Châteauneuf

Just a perfect blend of proximity to tourist landmarks and a real neighborhood vibe. We easily walked to the Eiffel Tower, to Invalides and Napoleon's Tomb, and a little beyond to the Rodin museum and dinner at Arpege. And easy enough metro access for venturing further. And we highly recommend Victor Cabs for arrival and other longer trips. And on days/mornings when we didn't feel like being tourists, just the single block outside our door had solid French, Italian, and Asian restaurants, as well as sweet shops and grocers and wine stores. The apartment itself was beautiful and easily fit our family of 7 (Grandma, Mom, Dad, and girls aged 10 months - 13).

The Chateauneuf apartment exceeded our expectations! While the photos are beautiful and suggest the space, in person it is lovelier and larger than expected. Those high ceilings, tall windows and the white on white decor provides a welcome, relaxing respite after a day in the city. Watching the Eiffel Tower sparkle from the living room and front bedrooms doesn't get old! The neighborhood was quiet and everything you could need was right on the same street along with a Rick Steeves recommended restaurant just downstairs. We took advantage of the proximity to the rue Cler and most evenings would find us there having aperitivo and buying flowers and fresh produce for the apartment. We used Victor Cabs on arrival and departure and we highly recommend them. We arrived very early so our driver left us at a cafe near the apartment to await our 9:00 AM check in. We were able to get in early because the apartment had been vacant for a few days before our arrival. Otherwise we would have been happy to check our bags at Lock and Enjoy which was only a half block away. This early check in was very nice but you should know that it is not the norm. Lock and Enjoy is user friendly and there is plenty to see/do right nearby and come back for your bags later. Paris Perfect has thought of everything for their guests and kitchen and bathrooms have all you will need. Plenty of towels, great bed linens, hairdryers, toiletries the works! The arrival documents and guide to the apartment, appliances etc. answer any questions you might have plus staff is ready to help when needed. We love the 7th arrondissement and the Chateauneuf and will definitely want to rent it for our next trip. It is like a home away from home.

We stayed in Chateauneuf for a week and it was such a fabulous apartment. Three women traveling together and we loved the apartment because of the space (it’s huge for Paris properties) and the luxury of having three separate bathrooms. Two of us shared a W.C., but this wasnt an issue at all. The Living room, kitchen, and space in each room were all above expectation. We didn't cook while we were there, but the kitchen is more than well stocked & very large for Paris. It was a great property for three adults and would be for a larger family-three couples should know that the rooms are all great, but one couple would be sharing the W.C. The apartment was so clean and the linens are high quality. We Loved the neighborhood and being out of the tourist areas, but close enough to access the Metro and the rest of Paris. The bonus of seeing the top of the Eiffel Tower twinkle every night from the living room and two of the three bedrooms was an extra treat! Loved this apartment and working with our fab host with Paris Perfect!

We had a wonderful one-week stay in this beautiful 3-bedroom apartment in the 7th arrondissement. The location truly could not be better—quiet, elegant, and just steps from charming cafés, bakeries, and some of the most iconic spots in Paris. It was incredibly easy to walk everywhere, from the Seine to the Eiffel Tower and beyond. The apartment itself was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable for our group. The three bedrooms provided plenty of room and privacy, which made it perfect for a longer stay. The living area was lovely for relaxing after a day of exploring the city, and the kitchen was well equipped for breakfast or a simple meal. What we appreciated most was how authentic the experience felt. Staying in the 7th allowed us to feel like locals rather than tourists. The neighborhood is beautiful, safe, and full of great shops and restaurants. The host was also excellent—very responsive and helpful with any questions we had during the stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, elegant home base for a week in Paris.

The apartment was beautiful! It was perfect for our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children). It's a huge apartment, and the Eiffel Tower views were amazing!

The apartment was truly PERFECT! We loved the location, the decor, the view, our three bathrooms…and all the conveniences of home. We enjoyed wandering our street every morning to buy fresh croissants & fruit for breakfast to enjoy in the apartment. And the same later in the day, shopping for cheese, meat, fresh baguettes & lots of champagne to host our own happy hour every evening. All the shop owners were lovely & we “almost” felt like locals after 7 nights! We could not have asked for more. We will be back! Terri & friends

We had a wonderful stay at Châteauneuf in Paris. Our local contact remained readily available throughout our stay, which gave us great peace of mind. The apartment itself is spacious, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped. Its location strikes the perfect balance: nestled in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk from the Eiffel Tower, yet far enough to escape the heavy tourist crowds. We especially appreciated being steps away from a local butcher and several shops offering fresh fruits and vegetables. We cooked often during our visit, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals comfortably. Overall, Châteauneuf offered the ideal blend of charm, convenience, and hospitality—making our Paris experience truly memorable. Our second time with Paris Perfect and look forward to a third trip soon.

We loved our stay at spacious Châteauneuf!  Everything went well and my niece and brother enjoyed their stay very much.  We were there for only two nights...  The building entrance is very spacious and elegant.

Beautiful apartment, well furnished and comfortable. Paris Perfect staff very helpful. There were 6 of us; we enjoyed the sitting area and kitchen. The write up forewarned that number of toilets are less than number of bathrooms. Instructions were clear and correspondence very quick. 

