I stayed at this apartment with my two daughters during a recent visit to Paris. It is extraordinary! The views of the Eiffel Tower are by far the best and all of Paris. The apartment was furnished tastefully and it was clean. The neighborhood felt safe, was filled with restaurants, bakeries, and pharmacies. All of which are important when you’re in a foreign city. The Paris Perfect team was always responsive, always helpful and very friendly. We will definitely be back again!

This apartment is exactly as pictured. Amazing location. Near many restaurants, markets etc and one block from the Eiffel Tower! We highly recommend this apartment and the views are stunning.

My husband and I recently returned from 10 wonderful days in Paris. The Champagne apartment was everything we could have wished for and more! Beautiful and efficient use of space. And the views are beyond!! We spent so much time on the balcony, enjoying a glass of wine and just people watching. Having nice eateries and shops right around the corner was convenient and made us feel very “Parisian”! We thoroughly enjoyed having a kitchen with everything we could have needed and the added bonus of a washer and dryer! We will highly recommend Champagne and Paris Perfect to our family and friends. Missing it already…

We stayed for 5 glorious nights in Champagne and we wish we had stayed longer. The apartment is even nicer in person than the online images. I don't think I've ever rented an apartment where everything was so well thought out and not a single thing was lacking, super organized kitchen with everything you need to cook for yourself, fast reliable internet, comfortable furnishings, lovely bed linens, washer and dryer, dishwasher - and to top it all off - that view of the Eiffel Tower. The apartment was so cosy and we just loved coming home each evening to a tasty food and wine purchased downstairs on Rue St Dominique and enjoying the view. I have no doubt we will be back.

This is an amazing beautifully and comfortably furnished and equipped apartment in a location that takes your breath away! It has a full kitchen, shower with a very comfortable shower head and good water flow, toilet that a bit too small (but that is often the case in Europe), nice living room, very comfortable mattress and good quality bed linens in the bedroom, and seven (seven!) those fabulous tall Parisian windows/doors all looking at the queen of Paris — the Eiffel tower. If you spend the day sightseeing and are too tired to go out at night, don’t worry, you can spend a beautiful evening inside enjoying the view. Communicating with the team is exceptional, they all answered very quickly and efficiently. I wholeheartedly recommend this place, you won’t be disappointed!

We had lived in the 7th so were familiar with the neighborhood. The apartment was great and the welcome from Paris Perfect was very good.

Everything was simply wonderful. Perfect location and surroundings. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. A stunning view of the Eiffel Tower, probably one of the best in the entire city. Our stay was delightful. The apartment was also very warm and cozy. We will definitely come back again!

We just completed another week's rental in the Champagne apartment in Paris. This was maybe our fourth time renting this apartment, which we consider our "home" in Paris. We noticed the many nice upgrades and touches to the apartment-new drapes, light blocking shades, bed coverings. We had problems with the WiFi router and the problem was solved immediately. And we always enjoy our proximity to the cheese, wine, and meat purveyors on the Rue St Dominique. (Eiffel Tower also, of course.) Appreciate all of your efforts to make our stay both enjoyable and memorable.

This might be my favorite apartment I have ever stayed in!!! Such a gorgeous apartment and the view of the Eiffel tower is absolutely unbeatable!!! Could not recommend more.

The views and wraparound balcony are the highlights of this apartment! Waking up & going to bed with private Eiffel Tower views was a beautiful dream! Location was amazing as well, lots to do with easy access to the Eiffel Tower, the Seine, cafes & much more! Felt really safe walking around & staying here! Place was clean & the vibes were authentically Parisian. Loved the living room views, kitchen was of generous size & bedroom was okay. We didn't care for the small toilet room. The shower room was separate which was fine. I mean in Paris, one is to expect smaller accommodations, so take that in mind. Perfect for a couple & maybe 1 kid, not for more than 3 people. I do recommend.

Wonderful stay in the lovely Champagne apartment. Photos were very accurate. Beautiful apartment, great location, and never got tired of the amazing view of the Eiffel Tower. At night when it sparkled it was just magical! The powder room is tiny though and getting out of the shower could be tricky with the step down, too bad the shower door didn't open fully as would have been easier. Other than that no complaints. The kitchen was well equipped, the furniture was comfortable. Great location with all the restaurants and shops nearby, including Rue Clear. This is my 3rd time booking with Paris Perfect but won't be my last. Loved our stay!

Exactly like the pictures! The view of the Eiffel Tower was amazing! From the apartment, the Eiffel Tower is a five minute walk. My wife and I and our two boys loved it and would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good place to stay in Paris! We hope to be back again soon!

