Loved Our Stay!!
The apartment was truly PERFECT! We loved the location, the decor, the view, our three bathrooms…and all the conveniences of home. We enjoyed wandering our street every morning to buy fresh croissants & fruit for breakfast to enjoy in the apartment. And the same later in the day, shopping for cheese, meat, fresh baguettes & lots of champagne to host our own happy hour every evening. All the shop owners were lovely & we “almost” felt like locals after 7 nights! We could not have asked for more. We will be back! Terri & friends

Amazing Apartment With Great Location
We had a wonderful stay at Châteauneuf in Paris. Our local contact remained readily available throughout our stay, which gave us great peace of mind. The apartment itself is spacious, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped. Its location strikes the perfect balance: nestled in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk from the Eiffel Tower, yet far enough to escape the heavy tourist crowds. We especially appreciated being steps away from a local butcher and several shops offering fresh fruits and vegetables. We cooked often during our visit, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals comfortably. Overall, Châteauneuf offered the ideal blend of charm, convenience, and hospitality—making our Paris experience truly memorable. Our second time with Paris Perfect and look forward to a third trip soon.

Spend a Few Days Like a Parisian
On this trip, I wanted to spend a few days like a Parisian, so I booked an apartment for the first time in my life. This was a quiet residential area with easy access to major tourist attractions and was safe. There was a market called Carrefour City, a bakery, and various types of restaurants right in front of the apartment, so it was very convenient to prepare a meal. Paris Perfect's response from the reservation stage was very fast, accurate, and friendly. I would like to rent an apartment from Paris Perfect next time I visit Paris, and I highly recommend this company to others.

Excellent stay with Paris perfect. Apartment was well appointed classic 3 bedroom with views of the Eiffel Tower as promised. Check in was easy and very flexible with staff meeting us when we arrived earlier and information on the flat and local area was easy to understand and comprehensive. Nice place, great location. Needs a bit of freshening up but overall good. Note the Air Conditioning...if you expect central air that is not what you get. Portable window units for two of the bedrooms and you have to stay on top of emptying the water out. Worked fine...just a bit of a pain. Only one working television but wifi was great. All in all...a nice place. Property Manager, Paris Perfect, was a joy to work with.

An amazing Airbnb that I cannot recommend enough. The pictures are beautiful but the apartment is even more beautiful! We stayed here for four nights and the hosts were more than accommodating, we couldn’t have asked for anything else. Best trip ever!
We "hit it out of the park." What is there past the park walls? Because that's where the rave reviews from our travel partners are placing this trip. This was the best trip ever. The apartment worked out so well. All week we fantasized about staying forever - well, at least a few months!
The neighborhood was perfect. One didn't need to go more than three blocks in each direction to get good food - just baked almond croissants immediately became the way to start the day - a coffee, groceries, the most amazing looking fruits and vegetables we've ever seen. The layout of the apartment worked well so we could be together but also not on top of each other. And then there was the Eiffel Tower right out the living room and bedroom windows. It became a ritual to watch on the hour at night when the sparkly lights were turned on for five minutes.

We spent almost 2 months beginning 2021, with my wife and 2 kids, it was by far our best experience. The apartment is clean, lovely, spacious, well decorated, and well furnished, everything we needed could be found. The place is in one of the best neighborhoods, if not the best in Paris, restaurants, outdoor markets, playgrounds etc. The team in charge of the apartment is amazing, very reactive and professional. We asked for a couple of minor reparations and they were done super quickly. We will be back, no doubts!

We loved our apartment and stay with Paris Perfect! We were 3 couples and the accommodations were very comfortable for 6 adults. The building was quiet and in a lovely residential area with just some slight street noise through the evening. The bonus was spending time together for breakfast, late night chats, and bringing in take away from the many wonderful food proprietors in the area. The selection of restaurants in this immediate area was wonderful, and Paris Perfect's recommendations were spot on! After a long day of site-seeing, being able to walk to a delicious restaurant was lovely. We so appreciated the high ceilings, beautiful furnishings/art; and cleanliness.

