Everything was simply wonderful. Perfect location and surroundings. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. A stunning view of the Eiffel Tower, probably one of the best in the entire city. Our stay was delightful. The apartment was also very warm and cozy. We will definitely come back again!

We just completed another week's rental in the Champagne apartment in Paris. This was maybe our fourth time renting this apartment, which we consider our "home" in Paris. We noticed the many nice upgrades and touches to the apartment-new drapes, light blocking shades, bed coverings. We had problems with the WiFi router and the problem was solved immediately. And we always enjoy our proximity to the cheese, wine, and meat purveyors on the Rue St Dominique. (Eiffel Tower also, of course.) Appreciate all of your efforts to make our stay both enjoyable and memorable.

 

This might be my favorite apartment I have ever stayed in!!! Such a gorgeous apartment and the view of the Eiffel tower is absolutely unbeatable!!! Could not recommend more.

The views and wraparound balcony are the highlights of this apartment! Waking up & going to bed with private Eiffel Tower views was a beautiful dream! Location was amazing as well, lots to do with easy access to the Eiffel Tower, the Seine, cafes & much more! Felt really safe walking around & staying here! Place was clean & the vibes were authentically Parisian. Loved the living room views, kitchen was of generous size & bedroom was okay. We didn't care for the small toilet room. The shower room was separate which was fine. I mean in Paris, one is to expect smaller accommodations, so take that in mind. Perfect for a couple & maybe 1 kid, not for more than 3 people. I do recommend.

Wonderful stay in the lovely Champagne apartment. Photos were very accurate. Beautiful apartment, great location, and never got tired of the amazing view of the Eiffel Tower. At night when it sparkled it was just magical! The powder room is tiny though and getting out of the shower could be tricky with the step down, too bad the shower door didn't open fully as would have been easier. Other than that no complaints. The kitchen was well equipped, the furniture was comfortable. Great location with all the restaurants and shops nearby, including Rue Clear. This is my 3rd time booking with Paris Perfect but won't be my last. Loved our stay!

Exactly like the pictures! The view of the Eiffel Tower was amazing! From the apartment, the Eiffel Tower is a five minute walk. My wife and I and our two boys loved it and would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good place to stay in Paris! We hope to be back again soon!

We so enjoyed our stay in Paris. It was incredible to come back at the end of day from museums, dinner, or a ride along La Seine on Le Bateaux Mouches to our private view of the Eiffel in lights from our balcony. The property was spotless, comfortable… simply lovely in the 7th arrondissement. To be able to walk to Michelin star restaurants, beautiful boulangeries, specialty shops, and also explore the many sites on foot, or with assistance of cab, metro so easily on a rainy afternoon was just wonderful. What a special experience with my family with the help and professionalism of Paris Perfect! We hope to return soon!

Amazing location, incredible view of the Eiffel Tower and so convenient to Rue Cler and great places to eat (the boulangeries and markets are excellent!) Lively neighborhood. Apartment is well-appointed, clean, roomy for 1 or 2. (the toilet water closet is very small and bathroom would be tight fit for 2 at once fyi). Great kitchen with high end appliances! A/C works great and that’s huge during summer. Wrap around terrace and full-length windows is such a treat! Super charming place! Best apartment rental type experience I’ve ever had - no surprises, as pictured, professional company and nice details. Will use Vacation Perfect only and always from now on!

I’m always weary about staying at an apartment due to bad experiences. The Champagne apartment was an experience we will never forget. My two boys (9 and 12) along with my husband and I were astonished with the place. The location of the apartment was lovely along with the views. We walked to local patisseries daily, did our grocery shopping on our street and enjoyed our nights rest. My only downside was the gnats that flew into the apartment when we left the French doors open at night. Other than that, it was amazing and we would stay there again.

We love the Champagne Apt, it’s in a great location, and have stayed there several times in the past. We had a wonderful time this past week in June.

Everything was amazing! The view was absolutely stunning and you felt like you were right in the mix until you wanted to sleep and the noise faded away. Walking distance to the best little shops and markets, not to mention the Eiffel tower! AC worked great and the bonus of an elevator was awesome. We will 100% be back -- thank you for the wonderful memories!! 🙂

To "location, location, location!" we'd add "view, view, view!" This is a stunning, beautifully-appointed apartment with roomy common areas offering truly postcard views afforded to walls of windows that open to the wraparound balcony, all of which offer fantastic vantage point for the Eiffel Tower and the lively cafe below. Features and decor are tasteful and traditional French. The WC is laughably tiny and challenging to use the handwashing sink with fully-extended right elbow without opening the door. But not a deal-breaker. There are scores of patîsseries, fromageries, épiceries, greengrocers, wine shops, cafés, restaurants and numerous markets just steps away. Also very convenient to transportation. The apt is best suited to a couple, and at most, an additional (very) small child. Our only issue was noise from the apartment below (blasting tv and music) that was going on until 2:30 a.m. on a couple of nights, until we asked the neighbor to turn it down. It was truly deafening and the noise could be heard throughout the entire building. We are not particularly sensitive to noise and we understand how sound carries in Haussmanian buildings, but this noise was absurdly disruptive to those awake and asleep alike. Otherwise, a perfect stay.

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment Champagne. It is our second stay in this building. The view from the apartment is spectacular! It is well located, close to great cafe's and great places to eat. We highly recommend this apartment for your stay. It is well suited for a couple. There is a small bed on the living room that can accommodate one more person.

This was my 4th time staying here, since it is my favorite of all the Paris Perfect choices. Knowing all the places to shop and the restaurants I like, it really is like being at home. Lisa and all of the Paris Perfect team are great. I have been coming to Paris and staying in one of their condos since 2011 with the exception of the Covid year.

The Champagne apartment in Paris was very charming with it's cute balcony and magical views of the Eifel Tower. The floor plan was perfect for our family of 3 and the location was ideal for the activities we had planned. The apartment was fully furnished and we took advantage of the kitchen and living room space. The Paris Perfect host met us at the apartment and did a wonderful job of explaining everything we needed to know. We didn't want our stay to end and hope we can return again soon!