We so enjoyed our stay in Paris. It was incredible to come back at the end of day from museums, dinner, or a ride along La Seine on Le Bateaux Mouches to our private view of the Eiffel in lights from our balcony. The property was spotless, comfortable… simply lovely in the 7th arrondissement. To be able to walk to Michelin star restaurants, beautiful boulangeries, specialty shops, and also explore the many sites on foot, or with assistance of cab, metro so easily on a rainy afternoon was just wonderful. What a special experience with my family with the help and professionalism of Paris Perfect! We hope to return soon!

Amazing location, incredible view of the Eiffel Tower and so convenient to Rue Cler and great places to eat (the boulangeries and markets are excellent!) Lively neighborhood. Apartment is well-appointed, clean, roomy for 1 or 2. (the toilet water closet is very small and bathroom would be tight fit for 2 at once fyi). Great kitchen with high end appliances! A/C works great and that’s huge during summer. Wrap around terrace and full-length windows is such a treat! Super charming place! Best apartment rental type experience I’ve ever had - no surprises, as pictured, professional company and nice details. Will use Vacation Perfect only and always from now on!

I’m always weary about staying at an apartment due to bad experiences. The Champagne apartment was an experience we will never forget. My two boys (9 and 12) along with my husband and I were astonished with the place. The location of the apartment was lovely along with the views. We walked to local patisseries daily, did our grocery shopping on our street and enjoyed our nights rest. My only downside was the gnats that flew into the apartment when we left the French doors open at night. Other than that, it was amazing and we would stay there again.

We love the Champagne Apt, it’s in a great location, and have stayed there several times in the past. We had a wonderful time this past week in June.

Everything was amazing! The view was absolutely stunning and you felt like you were right in the mix until you wanted to sleep and the noise faded away. Walking distance to the best little shops and markets, not to mention the Eiffel tower! AC worked great and the bonus of an elevator was awesome. We will 100% be back -- thank you for the wonderful memories!! 🙂

To "location, location, location!" we'd add "view, view, view!" This is a stunning, beautifully-appointed apartment with roomy common areas offering truly postcard views afforded to walls of windows that open to the wraparound balcony, all of which offer fantastic vantage point for the Eiffel Tower and the lively cafe below. Features and decor are tasteful and traditional French. The WC is laughably tiny and challenging to use the handwashing sink with fully-extended right elbow without opening the door. But not a deal-breaker. There are scores of patîsseries, fromageries, épiceries, greengrocers, wine shops, cafés, restaurants and numerous markets just steps away. Also very convenient to transportation. The apt is best suited to a couple, and at most, an additional (very) small child. Our only issue was noise from the apartment below (blasting tv and music) that was going on until 2:30 a.m. on a couple of nights, until we asked the neighbor to turn it down. It was truly deafening and the noise could be heard throughout the entire building. We are not particularly sensitive to noise and we understand how sound carries in Haussmanian buildings, but this noise was absurdly disruptive to those awake and asleep alike. Otherwise, a perfect stay.

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment Champagne. It is our second stay in this building. The view from the apartment is spectacular! It is well located, close to great cafe's and great places to eat. We highly recommend this apartment for your stay. It is well suited for a couple. There is a small bed on the living room that can accommodate one more person.

This was my 4th time staying here, since it is my favorite of all the Paris Perfect choices. Knowing all the places to shop and the restaurants I like, it really is like being at home. Lisa and all of the Paris Perfect team are great. I have been coming to Paris and staying in one of their condos since 2011 with the exception of the Covid year.

The Champagne apartment in Paris was very charming with it's cute balcony and magical views of the Eifel Tower. The floor plan was perfect for our family of 3 and the location was ideal for the activities we had planned. The apartment was fully furnished and we took advantage of the kitchen and living room space. The Paris Perfect host met us at the apartment and did a wonderful job of explaining everything we needed to know. We didn't want our stay to end and hope we can return again soon!

Wonderful apartment in a terrific location. The apartment was ideal for 2 people allowing plenty of room to spread out. And being able to have instant heat during an unusually cold spell was a real bonus. Close to many attractions and excellent restaurants - we loved it. Very well equipped kitchen allowed us to enjoy breakfast daily. Would definitely recommend for a couple - it might be tight for more. Ambience and comfort were 5 star.

My daughter and I had a wonderful 5 days in Paris and absolutely loved the apartment. Location, charm, comfort. Everything was top notch. We will definitely be back!