We booked with Paris Perfect for our trip to France for the World Cup. At the time, I had never heard of the company. I discovered them online and I'm so happy I did. Everyone was a pleasure to work with, even before we booked. They answered questions and also received an Amazon package we shipped in advance. The apartment was perfect for our group of 7 (me, hubby, and 5 girls ages 17-20). It was beautiful, clean, spacious, and the view of the Eiffel Tower was amazing. The girls loved looking out the window to watch it "sizzle" at 11:00 pm. The apartment really was located in a great spot. It's close to the metro and plenty of wonderful cafes and bakeries. The girls especially loved Rue de Cler, a short walk away. The street had everything - cafes, a cheese shop, wine shop, fruit shop, ice cream, and macaroons, etc. They visited it almost every day! And although there was an unseasonable heat wave during our stay, it was nice to come back to the apartment to rest and cool off before heading back out. All in all, we had a wonderful vacation. Thank you, Paris Perfect! We can't wait to come back.

Le Chateauneuf was perfect for our family of 5 adults and a three-year-old. The kitchen accommodated us all at the table and the appliances were new and made cooking a breeze. The bathrooms were nicely outfitted and abundant with great water pressure, allowing everyone to take showers and get ready for the day full of sightseeing. The bedrooms were comfortable and quiet.
We were there when it was warm and humid, so the air conditioners were much appreciated. The location was perfect. It was close to great restaurants, rue Cler, the subway, the Eiffel Tower, and a great playground for our granddaughter. The day ended by watching the Eiffel Tower blinking its lights to say goodnight. Magnificent!

My husband and I spent a week in Paris with our son, his wife, and four granddaughters. The Chateauneuf easily accommodated the eight of us: plenty of bedrooms,baths, and a spacious kitchen where we enjoyed our morning espresso and sweet treats from a nearby patisserie. Our recent stay at the Chateauneuf apartment was our fifth with London/Paris Perfect. This additional data point confirms what we have experienced with previous rentals – apartment location is convenient in all respects, things are as they seem on the website, or better, service is top notch, and pricing is fair.
This leaves space to extol the virtues of true French windows, as manifest in the Chateauneuf apartment. Marvels of design and engineering, the windows should be opened wide in the summer for the cool morning and evening air. Neighbors will be doing the same, sometimes with a distinct flourish. It is a lovely ritual in which to participate and to observe. Look up and you have the Eiffel Tower, look left a fine Beaux -Arts apartment building, look down and street-side cafes and human and canine activity provide constant amusement. You do not have a balcony per se, but opening the windows, which are much taller and wider than you are, effectively transforms the living room into a very satisfactory facsimile. Being there is a perfect way of extending - at both ends - an already pleasurable day in Paris!

The Paris apartment was wonderful. It was everything I could have wanted for our family vacation. The apartment was beautiful and spotless. The beds were comfortable and the refrigerator well stocked. When we first arrived, we all just walked around a bit speechless. We loved the view of the Eiffel Tower from our window. It really impressed my two teenage grandsons. I might offer just two suggestions. In the kitchen,the floor is tile and the chairs make noise when you move them. You might put sliders on the chair legs to make them a bit more quiet so as not to disturb the downstairs tenants. In the bedroom that had a red couch but now has a bed, maybe a small chest of drawers could be added for someplace to put your clothes. There is a large wardrobe but it contains bedding for the two other sleep sofas. Both of the shuttle transfer companies you recommended in London and Paris were excellent. As a travel agent, I really appreciated all the emails that you sent prior to our trip. It gave me confidence that we would be well taken care of. I will make sure all of the agents in our office know what good service Paris Perfect gives their clients. I will be posting a positive review on TripAdvisor. This is a wonderful, beautiful apartment in a great location. It is large enough for several people, it was just two of us for this stay. Three showers and two toilets, with two large sitting rooms. If you are looking for a high end, French style apartment rental do not hesitate to rent this one. We just stayed there for one month over Christmas & New Year and I can tell you, you will love it. Amazing comfort, more space than you could possibly need, huge, eat-in, fully equipped kitchen, though you probably won't be cooking much, wonderful Eiffel Tower views from the LR & MBR, fabulous neighborhood with an abundance of great restaurants within a few blocks. The building itself is beautiful, very well kept, and the elevator, unlike most Parisian elevators, actually will hold your luggage. The staff is most helpful, you can call and have something printed and they will have it ready for you almost immediately. The apartment gets cleaned 1x/week and they do a marvelous job. Wish I had them in the US! And the piece de resistance is they actually have WiFi that works without any glitches. So if you want a real taste of Paris in a very non touristy neighborhood with restaurants, bars, grocery stores, cafes, great hair salon outside the front door, as well as the best nail salon across the street, with the Metro close by, this is the apartment to stay in. We just loved it!!! It really doesn't get much better than this.