Wonderful apartment in a terrific location. The apartment was ideal for 2 people allowing plenty of room to spread out. And being able to have instant heat during an unusually cold spell was a real bonus. Close to many attractions and excellent restaurants - we loved it. Very well equipped kitchen allowed us to enjoy breakfast daily. Would definitely recommend for a couple - it might be tight for more. Ambience and comfort were 5 star.

My daughter and I had a wonderful 5 days in Paris and absolutely loved the apartment. Location, charm, comfort. Everything was top notch. We will definitely be back!

We just returned from our stay in the Champagne apartment and it couldn’t have been better. The balcony is amazing (and very rare in a rental), we were out there all the time. Everything the other reviews say about the view, the location, the appointments, comfort and service is true. We loved feeling like locals and would stay there again in a heartbeat. We got a lovely bouquet of flowers from the florist down the street, and we were even able to make an amazing Beef Bourguignonne for dinner after buying all the ingredients fresh from the shops nearby. Only minor suggestion would be to sharpen or replace the knives.

This was our first time in Paris and the location and setup of the Champagne apartment could not have been more perfect! We were within walking distance of many of our destinations and the rest were easily reached on the #69 bus (bus stop right across the street) or Metro. The apartment is tastefully decorated, well-stocked, comfortable, and clean. The view of the Eiffel Tower was magical! The association with Victor's cabs made for a seamless experience.

Everything about this apartment was perfect: from the view, the Location, the amenities, the surrounding neighbourhood… I can’t recommend this apartment enough! The check in process was very accommodating and easy. My family and I would absolutely stay here again!

After reading all the previous reviews, I realized everything you could ever say about how great the condo and the Paris Perfect staff are have been expressed. I agree totally that both are excellent which is why I keep coming back - 8 times with P.P and 3 times at Champagne. It is always a thrill to arrive there and so depressing when I have to leave, but that just makes the anticipation of the next trip just a bit more exciting. If it was my condo, I would take out the sink in the tiny toilet room, as that would make a big improvement, but obviously I am willing to put up with the inconvenience of having it there. In a world that is in such a mess right now, it is wonderful that we have a chance to tune it all out and just enjoy life for a week.

Great apartment and location!

Absolutely glorious apartment for our New Year’s week !!! Everything was perfect. The views from each room with a wrap around balcony made for a quintessential Paris experience. We loved the shops along Rue Saint Dominique and enjoyed being able to have so many of our meals at home with such a well equipped kitchen. So many details to appreciate — the shower was always hot with good pressure, the heated rack for our towels was lovely, extra pillows and blankets came in handy when one of our Parisian friends spent a night (she said the pull out sofa was more comfortable than her bed at her flat), and when it was time for bed, the building was always quiet. We feel like we found a secret treasure and very much look forward to coming back.

This is a great apartment! My 7 yr old daughter wants to live there forever. What a magical view of the Eiffel Tower - and location is perfect especially for a first visit in Paris. The apartment has a everything you need for a comfortable stay. The introduction that people complain about in other reviews is confusing because it's necessary and full of information on the area to maximize your stay. From how to open the door to where to get a sanitary pass. 5 stars and I would absolutely stay there again. With my husband and daughter or a couple of girlfriends.

I have just returned from my sixth stay in this glorious apartment, and as usual Paris Perfect made certain that everything truly was perfect. Obviously I love this apartment and the fabulous location. Almost everything you could want is within a few blocks, and I really felt part of the community. When there was a minor problem with a Roman shade on one of the French doors, Paris Perfect sent someone to make the repair the next morning. In an age of mass marketing, Paris Perfect is truly unique in offering outstanding apartments, service and support.

The Champagne apartment is really worth booking when staying in Paris. We are a family with 2 kids (8 and 10 yo) and the place was great for the four of us. The location is excellent with a dream view. The strategic location allowed us to walk everywhere without a need to use the public transport or taxi. There are many restaurants and bakeries in the area where you can enjoy the traditional French cuisine. I will happily book with Paris Perfect in case we return to Paris in the future.

Staying at Paris Perfect properties turns Paris into an even more special place. The location is prime, beautiful decorated, hostesses are helpful and engaging, check in easy and fast. I will definitely be back.

This was an absolutely beautiful apartment for my first visit back to Paris after the pandemic! Could not beat the view, wrap around floor to ceiling windows keep the apartment super bright, which I love. While it is not a large apartment, (1BR), the space is used well and you never feel cramped. The double pain windows were terrific in keeping out street noise, when you want to. I actually enjoy Paris street noise, most of the time. It's on a great street in the 7th so you are near a ton of "local" place to eat and shop. The building is also good, maintained and quiet. Would highly recommend and plan to stay here again.

My friend and I stayed at this apartment for 5 nights while visiting Paris. It is absolutely stunning, if you are looking for an amazing view and very nice looking interior you won't be disappointed. The location was perfect and it had pretty much everything you need. The woman who checked us in and showed us around was also, very kind. Amazing stay!

Our second time at the Champagne property and both times have been during Covid lockdowns/curfews. Perfect place to have breakfast, lunch and dinners with a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower at all times.

The Champagne Apartment was elegantly decorated, spacious and was located in a fantastic part of Paris. The nearby restaurants and the ease of access to public transportation added to the enjoyment of this apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed the elegance, location, space and amenities that the apartment offered.

This apartment is very very nice and exactly as pictured. The location is perfect with shops and restaurants just downstairs. Also a park across the street and just a 5 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower & the river. The unit is clean without dust nor bugs. Plenty of soap, toilet tissue, trash bags, etc. Kitchen is fully stocked. The bed is very very soft and comfortable. I could lay in it all day. Definitely high quality mattress and sheets. Overall a great place to stay and I highly recommend.”

Wonderful location with splendid views! Apartment was in great conditions and maintained COVID 19 regulations, during check in mask and gloves were on from the host and everything in the apartment was superb! The view is out of this world.