We just returned from our stay in the Champagne apartment and it couldn’t have been better. The balcony is amazing (and very rare in a rental), we were out there all the time. Everything the other reviews say about the view, the location, the appointments, comfort and service is true. We loved feeling like locals and would stay there again in a heartbeat. We got a lovely bouquet of flowers from the florist down the street, and we were even able to make an amazing Beef Bourguignonne for dinner after buying all the ingredients fresh from the shops nearby. Only minor suggestion would be to sharpen or replace the knives.

This was our first time in Paris and the location and setup of the Champagne apartment could not have been more perfect! We were within walking distance of many of our destinations and the rest were easily reached on the #69 bus (bus stop right across the street) or Metro. The apartment is tastefully decorated, well-stocked, comfortable, and clean. The view of the Eiffel Tower was magical! The association with Victor's cabs made for a seamless experience.

Everything about this apartment was perfect: from the view, the Location, the amenities, the surrounding neighbourhood… I can’t recommend this apartment enough! The check in process was very accommodating and easy. My family and I would absolutely stay here again!

After reading all the previous reviews, I realized everything you could ever say about how great the condo and the Paris Perfect staff are have been expressed. I agree totally that both are excellent which is why I keep coming back - 8 times with P.P and 3 times at Champagne. It is always a thrill to arrive there and so depressing when I have to leave, but that just makes the anticipation of the next trip just a bit more exciting. If it was my condo, I would take out the sink in the tiny toilet room, as that would make a big improvement, but obviously I am willing to put up with the inconvenience of having it there. In a world that is in such a mess right now, it is wonderful that we have a chance to tune it all out and just enjoy life for a week.

Great apartment and location!

Absolutely glorious apartment for our New Year’s week !!! Everything was perfect. The views from each room with a wrap around balcony made for a quintessential Paris experience. We loved the shops along Rue Saint Dominique and enjoyed being able to have so many of our meals at home with such a well equipped kitchen. So many details to appreciate — the shower was always hot with good pressure, the heated rack for our towels was lovely, extra pillows and blankets came in handy when one of our Parisian friends spent a night (she said the pull out sofa was more comfortable than her bed at her flat), and when it was time for bed, the building was always quiet. We feel like we found a secret treasure and very much look forward to coming back.

This is our fifth stay in the Champagne apartment - so I guess that says it all in terms of how much we enjoy staying there! The apartment was immaculate and as stylish as we remembered from our prior stays. Champagne is so well-located - near the Rue Cler markets and with easy metro and bus lines access. The view out on Rue St. Dominique is literally like watching street theatre - all the bustle of the shopping area, but, as we are on the 5th floor - well above the street noise! All the amenities we wanted/needed were there in the apartment were there upon arrival. Thank you Paris Perfect for making our visit to the City of Light just what we expected: "perfect".

The apartment was just the right size for my husband and myself with our adult daughter - she slept on the trundle that popped up from under the couch. One additional person could have stayed with us. The view of the Eiffel Tower twinkling every evening was the best part of the place! However, it was nice to have room to relax, read and watch TV. We did not feel crowded at all. The location is convenient for some sights such as the Eiffel Tower, Napoleon's Tomb but most other locations were quickly reached using Uber. It was a very clean unit and quite comfortable. We are very appreciative of the opportunity to stay at Champagne!

How can I ever go to Paris and not stay in the Champagne apartment again. The view is absolutely amazing! The apartment is beautifully decorated. I just love the huge French doors which open onto the balcony. This apartment is just as beautiful as the pictures we saw on Paris Perfect's website. All the information was so helpful - we felt right at home.

Outstanding apartment and location. First class accommodations. We loved it. Stayed for two weeks and wish it had been two months. The view of the twinkling Eiffel Tower was spell binding. We felt like Parisians for two weeks. The only improvement I can think of is to include some instructions for the stove. It is still not clear to me what the "H" stands for on the display. Thank you, we will return to Paris and Paris Perfect.