We had a wonderful stay at Chateauneuf, ringing in 2015 in this beautiful apartment. Our party was comprised of three couples and this apartment was perfectly appointed to provide privacy and comfortable facilities for all. With three bathrooms, each couple had nice private space. The apartment is wonderfully located: close to metro, easy walk to markets and restaurants, views of the Eiffel Tower. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cookware, and coffee makers...we stayed in and cooked on New Year's Eve...this kitchen made it fun and easy. Nicely decorated. Very clean. Quiet building. Wifi and free telephone calls to the U.S. worked perfectly. Staff was wonderful, helping us resolve a business issue back home and helping us get museum tickets when our on-line efforts failed. We certainly plan to use Paris Perfect again and would definitely stay in this beautiful apartment.

To all of you who are considering Paris Perfect for your next apartment, I cannot begin to express how wonderful I think not only the Paris Perfect apartments are, but the staff and the organization as well. We had an unexpected glitch with the apartment we rented in November and within one hour, the staff found us a new apartment. And what an apartment it was! Chateauneuf is an exquisite, spacious, well appointed home away from home, with a double salon and views of the Eiffel Tower. The location is fabulous, with the Champ de Mars a block away. Bring your "baskets" (running shoes) and feel like a local.
This was the third or fourth apartment I have rented from Paris Perfect and look forward to my next visit!

The apartment was terrific, really spacious and extremely well equipped for our family of 8 adults and an infant - that's a lot of people in one space, but it really worked well. We all like to cook and I have to say the kitchen was better equipped than any rental unit we have ever stayed in. The place was also immaculate when we got there, kudos to Paris Perfect and whoever you use as a cleaning service, my fastidious wife was very impressed. We also rented baby equipment from a company Paris Perfect referred us to and, again, everything was in perfect shape and spotless, good enough to satisfy some overly protective grandparents. The location of the apartment is fabulous and the various guide books and instruction manuals provided by Paris Perfect answered all of our questions and made the stay very easy. We will definitely use Paris Perfect the next time we go to Paris and are eager to check out some of its other apartments, when our group will be smaller.

We had a wonderful time at Chateauneuf. The location is spectacular for walks to the Champs de Mars and the Eiffel Tower, Ecole Militaire, and great restaurants. We walked to dinners at a couple of Christian Constant restaurants, the patisserie just a couple of doors down is also fabulous. The apartment had everything that we needed and more. My family of five was extremely comfortable, Paris Perfect was excellent and easy to deal with and I could not have asked for a smoother stay.

This apartment certainly lives up to its name: "Paris Perfect." Everything was exactly that, perfect. We had 4 adults and 3 children; there was plently of space for everyone. Some of the amenities I never thought I would use suddenly became very important. When there was a problem with my ATM card, I was able to call my bank stateside and correct it. The kitchen had everything I needed to provide meals for the family. The laundry was a godsend. There was plenty of hot water and bathrooms for the comfort of all. And, the beds were fine. The location was incomparable. The Eiffle Tower was an easy stroll, while Notre Dame and the Louvre were also walkable. Paris Perfect seems to think of everything you might need even before you realize you need it. I highly recommend Paris Perfect for the price and quality of their apartments.