This was our fourth stay with Paris Perfect, each time in a different apartment and all have been excellent. The spacious Champagne apartment has everything you'll need including simply the best view of Madame Eiffel from 5 of the 7 floor to ceiling windows. The 7th arr is the best location from which to explore Paris, green space, close to shops, restaurants, museums, Rue Cler and an easy commute to any area of Paris. We had an amazing time staying at the Champagne apartment. It was perfect. The view is outstanding and we really enjoyed exploring around the neighborhood. I wasn't familiar with that area so I'm excited that we chose it. Rue Cler was fabulous and we particularly enjoyed our 2nd year anniversary dinner at La Fontaine de Mars which was so close. Paris is magical and we can't wait to go back and experience and learn more. We'll definitely choose either the Champagne apartment again or another one of your apartments! Excellent in every regard! Location ideal. View was astounding. The Champagne flat was superb, comfortable, spacious for Paris, with kitchen well appointed. Shower was great... although water-closet was a bit too tiny. Still, we'd highly recommend Paris Perfect /Champagne to all our family & friends!

This is our fifth stay in the Champagne apartment - so I guess that says it all in terms of how much we enjoy staying there! The apartment was immaculate and as stylish as we remembered from our prior stays. Champagne is so well-located - near the Rue Cler markets and with easy metro and bus lines access. The view out on Rue St. Dominique is literally like watching street theatre - all the bustle of the shopping area, but, as we are on the 5th floor - well above the street noise! All the amenities we wanted/needed were there in the apartment were there upon arrival. Thank you Paris Perfect for making our visit to the City of Light just what we expected: "perfect".

This is our second booking with Paris Perfect. The process was easy and we received excellent, timely, advice from all the staff regarding the selection of the apartment that was best for our stay. Champagne is incredibly located in Champs de Mars in the 5th floor of probably the best corner in the zone; the view from every room was superb...We most enjoyed having breakfast or dinner from the dinning room in the corner, with 270 degrees of view centered on the Eiffel Tower. The apartment was very efficient for the 2 of us enjoying our 35th anniversary, including a short stay of our 2 grown up children, which utilized the couch. Perhaps the only design challenge was the very small w.c. room which is separate from the very good shower room; yet being separate made it very efficient even for 4 people. The zone around the apartment is beautiful; the shops, cafes, made us wanting to be in the street all day. St Germain is a beautiful 15 minutes walk; crossing the Seine river is only 5 minutes away. Thank you Madeleine and staff for a wonderful anniversary trip....We look forward to our next stay!!!!! Harish + Amalia

This was my fourth stay in the beautiful Champagne apartment, and my fifth stay with Paris Perfect. The apartment is wonderful, with a spectacular view of the Eiffel Tower. I never tire of watching the street life below. The apartment floor plan and amentities are ideal. The neighborhood has everything you need for your stay. You will really feel as though you are living as a Parisian. Paris Perfect is an amazing organization. They provide five star service at every step of the way. I recommend them 100% to anyone considering staying in a Paris apartment.

Everything about this apartment is lovely! The view was truly outstanding and something we made sure we enjoyed every morning with coffee and in the evening with a glass of wine. The neighborhood is full of great restaurants and has several markets, butchers, and patisseries within a few steps. The bed and linens were very comfortable after a long day walking. We will definitely come back the next time we are in Paris!

Paris Perfect has impeccable customer service. Without a doubt, I would book with them again. We were staying in an apartment that did not have A/C. We knew this when booking but when we were in Paris it was unusually hot. I called to ask if they could do anything for us. They called and emailed us the next morning and said they were going to move us to another apartment. The apartment was SPECTACULAR (Champagne). It had A/C and an incredible view of the Eiffel Tower. The apartment was very clean. They provided Shampoo, Conditioner, and Soap. They had a Nespresso machine (they provided coffee pods) and a drip coffee maker. They left a basket in the apartment with wine and some crackers/cookies. In the refrigerator, they provided milk and orange Juice. They also had a book in each apartment about the area, where to eat and drink and that was very helpful. Not only did they move us to a spectacular apartment but they sent emails prior to our trip with loads of information about Paris. We were able to book a trip to Versailles which was great. They have a driver that you can make a reservation with that will pick you up at the airport and will take your apartment. I can't say enough about Paris Perfect. Don't even think about using Airbnb - Paris Perfect is the way to go! This was a trip my sister and I will never forget. We are now planning on going to Italy and using Italy Perfect. Thank you Paris Perfect.

Fantastic location, fantastic apartment, fantastic views!

We loved this apartment. There was no place better with the seven large windows overlooking the neighborhood and the Eiffel Tower. Being on California time we enjoyed being up at 1am a couple nights to see the flashing lights on the tower as it closed down. The apartment is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. We were surrounded by wonderful bakeries and restaurants and were conveniently located for buses and walking to major art museums and other sights. It was a wonderful stay.

The apartment was just the right size for my husband and myself with our adult daughter - she slept on the trundle that popped up from under the couch. One additional person could have stayed with us. The view of the Eiffel Tower twinkling every evening was the best part of the place! However, it was nice to have room to relax, read and watch TV. We did not feel crowded at all. The location is convenient for some sights such as the Eiffel Tower, Napoleon's Tomb but most other locations were quickly reached using Uber. It was a very clean unit and quite comfortable. We are very appreciative of the opportunity to stay at Champagne!

A lovely apartment in a beautiful neighborhood with the Champ de Mars nearby and the Seine just a short walk. In the kitchen, the four-burner cooktop afforded us the opportunity to do some real cooking, and the open-air markets close by like Rue Cler had everything we wanted or needed. Comfy chairs and sofa offered much relaxation. Great location and great vacation!

I can't thank you enough for making our holiday the best we've ever had. You thought of every detail and made it so easy for us to plan our day. Your Instagram page is what drew me to you and Paris is an inspiring and romantic subject in some of my work. I was able to paint a little but mostly soaked up the sights with my husband!! We had two wonderful weeks in the Champagne apartment. Our daughter was able to join us, and with the pull out bed and closed off living room, it worked very well. Everything we needed was within a one block--good restaurants, small grocery, fruit and vegetable stands, patisserie, boulangerie, wine shops, bank with ATM, dry cleaners, taxi stand across the street, and the best gluten free bakery (am celiac) who also supplies bread at the Bristol (where we stayed last year) and the Ritz. Our weeklong stay in "Champagne" in Paris in May was positively elegant! My husband and I would like to thank Paris Perfect for their expert service, attentive staff, and our stylishly appointed, comfortable apartment. The onsite team made things so easy for us, from clearly written directions on how to use the dishwasher, washing machine and dryer to where to buy all the wonderful food available in our neighborhood -both from shops and at restaurants. We've been to Paris more than 15 times, but this visit will stand out for its special comfort enhanced by that spectacular view of the Eiffel Tower from every room including from our own private terrace, which was our special go-to place every day. Champagne and Paris Perfect truly exceeded our expectations!! Merci beaucoup!!!