On this trip, I wanted to spend a few days like a Parisian, so I booked an apartment for the first time in my life. This was a quiet residential area with easy access to major tourist attractions and was safe. There was a market called Carrefour City, a bakery, and various types of restaurants right in front of the apartment, so it was very convenient to prepare a meal. Paris Perfect's response from the reservation stage was very fast, accurate, and friendly. I would like to rent an apartment from Paris Perfect next time I visit Paris, and I highly recommend this company to others.

Wonderful host that is very professional and offers clear instructions and support and helpful tips to get started in Paris. From the moment we got off the plane we were guided to where we needed to go and were met there by one of the staff members who provided us with an excellent walkthrough of the apartment. I would definitely recommend using their services in Paris and also London. We were completely satisfied with everything including the website and check in and departure process.

Amazing location and great for a family of 6!

Châteauneuf was the perfect apartment for our family of 5 visiting Paris for a week. The place is stunning, the neighborhood charming, and the location made getting to many of Paris' attractions very easy.

Excellent stay with Paris perfect. Apartment was well appointed classic 3 bedroom with views of the Eiffel Tower as promised. Check in was easy and very flexible with staff meeting us when we arrived earlier and information on the flat and local area was easy to understand and comprehensive. Would definitely use Paris perfect again.

Nice place, great location. Needs a bit of freshening up but overall good. Note the Air Conditioning...if you expect central air that is not what you get. Portable window units for two of the bedrooms and you have to stay on top of emptying the water out. Worked fine...just a bit of a pain. Only one working television but wifi was great. All in all...a nice place. Property Manager, Paris Perfect, was a joy to work with.

Great apartment in a great location. Perfect size for a family of five, and exactly where you want to stay to experience the real Paris.

An amazing Airbnb that I cannot recommend enough. The pictures are beautiful but the apartment is even more beautiful! We stayed here for four nights and the hosts were more than accommodating, we couldn’t have asked for anything else. The view of the Eiffel Tower from the bedrooms and living room make this extra special. We loved it!

All around good. Very spacious and well outfitted Paris apartment that would be more ideal for a family than 2 separate couples as 2 of the 3 bedrooms essentially were connected. The Paris Perfect guide was very responsive and helpful in accommodating our schedule and getting us situated.

This is the third time renting from Paris Perfect. Each apartment has been unique and in a great location. All situated on blocks with wonderful restaurants, bakeries, cheese shops and food streets. Each apartment has been clean and well equipped with enough amenities to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. Paris Perfect also offers concediere services that making putting together your itinerary a dream.

Our experience at Chateauneuf was great. Very nice apartment, very well-located, and Paris Perfect runs a very tight ship. Highly recommended.

We "hit it out of the park." What is there past the park walls? Because that's where the rave reviews from our travel partners are placing this trip. This was the best trip ever. The apartment worked out so well. All week we fantasized about staying forever - well, at least a few months!

The neighborhood was perfect. One didn't need to go more than three blocks in each direction to get good food - just baked almond croissants immediately became the way to start the day - a coffee, groceries, the most amazing looking fruits and vegetables we've ever seen. The layout of the apartment worked well so we could be together but also not on top of each other. And then there was the Eiffel Tower right out the living room and bedroom windows. It became a ritual to watch on the hour at night when the sparkly lights were turned on for five minutes.

Our family of 7 had a memorable week staying at the apartment. The location couldn't have been better.

Enjoyed our stay at the Chateauneuf Apartment, the location was great but most importantly the entire apartment was very clean. We arrived 2 hours earlier than the check in time, but Paris Perfect was able to check us in the apartment. Staff was very helpful. Will not hesitate to stay at Chateauneuf again or to rent another apartment from Paris Perfect on our next visit to Paris.

We had a wonderful stay at Chateauneuf, ringing in 2015 in this beautiful apartment. Our party was comprised of three couples and this apartment was perfectly appointed to provide privacy and comfortable facilities for all. With three bathrooms, each couple had nice private space. The apartment is wonderfully located: close to metro, easy walk to markets and restaurants, views of the Eiffel Tower. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cookware, and coffee makers...we stayed in and cooked on New Year's Eve...this kitchen made it fun and easy. Nicely decorated. Very clean. Quiet building. Wifi and free telephone calls to the U.S. worked perfectly. Staff was wonderful, helping us resolve a business issue back home and helping us get museum tickets when our on-line efforts failed. We certainly plan to use Paris Perfect again and would definitely stay in this beautiful apartment.

Our party was an extended family of 8, with 5 adults and 3 children. We had never tried a service like this before (always staying in hotels) but after some careful research decided to go with Paris Perfect. We were pleased with their reliability and the accuracy of the provided information. The apartment was everything as described on the web site. The location's closeness to an outdoor market, bakeries, restaurants, grocery stores and a Metro stop suited us really well. All the Paris Perfect personnel were very friendly and helpful. On two nights during the week, those who slept in the living room were awakened briefly by a little noise in the street, but otherwise the neighborhood is generally very quiet. We enjoyed our stay very much and plan to use Paris Perfect next time we go.