Our family of 6 stayed in the beautiful Chateauneuf apartment July 12 - 19, 2013. The apartment is in a great location, spacious, light, and breezy with the windows open. Our view of the Eiffel Tower was wonderful, and we watched the incredible Bastille Day fireworks display right from our apartment window!

This lovely apartment was our home for over a week this July and we loved it. It is in great neighborhood that has just the right amount of atmosphere to be enjoyable but not overwhelming. An easy walk to the Metro makes for great access to the city's many beautiful sites. Everything was in great working order and it was a real treat to have three comfortable showers and a great washer and dryer. The kitchen was well appointed and comfortable. The large living areas gave everyone a chance to spread out and relax. The staff was super helpful with getting us into our apartment and keeping our bags for us on our last day while we enjoyed one last day in the city (thank you Sam). Will definitely stay here again next year!

We had a wonderful time, and felt like royalty while staying in our lovely apartment! The view of the Eifel Tower was particularly magical, especially for the kids. Just the right amount of space - for sharing with friends, and then even after they left! We appreciated the kitchen immensely, and it was wonderfully appointed. Our location suited us perfectly as we shopped daily on the street below: fresh croissants, organic produce, wonderful cheese, meat and wine! Having the Camps de Mars so close was fantastic for the kids. They particularly enjoyed the 100-yr-old hand-cranked carousel! Discovering the "Batobus" made it easy to get to all the sites in wonderful relaxed style.

Our one suggestion: if you are providing televisions/dvd players or other technology, only do so if it is of good quality and in working condition. Even the systems that did work were of such poor quality, their presence was more of a frustration than a benefit as they cheapened the elegant atmosphere of the apartment.

There were seven of us, all female except for one grandfather, who stayed at Chateauneuf for a week in March, 2013. Four teenage girls, a mother, grandmother, and grandfather loved every minute of living at this beautiful apartment. The location is perfect -- the Eiffel Tower just a block away; markets on every street; Ecole Militaire just an easy 10 minutes away. Chateauneuf had everything we needed to make our stay in Paris a delight with beautiful furnishings, a complete kitchen, several showers!, comfortable beds including linens and plenty of towels, not to mention free long distance back to the states to talk to moms and dads, and most importan -- a view of the Eiffel Tower. One of the granddaughters asked many years ago, when she was five years old, "Will you take me to "Pawis" someday?" Of course, the answer from a traveling grandmother was a resounding yes, and now that the granddaughters' first trip is over, they will never forget that the time spent at Chateauneuf, was truly "Paris Perfect."

We absolutely loved our stay at Chateauneuf! We were two families of four, and although I believe the apartment is better suited to 6 people instead of 8, we really never felt cramped or on top of one another. Having laundry facilities was such a plus too. The location was fantastic! The neighborhood is beautiful, the Eiffel Tower is very close by and the wonderful Rue Cler was a five minute walk. The kitchen is small, but very functional. We cooked several meals there and had everything we needed. We loved Paris and hope to come back. When we do, we will definitely lease from Paris Perfect again.

This apartment is spacious and great for couples. The very best thing about the Paris Perfect apartments is their location(s). I have stayed in 3 different apts and each one was wonderful. The company seems to select units with great views and easy access to the Metro and beyond. I chose to stay in the "7" and that was a good call. It felt safe and clean and the views from each apt. are as advertised.! So much fun, I hated to go home...I would use this team again without a doubt.
PS I also liked how they hooked me up with other services that were of help...ie: Taxi service, tour guide (who by the way is amazing!) excursions within and out of the city. All very helpful.