Previously we enjoyed staying at the Givry apartment. We were celebrating our 25th anniversary this time, so we treated ourselves to staying at Champagne. Wow!!! Loved it. It is on our favourite street, Rue St Dominique, and it was great to return to a neighbourhood we knew, and knew where to shop etc. We arrived to 30 degree weather, unusual for Paris at that time of year, so we were glad that the apt had air conditioning and a fan. The view from the wrap around balcony was wonderful. Next time I will ask for a top sheet in addition to the duvet as I tend to run hot and like to remove the duvet several times a night. All in all, a perfectly lovely celebration. Paris Perfect, exactly! I also have two girlfriends who are enjoying London Perfect too!

Although this was our eighth stay in Paris, this was our first experience staying in an apartment in Paris. We travel to France each Spring, staying at an apartment in Ajaccio Corsica and end our time in Paris. We found the Paris Perfect Champagne absolutely delightful. The apartment was very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed for the week except for food. We cooked several times and ate several meals in nearby bistros. We loved getting to know the 7th. Of course it was the best to have our morning coffee and our evening drinks sitting on our balcony with the Eiffel Tower in our view! We certainly will use Paris Perfect apartments in the future and hope to come back to Champagne next year!

This apartment is marvelous. Location is the heart of the 7th and a wonderful neighborhood that we know well. The wrap around windows with views and the usable balcony are a true asset. The apartment is clean,new and as they say in French "TBE"!!. Only down is the very narrow and small toilet,not good for full sized people I would think. We would certainly book Champagne again. Since Paris is our great good place, we enjoy a yearly visit -- usually in the spring. We've now rented an apartment from Paris Perfect on 7 consecutive occasions, and while still under the cloud of jet lag are already talking about an 8th rental. This should prove beyond a doubt our great satisfaction with the Paris Perfect staff and its beautiful apartments in fantastic locations. A Bientot!

I recently returned from another fabulous stay at the Champagne apartment. This was my second stay at this apartment, and my third stay with Paris Perfect. The apartment is even nicer than the pictures. The location and setting are the absolute best. You really feel like you are living as a Parisian. Everything is so convenient. The apartment is very spacious, with an excellent floor plan. The kitchen is wonderful--even if you don't cook! Paris Perfect is an amazing organization. You will truly feel loved. They have my 100%+ recommendation!

We had a wonderful stay at the Champagne apartment this month. It was an oft deferred and long awaited trip but it could not have been better. The apartment was perfect and the views inspiring. While we sampled the local restaurants, we also enjoyed dining "at home" a couple of times, utilizing the fully equipped kitchen that made us feel at home. Since we have stayed in the same area of the 7th many times before, the neighborhood felt like our home away from home as well. Adding to the trip was the time of year. Paris during the holiday season is so so special. It is hard to describe to people that have never been, but you have to be here to experience it.

We had the BEST time in Paris. Our stay in the Champagne Apartment was fantastic! It was our home away from home! We loved EVERYTHING about the apartment. It was fully furnished with everything one could need. The Bed was so comfortable after a day of exploring! The view from our little balcony was out of this world! Thank you Paris Perfect for making our stay in Paris so very memorable! We will be back! You were awesome to work with! Thank you for everything!

How can I ever go to Paris and not stay in the Champagne apartment again. The view is absolutely amazing! The apartment is beautifully decorated. I just love the huge French doors which open onto the balcony. This apartment is just as beautiful as the pictures we saw on Paris Perfect's website. All the information was so helpful - we felt right at home.

Amazing location! The wrap around balcony was used every night for wine and appetizers. I have sent photos of this particular unit to friends who will likely be staying there in the future. The neighborhood is the best in Paris. Very local and not touristy. Restaurants are also fantastic and you can walk to all of them.

I had been to Paris about 36 times but never more than a day or two as my husband was always on business. After he died I thought I only have one thing on my bucket list... To go to Paris and "be a Parisian." A friend who rents an apartment every year gave Me the name of her agency "Paris Perfect" I looked at all the one bedroom apartments and chose "Champagne." When my daughter arrived to visit she said, "Mom, this is a perfect apartment for you." The apartment was immaculate and there was a notebook with information about everything - how to work appliances, restaurants, beauty shops etc. Best of all, the Eiffel Tower was visible from every window it seemed. I grew to love "E.T.". Each night I waited to see him twinkle on the hour. The housekeepers came once each week. I wish I could have taken them home . They have did such a beautiful job - each time it looked as sparkly as the day I arrived. Best of all, I felt so safe in the neighborhood. There must have been 30 restaurants on the street and it had good lighting . Lots of people walking at night made me feel comfortable . It was a perfect trip to Paris. Thank you for making it so.

A very clean, quiet and tidy apartment located within easy walking distance of the Eiffel Tower. Very well-equipped. Elevator service. Good WI-Fi. Three of us stayed here for a week and found it very enjoyable. We would be happy to return. All the conveniences of central Paris including bakeries, pharmacies, wine stores, grocery stores, etc. were all very close, in many cases within two blocks. The pictures on the website are a valid depiction of the apartment. The arrival and departure procedures were very efficient. We have previously stayed in other apartments in Paris and this is by far our favorite.

