The three bedrooms feature the touch of a talented decorator and are complemented by two beautiful bathrooms and a convenient half bath. Bedroom 1 features ample closet space, an expansive en suite bathroom 1 and another stunning balcony, while bedroom 2 and bedroom 3 are just steps away from the decadent bathroom 2 with a shower, relaxing bathtub and double sinks.

I will absolutely book through Paris Perfect for my next trip and have already recommended it to others. The apartment was gorgeous, comfortable, perfectly maintained. There was not one thing about it that disappointed. It was easy to communicate with the Paris Perfect staff - they were responsive and helpful. This is a service we feel we can trust.

We have always dreamed of a trip to Paris - the museums, the sidewalk cafes, the shopping. We sold our family business and retired last year, and finally had the time to make our dream come true. Our two sons and their significant others wanted to join us, and we discovered your beautiful 3-bedroom apartment a block from the Eiffel Tower. Everything about the Charmes was beyond what we could imagine. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The building was charming (we loved the tiny gated elevator). We raved about the bathrooms and the kitchen - really high-quality renovations. During our ten-day stay, we made many trips to Rue Cler, the pedestrian shopping street a few blocks away, and always had cheese and pate' and fruit in the fridge and fresh pastries and baguettes on the counter. We went across the Seine to the Marche President Wilson on Saturday and cooked a lovely seafood dinner in the complete kitchen. A short walk from our apartment were four or five nice restaurants, our favorites being Firmin le Barbier, a charming "mom and pop" place, and Au Bon Accueil, a more elegant spot with perfectly cooked meals. A few blocks away was Au Petit Tonneau, another family affair, that we enjoyed so much, we went twice. We have only positive things to say about our stay in Paris. The waiters and restaurant owners and Uber drivers were lovely and helpful. I think we picked a good time of year to go (March), because the lines at the museums and attractions were not long. Thank you for this amazing opportunity to enjoy Paris from this perspective!

This was my first time working with this team for our travel needs and I was blown away by the responsiveness, elegance and patience of a staff member. I mention patience as I changed my mind several times leading up to the week before we left and finally landed on the apartment that met all the criteria on my list. We chose the Charmes apartment. The pictures on the site were gorgeous and they still did not do it justice. This apartment was breathtaking. We were met by a lovely host who gave us the welcome tour. To begin with, the building is magnificent, located on a quiet street and yet one block from the worlds most admired site the Eiffel tower. The apartment is palatial, the rooms very generous in size. The appliances and bathrooms all modern and the views spectacular. We spent 8 amazing days in this apartment. It has become our dream destination. I am completely spoiled for all future stays. There was not one thing missing from this apartment, it has every possible amenity you can think of, from the kitchen to bath to bed. The beds were wonderful in size and made for us with wonderful linens. I could go on and on, let me end by saying this apartment is a fairytale location. Thank you so so much for your amazing service and I look forward to many more stays!

I met my mother, daughter, sister and nieces in Paris for a "girls" week to celebrate my mother's birthday. From the moment we arrived our stay was truly magical. We encountered a couple of small issues which were promptly resolved by the staff with grace and care. The Charmes apartment is very comfortable, has a most beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower, and all the amenities are just right. It is very well located a short stroll from the Seine, not far from many attractions. I highly recommend it for a family of six.

Staying at a Paris Perfect apartment was a key part of our "perfect" Paris vacation! The Charmes apartment was in a great location and very well appointed. It was perfect for our family of five. Having some food and a bottle of wine ready when we arrived was a welcome treat. The staff was also very helpful. We asked their help in locating showtimes, parking and other items that came up during the week. The staff was very responsive and saved us a lot of time trying to figure this out on our own. We had a wonderful week at the Charmes in June 2016. I was traveling with my husband and 3 children: ages 18,14, and 12. The apartment is very nice in size and in a great location - within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower. There were plenty of cafes and restaurants within blocks of the flat - and within a 5-10 minute walk, there were nice places to pick up prepared foods. The apartment itself had everything we needed - washer and dryer, dishwasher, etc. and even a grand piano so my son could play while we sipped wine on the balcony. We would highly recommend it and would stay there again.

This apartment is breath-taking. The view is wonderful and the space is perfect for a large family or big group of friends. The rooms go on and on and the living room is great for relaxing after a long day of site seeing. There is even a separate TV area where the kids can enjoy their own space. The Paris Perfect staff is wonderful. We will definitely be back!

Wow! From the moment we walked through the door of this apartment we were completely blown away by how beautiful it was. It has been completely remodeled and the decor and design are truly beautiful. We had traveled a long way to get to Paris and it was worth it to see the incredible Eiffel Tower view from the living room and master bedroom. The pictures on the website show the view but really don't capture just how close you are! We loved sitting outside on the bistro chairs in the morning enjoying our fresh croissants and coffee. In the evening we grabbed wine and waited for the lights to twinkle. We loved our master bedroom with king bed and huge en-suite bathroom. The sheets, pillows and towels were all super high-quality and better than what we've found in high-end hotels around the world. There is another living area off the hallway plus two extra bedrooms, a separate toilet and another huge bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet. I loved the design in the rooms so much that I made sure to take plenty of photos to try and recreate the look in one of our bedrooms at home. We enjoyed buying cheese and meats from rue Cler and cooked quite a few meals at home in the fabulous kitchen. It was completely stocked with everything we could possibly need including high-quality Miele appliances and a Nespresso machine. The Paris Perfect team were delightful from start to finish and we have recommended them highly to our friends and family. We can't wait to be back! Thank you for a truly memorable holiday.