The view from Champagne is stunning: 5 sets of french doors open to the sparkling tower, so close you feel you can reach out and touch it. Give this place 5 stars. As classic "americans" we sought everything that's hard to find "all in one place" in Paris: stylish address, signature view, elevator, large master bed, air-conditioning, american-style coffee maker, modern kitchenette, modern bathroom, washer and dryer, and pull out sofa option for our 20 year old who's studying in paris for the semester. Champagne met our every wish. Neighborhood is bustling with grocery, cheese, wine, and patisserie all in the same block. Walk to Eiffel is 2 blocks. Street is well known to cab drives so no problems getting 'home' from various parts of the city. There is street noise. Apartment building is secure and very attractive. Neighborhood is upscale. Elevator is for 2 people or bags + 1 person but fast and worked well. The floor plan is efficient--master bedroom has 2 closets with bed somewhere between queen and king size, and double doors. AC works great, but fan + doors keep great breeze. Lovely furnishings and very good towels and linens satisfy picky wife. Toilet is off the hall close to master--tiny WC only. (fair warning--a heavy person literally would not fit in that room) The "bath" with double sink, shower and laundry are in room next to WC --this is spacious, clean as a whistle. plenty of water pressure and hot water. Laundry is a tiny all-in-one Washer and Dryer. Ok for light loads. Views from the LR & DR and Kitchen areas all amazing. Many nights we'd pop champagne, open cheese and just watch the eiffel sparkle. Daughter used the pullout couch two nights-- very comfortable. Not a USA style unfold, rather a proper twin-sized mattress that pops up with a similar pop up underneath it to sleep two with plenty of room and no "bars" to sleep on. Nice linens on this bed also (ready made up) Kitchen very well appointed with new appliances and large american-sized fridge, and freezer with ice trays. We did use Victor for transfers--great help. Picking up the key was a bit of a hassle because we came in after hours. We wished Victor could have brought the key but ParisPerfect is firm on doing a "house how-to" briefing which I have to respect We ended up having our daughter collect it rather than an after hours meeting, as they did teach our daughter a few things we might not have figured out. Great bandwidth from internet. bookshelf stocked with @ 20 guides to Paris so leave yours home. House has wheeled basket for shopping, umbrellas, plenty of hangers, etc. We'd definitely recommend and would use this again.

My seven night stay at the Champagne apartment was absolutely "Paris Perfect." The apartment was even nicer than the pictures, and I really felt at home. I loved the neighborhood! All the shops and transportation I needed were close by. From my initial contact, "Paris Perfect," promptly responded and answered all my questions. The information book at the apartment was a great resource. It explained how to use everything in very clear language. When I had a minor problem with a stuck sink stopper, Sam came by that morning to do the repair. "Paris Perfect" has my enthusiastic 100% endorsement! I can't wait to return to "Champagne."

Our 30th anniversary celebration tour of Europe was capped-off with a 'Perfect in Paris' ten day stay in the Champagne apartment. The apartment was everything we saw on the website, everything we read in the description, and everything that we envisioned - and then some. And foremost in that 'some' was the view of the Eiffel Tower! No matter what time of time day, nor in what kind of weather, the view of the 'Grande Dame' from either the wrap-around balcony or settled in the armchairs within the apartment, never ceased to delight us. It was truly magnificent! We had selected this particular apartment from the extensive 'catalog' of Paris Perfect properties because (1) of its proximity to the Eiffel Tower, (2) that the tower could be seen from inside the apartment (and being able to from four separate French doors was even better), (3) that it have central A/C, (4) a kitchen with good layout, and (5) that it be located within easy distance of the metro. All conditions were met superbly. After we settled in, we decided upon dinner at one of the recommendations in the special services binder which is provided by Paris Perfect (and written by Madelyn if I am not mistaken). This binder not only lists a number of nearby restaurants, but also all the food shops, grocery stores, open-air food markets, etc. in the neighborhood, as well as interesting places to visit in other areas of Paris. Detailed instruction manuals for the appliances (even so, the oven needed some close study to interpret the 'universal' signage, and we resorted to hand-washing the dishes as opposed to tackling the dishwasher!) So, the restaurant that first night, and actually for the only night we ate out during our entire ten day stay in Paris, was Le Violon d'Ingres. What a delight! From the reception greeting by the Directeur de Salle, Alexandre Lallemode, to the warm ambience and fantastic food complemented by a recommended (and wonderful) bottle of Savigny-les-Beaune 1er Cru, everything about our dinner was first-class. Was it not that we had a lot of food in the refrigerator on our last night in Paris we would have made this restaurant the choice for that evening as well. And contributing to the full refrigerator was almost daily trips to the nearby shops and markets. For an open-air market on a Saturday morning, President Wilson at place d'Iena (just across the Seine) is absolutely incredible. Get there before the opening hour of 8 AM for the best viewing and photo op of everyone setting-up their booths and arranging their products for sale. And certainly Rue de Cler must be visited for their fine outdoor stands and gourmet shops. Closer to the apartment - for an excellent selection of fine wines, Le Repaire de Bacchus is right across the street. Meats at Les Viandes du Champ de Mars. Flowers at the shop down on the corner. Daily fresh bread and pastries from Le Champ des Délices. And for general items, or when the specialty shops are closed, the Supermarché G20 is less than four doors down. Everything one needs is within 5 minutes' walk from the apartment. And the apartment provides a rolling shopping cart to help one bring all these goodies home! Through Paris Perfect's recommended concierge, Lisa Buros-Hutchins with Your Paris Experience, we connected with Diane Anthonissen with Paris Cooking Company. Diane operates a private dining, lessons and market tour company. With a few email exchanges, Diane and we decided upon a six course meal for our 30th anniversary dinner, which was prepared by Diane in the apartment on our special day. Diane and her husband Eric (they work as a team) came by two days earlier to help us select the dishes, stemware and glasses. Lisa at Paris Perfect arranged for an extra table to be delivered by Paris Perfect's handyman, Waldi, so that it could be set-up in the living room of the Champagne apartment. This gave Diane and the maitre de hotel, Charles, the full run of the kitchen and regular dining area while we enjoyed the nightly illumination of the Eiffel Tower through the window and with great excitement and anticipation, awaited the dinner which would be coming through the connecting door. And what a FANTASTIC dinner it was! Course after wonderful course, along with wine pairing, the dishes skillfully prepared and elegantly served. It easily topped any Michelin 3, no make that 4, star restaurant in Paris! What a wonderful evening! To us, we could not have chosen a better location, a better apartment, a better rental and concierge company, nor a better chef to help us arrange and celebrate our 30th anniversary ten day stay in Paris. And for anyone who asked us while we were in Paris, and now that we are back home, 'What was your favorite place in Paris?' - we simply reply 'the Champagne apartment'! Champagne is a wonderfully comfortable apartment for a stay in Paris. The neighborhood is unsurpassable, with everything just a few steps from the apartment. The place was spotless when we arrived and the kitchen had all that was necessary to prepare a simple meal. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the apartment very quiet at night. The view from our living room of the Eiffel Tower and its nightly display was perfect. The only negative we encountered was the combo washer/dryer. The soap did not dissolve and the dryer did not dry no matter how high we set the spin cycle on the washer. It is showing its age and could stand to be replaced. The Paris Perfect team is patient and knowledgeable and almost always available to handle any situation that might arise. We are spoiled. We will return to stay with Paris Perfect.