My daughter and I stayed in the Champagne apartment for a week for our "Girls' Trip to Paris" and it was a fabulous experience! The apartment was exactly as we had hoped it would be with an unbelievable view of the Eiffel Tower! The apartment is well appointed with a beautiful kitchen and bathroom (note that the photos online show 2 sinks in the bathroom but there is now only one.) We loved picking up fruit, cheese and bread down the street and enjoying breakfast together as the city awoke each morning. It was a perfect location for us, near many shops, restaurants, bakeries, etc. Everything we needed was only a block (or less) away! This was our first experience renting an apartment for a vacation and it could not have been better! We felt safe, independent and loved everything about the experience! It was indeed, "Paris Perfect." We hated to leave!!

The apartment was in a great location. Shops, food stores, cafes etc in the immediate vicinity. Metro stop was about a 5 minute walk, but it was also easy to walk across the Seine. We had two teen age girls with us and the trundle bed worked out perfectly well. The only one negative is that the apartment probably has the world's smallest WC (toilet)! Apart from that, we were very pleased with the location and Paris Perfect staff.

This was our fourth (?) stay here and it is always a distinct pleasure. So near great restaurants and the excitement of the city that we really feel a part of daily Parisian life. The apartment is well appointed and we especially appreciated the updated clothes washer/dryer. We cannot say enough good things about the feeling one gets when staying here. We do miss, however, the elegant glass dining table. Nice place. We will return.

My stay at Champagne was absolutely divine. Perfect position close to everything and of course the view is sublime! The Paris Perfect staff were a delight to deal with after I made my booking many months ago and their professional approach made my trip to Paris just perfect!!! I will certainly return and live the dream again.

Outstanding apartment and location. First class accommodations. We loved it. Stayed for two weeks and wish it had been two months. The view of the twinkling Eiffel Tower was spell binding. We felt like Parisians for two weeks. The only improvement I can think of is to include some instructions for the stove. It is still not clear to me what the "H" stands for on the display. Thank you, we will return to Paris and Paris Perfect.

We visit Paris often, in fact, I used to live there, so for me there is no experience quite like being in ones own apartment. This apartment, Champagne, was perfect for us. We came for 10 days finishing the weekend of Valentine's Day. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. I speak french, and Tim does not, but in the 7th Arrondissement, near the Champs de Mars, and the Eiffel Tower, one can easily get by with English. The apartment has free WiFi so it was easy to research the best boulangeries and markets in the area. There are several on the same street as the apartment, but if you walk about 10 minutes, there is an exceptional boulangerie on Rue de Grenelle, where I bought fresh bread and pain au chocolat, croissants, apricot pastries and more, every morning. There is a wonderful coffee store with a wide assortment of coffees, which they will grind for you. The apartment has a drip coffee maker as well as an espresso maker and if you are American, like me, you need your morning coffee to start the day. The view or should I say "VIEW", is amazing. Seven Large french windows open onto a wrap around balcony, with two sets of chairs and small tables, and they all have that marvelous view of the Eiffel tower that one never gets tired of. No photo can do it justice, and it's dazzling at night when it sparkles, with thousands of lights, every hour, on the hour. The kitchen is remarkably well appointed and stocked with everything you might want. I am a cook and was worried that I would have to buy a lot of things, but aside from spices and the food itself, I had everything that I needed. There is also a wonderful butcher just across the street with wonderful fresh fare. The Rue Cler has a wonderful market every Sunday, and it's only about a 10 minute walk. We bought armfuls of beautiful fresh flowers and filled every room, when we arrived and it was the only addition we needed to feel absolutely at home. The toilet is separate from the shower area and very small, but I was used to it, from my 5 years, living in the city, when I was younger. The bathroom, however, is quite large even by hotel standards, no bath, but a large walk in shower, a double sink and a washer dryer combo in a cabinet, very handy. The staff at Paris Perfect are only one block away and are available buy telephone and online, to help with anything you might need. The telephone, in the apartment, is included, and very handy. Their English is perfect and they will help you out, as they did help us a couple times. I can't imaging going back and staying anywhere else. A hotel has it's limited charm, but cannot compare with this 4 room dream of an apartment. I can't recommend it more, although, I probably shouldn't, or it may be occupied, when I want it again. Go and see Paris, as it should be seen, like a Parisian.

For my 60th Birthday, I wanted to awake in the City of Lights, TOP OF MY BUCKET LIST. Researched endlessly,and as a former Travel Agent, I was all too aware of the pitfalls of deceptive advertisement. Chose a Champagne for a 2 week stay in MARCH, 2014. The pictures are Genuine! The apt is absolutely PARIS PERFECT! The Views- 360 balcony of the Eiffel Tower ARE SPECTACULAR. Spent every night sipping champagne watching the ever changing light The accommodations were Beyond our expectations. Great area, BUS is across the street, metro 2 blks down. Eiffel tower is a 2min walk, Champs park is across the street. Great bars n restaurants within walking distance including Rue de Cler. We ENJOYED EVERY SECOND OF OUR STAY and WE SHALL RETURN!

Now that we've returned aux Etats-Unis, we wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed both the apartment and your excellent service. We took advantage of your recommendations for tours and services, and had an outstanding stay in Paris as a result. Your recommendation of Victor for taxi service to and from the airport really took a lot of uncertainty out of our arrival and return. Very professional drivers. And notwithstanding the Paris taxi strike the afternoon before we were scheduled to leave, Victor reassured us that we'd have no difficulty making our flight the next morning. We spent a full day touring the Louvre with Scott Emerson, Michael Osman's partner with Parisfind. Scott's knowledge of the history of the palace and the contents of the artwork throughout was stunning and, more importantly, made our visit to an otherwise potentially overwhelming museum quite enjoyable. Your future clients would do well to link up with Scott to appreciate the art and joy of Paris. We drove through some wonderful parts of Paris with Cedric, riding in his open-topped Citroen with a bottle of champagne. He knows Paris inside and out, and was a delight to travel with. Lisa Buros-Hutchins was instrumental in getting us into an evening of wine tasting at O Chateau, where we learned a great deal about the various regions of grape varieties throughout France. She too is both friendly and professional. To the extent that you recommend neighborhood restaurants and bistros, you may want to add Le Campanella on Rue St. Dominique to your list. Great food and delightful waiters. We returned a number of times and were never disappointed. Having stayed in other cities in Europe, no visit has been as enjoyable for us as these past two weeks in Paris, thanks largely to your help -- from touring advice to replacing our N'Espresso coffee pods to answering basic questions about our neighborhood. And, of course, our view of the Eiffel Tower -- both by day, and with lights exploding every hour on the hour in the evening -- was incroyable! Thanks for making this remarkable experience happen for us. Merci.