Our party was an extended family of 8, with 5 adults and 3 children. We had never tried a service like this before (always staying in hotels) but after some careful research decided to go with Paris Perfect. We were pleased with their reliability and the accuracy of the provided information. The apartment was everything as described on the web site. The location's closeness to an outdoor market, bakeries, restaurants, grocery stores and a Metro stop suited us really well. All the Paris Perfect personnel were very friendly and helpful. On two nights during the week, those who slept in the living room were awakened briefly by a little noise in the street, but otherwise the neighborhood is generally very quiet. We enjoyed our stay very much and plan to use Paris Perfect next time we go.

This trip was a graduation Present for our 2 granddaughters both 19 years old. The apartment was spacious and with 3.5 bathrooms so each of the 3 women had no excuse for being late in the mornings. The apartment was very close to Rue Cler with it's local produce and stores selling everything one would need. Wonderful small resteraunts were just out the door and bread / pastery stores only 1 block from the apartment. The apartment was very spacious with everything you needed to make it home for our stay. The subway and bus stops were about 2 blocks away. The Efiel tower was about a 5 minute walk. We enjoyed our trip very much and look forward to another trip in the future.

Our first view in the morning and last in the evening was the Eifel Tower. It just doesn't get any better. The apartment is simply lovely and the location perfect. I began my day on the Rue Cler, bringing home all sorts of goodies. Everything we needed was within easy walking distance and the metro is convenient. Chateauneuf is beautifully maintained and well-equipped. We had Christmas Eve and Christmas Day dinners "at home."
We can't thank the Paris Perfect staff enough for the comprehensive orientation and helpful assistance throughout our visit.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment. We were a party of six, including our daughter and her husband and our two teenage grandchildren. It was great having a place where we could all be together, but the apartment also afforded each of us our own individual space - a great luxury.
The location is perfect - close to many restaurants and shops, with easy access to the metro and bus lines. I'm still dreaming of the view of the sparkling Eiffel Tower as I drifted off to sleep. It probably doesn't get much better than that!

Chateauneuf was by far the best Paris apartment my family and I have had among the last 5 we have tried out. Paris Perfect is definitely the company we prefer to rent from. The 2 apartments we rented from them were superb as far as location (7th arrondissement) and how well equipped they were. Chateauneuf, in my opinion, was a better location. For a family of 7 including a 4 year old and an 8 year old, Chateauneuf fit our needs exactly.

Chateauneuf was absolutely perfect for our family! We were a group of 7, made up of our teenage children, young adult children, and extended family. There was enough space (and bathrooms!!) for everyone, and free Wi-Fi kept the teens very happy, not to mention the best pizza made on site right next door! The location was ideal--easy access to the metro, grocery stores, bakeries, patisseries, restaurants, and we fell asleep each night seeing the Eiffel Tower sparkling through our window! While I would have preferred a third bedroom versus pull-out beds, no one complained, everyone slept well, and there was no lack of privacy. The kitchen was spacious enough, clean, and well equipped. And despite the 90+ degree weather, the apartment never got uncomfortable. There are street noises, which could bother some people, but closing the windows helps, and everything seemed to settle down by 1am. The neighborhood is relatively quiet,residential,and not inundated with tourists. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would definitely use Paris Perfect again.

We had a fabulous week at the apartment, at check in Kevin was at the apartment to greet us, warm friendly individual made us very comfortable.
The apartment is large spacious, clean and true to pictures on the website, and most important centrally located.
We had a great time in Paris, Lisa was very helpful, she is knowledgeable about the city and assisted us in planning our trips.
The packet we received prior to our trip was very helpful with plethora of information, a variety of restaurants were all within walking distance, we enjoyed great food and wine
Pick and drop off at the airport was seamless, Thanks to Victor and his driver Jean Paul.
We will definitely be back to Paris and Paris Perfect will be our apartment of choice.