We rented the Champagne apartment for our wedding and honeymoon, and it exceeded all of our expectations. To view of the Eiffel Tower from your living room sofa is a once in a lifetime experience in itself. The apartment has four French doors that open to a wrap-around balcony, which is lovely for entertaining. We were able to entertain before the wedding, and enjoy it for ourselves afterward. The apartment's location is perfect. It is within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower, many bistros, the Champs Elysees and public transportation. We highly recommend Paris Perfect! 🙂

Dear Paris Perfect: What else can I say? You made our stay in Paris "perfect". It was almost difficult to venture out when we enjoyed such a spectacular view of the city. The Eiffel Tower could be seen from almost every window! The immediate neighbourhood was filled with beautiful restaurants and outdoor cafes and if dining in the apartment was what we wanted we were close to shops selling wonderful pastries and baguettes and there was a grocery store a mere half a block away. The trip to the Louvre was a highlight. One interesting feature was the Master Class Copiers, highlighted by meeting Amal Dagher, the Dean of Louvre Copiers. Pictures of him and his work are being framed as mementoes of our holiday. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

We had a great stay in your Champagne apartment. The apartment was fabulous, and exactly like the pictures on your website. Needless to say, the views of the Eiffel Tower were spectacular, and we enjoyed the light show multiple times every night. We found the apartment to be very convenient to the neighborhood shops and restaurants as well as public transportation. We experienced a slight problem with the washing machine, and the Paris Perfect staff handled it very quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and everything was exceptionally clean, well appointed and simply perfect. We would recommend Paris Perfect without reservation to our family and friends.

The apartment was just so lovely and well-equipped. The view was astounding! Waking up every morning, walking for the paper and breakfast croissants, watching "our corner" of Paris wake up and start the day was a memorable experience. The apartment is in a terrific location - everything you could want is right down the street. If you need dry cleaning, or don't want to do your laundry in the apartment, "La Monmartroise Blanchisserie Traditionelle" is a great service, one-day turnaround and the owner is a beautiful and warm Parisienne. Cafe Constant and Cafe de L'Alma were two great restaurant choices right down the street...there are two very close Metro stations. The Champagne apartment lives up to its reputation and then some. Vive Le Paris Perfect!

What an amazing week in a wonderful apartment in a fantastic neighborhood. This is our fifth time to Paris, but our first time staying at an apartment. We explored the city's neighborhoods and found this one in the 7th to be our favorite. We will be back! Thank you all so much.
