannot be held responsible!

Great location, wonderful place. The pictures are exactly what you get - a killer apartment that looks at the Eiffel Tower. Checkin was super easy and I also used the recommended taxi service for a lift back and forth to Nord for trains - flawless pickup experience. If you have the $$$ - this is how you do Paris right.

Incredible view of the Eiffel Tower. A memory our family won’t soon forget. The beds and linens were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. It was one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed in. I can’t think of anything that could make the place better.

Perfect home base for a week in Paris. The view is stunning! Apartment was very well appointed, had everything we needed for a family with 2 young kids. The neighbor was great as well. Lots of lovely shops close by for all food and household needs and easily walkable to all the sights.

We loved the Cognac. The Eiffel Tower view and the size of the balcony was even better than we expected from the pictures. The bathrooms were nice and had great water pressure. The apartment is in an amazing location with a great Italian restaurant right below it. It is close to everything.

Spent a wonderful week in the Cognac apartment as a group of 4 girlfriends. The location of the apartment is perfect, on a quiet street but a short walk to multiple bus lines, the metro and many wonderful restaurants. A patisserie, grocery store and wine, cheese and fruit stores are within a block of the apartment. The apartment is large and gave us room to spread out. There are several large closets, allowing us to put all of our luggage and clothes away. The first few days of our stay were very hot, but the mobile air conditioning units in the living room and both bedrooms kept those rooms comfortable (we closed off the kitchen and bathrooms on those days as we didn't need to cool them.). When the weather cooled down, the doors to the balcony and in the back hallway and bedrooms can be opened to get a cool cross-breeze through the apartment. My only critique of the apartment is that the mattress on the living room sofa bed was a quite hard. The service from Paris Perfect was wonderful. Our greeter, Kevin, was great showing us how everything worked in the apartment. This was my second stay with Paris Perfect and I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Paris but in a Paris Perfect apartment.

My three girlfriends and I stayed in the Cognac apartment for a week in April. Where to begin? Dealing with Paris Perfect online was a pleasure. They ere attentive, accommodating and replied to my emails with questions quickly. They were lovely to speak to on the phone too. The process was really very simple. We used their recommended cab service, which was awesome!! What a beautiful building!!! The doors were huge. We felt very safe. There is a second door in the foyer which too a key is needed. Once you are in the lobby there is a circular staircase which is just gorgeous and the elevator. The greeter worked the elevator and luggage and explained how we should navigate the elevator because in Europe it is very small!. Once on our floor, we entered our apartment. It was so pretty and clean. He walked us thru the entire apartment and gave us ideas of what to do in the area and what NOT to do. Very helpful. The apartment was very nicely appointed with binders, slippers, kitchen pots, pans, paper towels, bath towels etc. We needed nothing. We only cooked breakfast once so if you plan on cooking more, you may need to shop for paper towels and such. The bathrooms were newer and the bath towels very nice. The towel warmers were sooo nice. The beds were very comfortable. The only complaint about the apartment was the ceiling fan in the twin bedroom was not secure on the ceiling and therefore squeaked and rocked when turned on. We couldn't use it. We never turned the TV's on. The balcony was awesome!! We used it everyday whether it was for breakfast, dinner, a glass of wine or pictures...including selfies with the Eiffel Tower in the background!!! I would recommend Paris Perfect to my friends and family and will use them again if I am lucky enough to travel again to France!

We are a family of 5 - 3 teenagers. We have rented many apartments over the years as we have family across the globe. Paris perfect differentiated by focusing on the details. A greeter who knew the apartment and area. Extra towels, umbrellas, juice, coffee and milk, maps, laundry detergent, tupperware, availability to answer questions. We were very pleased and impressed and will use them again.

First, a summary: the Cognac apartment is wonderful and the Paris Perfect staff are very attentive. Now, details. My husband and I have been blessed to visit Paris many times, and we have stayed in a variety of hotels and rental apartments. Cognac is our absolute favorite. The location is wonderful, in the 7th arrondissement close to the Ecole Militaire subway stop with a truly breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower. And the balcony, which extends the length of the apartment, is wide enough and furnished for comfortable relaxation to enjoy the view and a glass of wine with friends. We were two couples, and the apartment was very comfortable. There are two fold-out couches, also, so another couple or a few kids could also have been quite comfortable with us. The bathrooms were well-appointed, with American-style water pressure and hot water. The kitchen is small but has everything we needed, and the dining area is plenty spacious for 6 people to sit quite comfortably. The two living areas offer seating for at least 9 people, and the open plan means everyone can enjoy conversation. There are many cupboards and cabinets, and it was very nice not to have our suitcases underfoot and to be able to unpack completely. Sam greeted us at the apartment and took quite a bit of time to make sure we knew where everything was and how everything worked. There was also complete information in a book - how to work every appliance and where everything we needed was located. There was another guide to area restaurants and grocery stores, and we were pleased that it included where NOT to go as well as suggestions on where TO go. When we arrived, there was water, wine, orange juice, and coffee, and dish soap and laundry powder, so we did not need to go out immediately in order to get settled. Near to the apartment (within 2 blocks), there are many wonderful restaurants. The Rue Cler market is just a few blocks away, and different provisions stores in the area offer just about anything you might need for meals at home or just nice snacks between the day's activities and dinner. We hope we will return to Paris often, and we will always check Paris Perfect first for accommodation. We highly recommend Cognac and appreciate the high-level of service the company offers.