We had a fantastic early October stay in the Champagne apartment! It was our first trip to Paris, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The apartment was beautiful inside and out and exceeded our expectations. The perfect size for a family of three. The view, the view, the view!!! I cannot rave enough about the view from every window of the apartment! It was so wonderful to come home to a beautiful apartment with a gorgeous view at the end of each day. We loved the restaurant recommendations in the Paris Perfect guidebook. We found the food and service at each recommended restaurant to be excellent. The neighborhood is absolutely fantastic! So many great places so near to the apartment! And so many wonderfully friendly Parisians. We used the Paris Perfect recommended concierge, Lisa Buros-Hutchins (yourparisexperience.com), to connect us with a local professional photographer for a family photoshoot. Lisa connected us with Samuel Girard (usinparis.fr). Sam was awesome! We spent a morning having our picture taken all over Paris. The pictures are gorgeous - worth every euro! What a great keepsake from our trip. Everything about Paris Perfect is simply that - PERFECT. We had no idea that we would love our Paris experience as much as we did. We were so sad to leave the Champagne apartment at the end of our trip. It was truly a perfect home away from home. We cannot wait to return!

We had a lovely experience with Paris Perfect. My sister and a work colleague both have stayed many times & even still I was cautious. I was so delighted when we walked into the apartment. The kitchen was updated and marvellously efficient - not that we used it much being in the 7th with all those amazing restaurants within mere feet of the front door. The décor was charming, the apartment spotless, even the sheets were of good quality. We were so charmed we started looking at real estate to buy but then reconsidered now knowing we can have a great experience with Paris Perfect, feel like we are home and have none of the worries. This was our second stay at the lovely Champagne apartment and it was as wonderfully magical as the first stay five years ago. The location is perfect for the things we enjoy.......great restaurants, museums, shops, markets. We discovered two restaurants in the "hood" we hadn't tried before: Su Misura (Italian) and Philippe Excoffier (French - wonderful fresh fish!). We look forward to our next visit! The view from Champagne is stunning: 5 sets of french doors open to the sparkling tower, so close you feel you can reach out and touch it. Give this place 5 stars. As classic "americans" we sought everything that's hard to find "all in one place" in Paris: stylish address, signature view, elevator, large master bed, air-conditioning, american-style coffee maker, modern kitchenette, modern bathroom, washer and dryer, and pull out sofa option for our 20 year old who's studying in paris for the semester. Champagne met our every wish. Neighborhood is bustling with grocery, cheese, wine, and patisserie all in the same block. Walk to Eiffel is 2 blocks. Street is well known to cab drives so no problems getting 'home' from various parts of the city. There is street noise. Apartment building is secure and very attractive. Neighborhood is upscale. Elevator is for 2 people or bags + 1 person but fast and worked well. The floor plan is efficient--master bedroom has 2 closets with bed somewhere between queen and king size, and double doors. AC works great, but fan + doors keep great breeze. Lovely furnishings and very good towels and linens satisfy picky wife. Toilet is off the hall close to master--tiny WC only. (fair warning--a heavy person literally would not fit in that room) The "bath" with double sink, shower and laundry are in room next to WC --this is spacious, clean as a whistle. plenty of water pressure and hot water. Laundry is a tiny all-in-one Washer and Dryer. Ok for light loads. Views from the LR & DR and Kitchen areas all amazing. Many nights we'd pop champagne, open cheese and just watch the eiffel sparkle. Daughter used the pullout couch two nights-- very comfortable. Not a USA style unfold, rather a proper twin-sized mattress that pops up with a similar pop up underneath it to sleep two with plenty of room and no "bars" to sleep on. Nice linens on this bed also (ready made up) Kitchen very well appointed with new appliances and large american-sized fridge, and freezer with ice trays. We did use Victor for transfers--great help. Picking up the key was a bit of a hassle because we came in after hours. We wished Victor could have brought the key but ParisPerfect is firm on doing a "house how-to" briefing which I have to respect We ended up having our daughter collect it rather than an after hours meeting, as they did teach our daughter a few things we might not have figured out. Great bandwidth from internet. bookshelf stocked with @ 20 guides to Paris so leave yours home. House has wheeled basket for shopping, umbrellas, plenty of hangers, etc. We'd definitely recommend and would use this again.

The staff was very accommodating and the apartment was an excellent fit for us -- modern, convenient, well-appointed, clean, comfortable with beautiful views. We had some Parisian friends visit and they marveled at the Eiffel Tower view from our windows! What a special time it was for us. We can't wait to go back!

Great apartment that has everything you need from dishes, fans, umbrellas, iron and etc. The best thing about the apartment was the location: backery, fish, meat, desert stores and fantastic places to eat are all in walking distances. It is true what they say; Location, location, location!!!!! Since we were near Champs de Mars, we were able to get our usual excercise. Everything was truly wonderful and we plan to use Paris Perfect again. The Paris Guide provided was excellent. We took cooking clases, had a professional photographer take photos, used the transportation services reccomended. For people who want to spend time in Paris, this is company to use.

My seven night stay at the Champagne apartment was absolutely "Paris Perfect." The apartment was even nicer than the pictures, and I really felt at home. I loved the neighborhood! All the shops and transportation I needed were close by. From my initial contact, "Paris Perfect," promptly responded and answered all my questions. The information book at the apartment was a great resource. It explained how to use everything in very clear language. When I had a minor problem with a stuck sink stopper, Sam came by that morning to do the repair. "Paris Perfect" has my enthusiastic 100% endorsement! I can't wait to return to "Champagne."