We had a few snags in the beginning of our trip but Sarah made sure that were well taken care of! Because of that alone I would book with Perfect Paris any time! Her professionalism, genuine caring and sweet nature were everything you would want when dealing with a Vacation Rental.
The apartment was very lovely too. There were times that I just wanted to stay home and sit at the window and watch the snow fall and the people walk by and gaze at the sparkling Eiffel Tower. I can still see that picture in my head and will forever hold that memory fond.
The apartment was spacious, clean and the kitchen was fun to cook in. There were plenty of Bakeries, Cafes and Markets to satisfy your every need within walking distance.
I look forward to returning soon in the summer or spring.

We stayed in the Chateauneuf in November 2010 and found the apartment to be exactly as pictured on the website and in immaculate condition. The Paris Perfect team was extremely helpful. We had some difficulty working the internet and the phone and they promptly came to help us. The printed information supplied at the time of registration was extremely helpful such as the personal dining and shopping tips as well as information about Victor's taxi service. The apartment was beautiful, spacious and well-equipped...not to mention it had a partial view of the Eiffel Tower!!! Our only negative was the placement of a toilet/sink only next to the kitchen. There was a beautiful shower/sink near the front door, another beautiful shower/sink/washer/dryer down the other hall and next to it a beautifully appointed full bathroom with tub/shower/toilet near the back bedroom. The neighborhood had great restaurants, pastry shops and markets all within walking distance! And, the Metro was just a few blocks away! We had a wonderful time and the people at Paris Perfect were extremely responsive and very nice! We would definitely be happy to use their service again!!!

My family and I had a wonderful vacation in Paris. The apartment was in an excellent location and the neighborhood was great. The apartment was very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. It was nice to have a place to call home while we were on vacation. Our Paris apartment was simply all we could have hoped for. We were a group of two adults and FOUR teenagers who were all extremely comfortable and enjoyed the location and views and overall experience very much. The apartment had everything you can imagine you might need - even a wonderful espresso machine! It was quiet at night and cozy warm after walking around in rather cold, windy early March. We were always well rested and ready to head to Rue Cler for our morning hunt for croissant, baguette, jambon, et oeufs. Paris was magic and Paris Perfect's apartment really made the experience, well, perfect!

We are very late in sending you a review for our great stay in the beautiful Chateauneuf apartment.
We had stayed in the little Pinot in the fall and thought we would try to return in the summer..but as it turned out we had family who decided that a Paris get together was a really great idea! We had talked so much about our great stay that others decided that they needed to check it out. We are 3 and added a brother, sister in-law and parents.
We checked out the apartments on the Paris Perfect website with input from all. It was finally agreed that the Chateauneuf was the one! It turned out to be a choice that could not have been better for our group.
Everything with Paris Perfect is as stated in the website. All the great information that is sent in advance was distributed to all and we were all excited and ready to go. Our March date arrived and we all had great connections, arrriving in Paris on schedule and were greeted by a charming young lady who was so very helpful in every way.
We unpacked and had to go check things out in our neighborhood, and what a neighborhood! So many shops, boulangeries, markets of every sort. We made some early dining reservations nearby for our first night so we could turn in early. It turned out great and we all turned in early.
We were off in the morning to the parc to stroll around the Eiffel Tower and also along the Seine. We did the usual sight seeing of d'Orsay, Invalides, Notre Dame, along with area places like rue Cler and the many, many shops.
The apartment had a great floor plan that worked out perfect for our group. Great bathrooms, beautiful kitchen and everything was there that anyone could possibly need! The furnishings and decorations are of unexpected quality and niceness. We were most impressed.
Paris Perfect staff checked often to see if we needed anything or could help us in any way.
We all had a great time together. It was a great family gathering in a lovely apartment in beautiful Paris. What could be better! All agreed that we should do this sort of thing more often.

Paris Perfect is the best description we could find for our fantastic stay in Paris! Our apartment had a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower and was within walking distance of the wonderful cafes and restaurants recommended in the packet of information you sent to us. Your team did everything possible to make us feel welcome as soon as we spoke on the telephone. We feel like the 7th arrondissement became our home away from home. Having your own apartment to return to after a busy day of walking and sightseeing is the only way to go.