In our recent stay in the beautiful city of Paris, we found our apartment to be fabulous and just as advertised. In addition to its close proximity to the Eiffel Tower, our bakery, wine shop, cheese shop, and butcher were all within one block of the apartment which provided for great breakfasts and lunches out on the balcony. The many restaurants in the neighborhood combined with Paris Perfects concierge recommendations resulted in the best dinner experiences imaginable. The apartment has several sets of French doors that open to a balcony that wraps around the entire length of the apartment providing beautiful views no matter where you are in the apartment. The bedroom had a nice king size bed with plenty of room for storage of luggage and clothes. The sitting room has direct views of the Eiffel Tower. The kitchen was well equipped and allowed for us to hire a personal chef to cook for us in our apartment. The team at Paris Perfect was outstanding and I would highly recommend using them for any stay in Paris. Our whole experience was better than we thought even possible. We will certainly be back in the Champagne apartment for another fabulous stay soon.

Paris is truly perfect when you deal with PARIS PERFECT! This is our third PARIS PERFECT visit and we felt once again like Parisiens thanks to the beautiful and excellent accommodations. We stayed in the Champagne apartment during the week leading up to Christmas, 2013. We had a wonderful time. The apartment is ideally situated, bright and with fabulous views of the Eiffel Tower. The neighborhood is very convenient with a great choice of restaurants, bakeries, butchers, supermarkets, wine merchants, and other essential providers of the good life in Paris. The apartment itself is very nicely appointed and equipped with all the conveniences for self catering. We hope to return soon.

Another wonderful stay with Paris Perfect. We have rented over a dozen different apartments in the many years we have traveled to Paris. Each one is wonderfully appointed--as if it were my very own apartment; everything is there that I would want: warm comforters, nespresso, great kitchens and etc, etc We stayed in tiny champagne this time and loved the view--it is perfect for 2 people but boy would it be crowded with more than that! We will return again and again and ALWAYS rent from Paris Perfect!

Our 30th anniversary celebration tour of Europe was capped-off with a 'Perfect in Paris' ten day stay in the Champagne apartment. The apartment was everything we saw on the website, everything we read in the description, and everything that we envisioned - and then some. And foremost in that 'some' was the view of the Eiffel Tower! No matter what time of time day, nor in what kind of weather, the view of the 'Grande Dame' from either the wrap-around balcony or settled in the armchairs within the apartment, never ceased to delight us. It was truly magnificent! We had selected this particular apartment from the extensive 'catalog' of Paris Perfect properties because (1) of its proximity to the Eiffel Tower, (2) that the tower could be seen from inside the apartment (and being able to from four separate French doors was even better), (3) that it have central A/C, (4) a kitchen with good layout, and (5) that it be located within easy distance of the metro. All conditions were met superbly. After we settled in, we decided upon dinner at one of the recommendations in the special services binder which is provided by Paris Perfect (and written by Madelyn if I am not mistaken). This binder not only lists a number of nearby restaurants, but also all the food shops, grocery stores, open-air food markets, etc. in the neighborhood, as well as interesting places to visit in other areas of Paris. Detailed instruction manuals for the appliances (even so, the oven needed some close study to interpret the 'universal' signage, and we resorted to hand-washing the dishes as opposed to tackling the dishwasher!) So, the restaurant that first night, and actually for the only night we ate out during our entire ten day stay in Paris, was Le Violon d'Ingres. What a delight! From the reception greeting by the Directeur de Salle, Alexandre Lallemode, to the warm ambience and fantastic food complemented by a recommended (and wonderful) bottle of Savigny-les-Beaune 1er Cru, everything about our dinner was first-class. Was it not that we had a lot of food in the refrigerator on our last night in Paris we would have made this restaurant the choice for that evening as well. And contributing to the full refrigerator was almost daily trips to the nearby shops and markets. For an open-air market on a Saturday morning, President Wilson at place d'Iena (just across the Seine) is absolutely incredible. Get there before the opening hour of 8 AM for the best viewing and photo op of everyone setting-up their booths and arranging their products for sale. And certainly Rue de Cler must be visited for their fine outdoor stands and gourmet shops. Closer to the apartment - for an excellent selection of fine wines, Le Repaire de Bacchus is right across the street. Meats at Les Viandes du Champ de Mars. Flowers at the shop down on the corner. Daily fresh bread and pastries from Le Champ des Délices. And for general items, or when the specialty shops are closed, the Supermarché G20 is less than four doors down. Everything one needs is within 5 minutes' walk from the apartment. And the apartment provides a rolling shopping cart to help one bring all these goodies home! Through Paris Perfect's recommended concierge, Lisa Buros-Hutchins with Your Paris Experience, we connected with Diane Anthonissen with Paris Cooking Company. Diane operates a private dining, lessons and market tour company. With a few email exchanges, Diane and we decided upon a six course meal for our 30th anniversary dinner, which was prepared by Diane in the apartment on our special day. Diane and her husband Eric (they work as a team) came by two days earlier to help us select the dishes, stemware and glasses. Lisa at Paris Perfect arranged for an extra table to be delivered by Paris Perfect's handyman, Waldi, so that it could be set-up in the living room of the Champagne apartment. This gave Diane and the maitre de hotel, Charles, the full run of the kitchen and regular dining area while we enjoyed the nightly illumination of the Eiffel Tower through the window and with great excitement and anticipation, awaited the dinner which would be coming through the connecting door. And what a FANTASTIC dinner it was! Course after wonderful course, along with wine pairing, the dishes skillfully prepared and elegantly served. It easily topped any Michelin 3, no make that 4, star restaurant in Paris! What a wonderful evening! To us, we could not have chosen a better location, a better apartment, a better rental and concierge company, nor a better chef to help us arrange and celebrate our 30th anniversary ten day stay in Paris. And for anyone who asked us while we were in Paris, and now that we are back home, 'What was your favorite place in Paris?' - we simply reply 'the Champagne apartment'! This was our first visit to Paris and we were hoping all would be memorable including our apartment. The Champagne apartment did not disappoint!! First, the location was superb!! Everything was within easy walking distance, the restaurants, bakeries, wine shops, and of course the Eiffel Tower. The vision of the tower though our window made us awestruck, and even more so at night. The apartment was well appointed making it easy for us to enjoy breakfast and any other meal we wanted to entertain. Our biggest complaint was and still is, we did not have enough time there. Next trip we will certainly book longer, and make sure we stay in the Champagne apartment!! Thank you Paris Perfect for making our first trip to Paris - perfect!

Our third stay in the Champagne apartments and the name says it all - simply parfait (perfect). The doors opening to the wrap around balcony provide the never ending show of Parisian life below in the street, the café across the street, the coming and goings in the buildings across the way and of course the view of the Eiffel Tower entertained us every night with its golden glow and the hourly light show. The apartment itself was everything a person could ask for - beautifully decorated, fully equipped and in a location that can't be beaten. Will be back.

Champagne is a wonderfully comfortable apartment for a stay in Paris. The neighborhood is unsurpassable, with everything just a few steps from the apartment. The place was spotless when we arrived and the kitchen had all that was necessary to prepare a simple meal. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the apartment very quiet at night. The view from our living room of the Eiffel Tower and its nightly display was perfect. The only negative we encountered was the combo washer/dryer. The soap did not dissolve and the dryer did not dry no matter how high we set the spin cycle on the washer. It is showing its age and could stand to be replaced. The Paris Perfect team is patient and knowledgeable and almost always available to handle any situation that might arise. We are spoiled. We will return to stay with Paris Perfect.

The apartment was as represented in the web site, although a bit smaller than it appeared. Excellent home away from home. Nice decor, TV has lots of channels and a CD player. The wrought iron balcony is a huge plus, to stand & view the scenery, but too small for sitting. Perfect view of the Tour Eiffel was fun, but a lot of street noise because it's a busy intersection. We walked to the Champ de Mars several evenings (the park under the Tour Eiffel). Rue Cler is an okay market, but the local street, Rue Saint-Dominique, is even better. King bed (for real!), quiet apt with windows closed, and kitchen is efficient for casual use. The sofa bed in the living room takes strong arms, but comfy according to our daughter. When closed as a couch, it is quite hard, and the two chairs are not for sitting long either. The tiny WC is a danger.... you'll either hit your chin on the marble mini-sink when you sit or your shoulder coming up. The main bath was just fine, great shower. Loved having the washer although the dryer didn't work. In all, we loved our stay. The Paris Perfect people were efficient, and polite. We rented the Champagne apartment for our wedding and honeymoon, and it exceeded all of our expectations. To view of the Eiffel Tower from your living room sofa is a once in a lifetime experience in itself. The apartment has four French doors that open to a wrap-around balcony, which is lovely for entertaining. We were able to entertain before the wedding, and enjoy it for ourselves afterward. The apartment's location is perfect. It is within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower, many bistros, the Champs Elysees and public transportation. We highly recommend Paris Perfect! 🙂

Location, location, location! A great way to start the day and end the day with the view of the Eifel tower! The restaurants by the apartment are so delicious and the close walk to rue clear was priceless! It sits on the 5th floor so you don't get too much noise and is convenient to train stations. It was perfect for our family of four and we cannot wait to go back!!!

We loved the apartment and especially the location. The Tour Eiffel directly out of the window sparkling every night was very special. My wife's 50th birthday was spent doing the cooking class at Violin D'Ingres with Stephan Schmidt and we had an absolute ball, with a fantastic meal at lunchtime. Then on to the Tour Eiffel for dinner, champagne and a great view over Paris. The apartment was everything we expected. The Rue St Dominique has nearly everything needed for everyday living and the access to the buses across the road ensured that we could easily get around Paris. We generally took a bus to wherever it went in the morning and spent the days walking back through the streets to the apartment for a freshen up and an aperitif before dinner somewhere. A great 8 days, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

We'll always remember our 35th wedding anniversary in your beautiful Champagne! It is such a lovely, comfortable apartment. After two weeks, it felt like home. Thank you for all your help with the TV and the washing machine. It was nice to meet you all.

Thank you for the perfect holiday vacation. We had the most amazing week here; we could not have had a better location. The perfect launching point for every tour, fantastic restaurants, an unbelievable view of the Eiffel Tower (all the better with the cheers, horns and fireworks to ring in the New Year). En Cocotte, La Fontaine de Mars, Rue Cler, the boulangerie, redefined our taste buds and made us forget our new year's resolution to lose a few pounds! We loved the apartment, the view, the fresh air'from the open French doors, the lovely neighborhood. Can’t wait to return.

Our stay with Paris Perfect in their "Champagne" apartment was fantastic! Madelyn and Philippe have built a wonderful organization (we stayed in their "Cornwall" apartment through London Perfect prior to our Paris holiday). The whole experience of dealing with Paris Perfect is what stands out the most to us. From the 31 page Paris info package by Madelyn to the personal welcome on arrival; to the welcome bottle of champagne, milk, orange juice etc; to the cleanliness, funtionality and decor of the apartment; and, most importantly, to the amazing view of the Eiffel Tower. We enjoyed "Champagne" so much that we often brought food and wine back, opened the windows and sat there admiring the view. We will definitely be going back......

A belated thank you for our wonderful stay in Champagne from July 13, 2010. It was the fourth time for us and we really felt at home. We were met by Suhibe and he was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was as beautiful as ever. We enjoyed the new furnishings and the rooms had just been freshly painted. The new bedroom decor is lovely and the linens and pillows are superb. We could not believe how tall the trees have grown on Ave. De La Bourdonnais . We also enjoyed the Hydro toiletries. Needless to say we would never be happy anywhere else. Thank you for keeping your properties in such excellent condition and remembering our 50th wedding anniversary with a delicious bottle of Gerard Gaupillot.

We have stayed in many short term lease apartments and houses around the world over the years. Your Champagne apartment in Paris ranks right at the top for 2 important reasons; the location was premier and the furnishings looked like an elegant home, not just a rental. The travel information complied by the Paris Perfect team was right on target and very much appreciated. We would certainly stay at this or any other "Perfect" apartment again.

Our family with two teenage daughters stayed for one week at the beautiful Champagne Apartment. We travelled on the Eurostar and were collected by Victor's taxis at Gare du Nord - so easy! The beautiful apartment was ideal for us - so close to all the main attractions in Paris.We filled our week with so many memories including lunch up the Eiffel Tower, taking a river cruise down the Seine buying cheaper tickets from the Paris Perfect representatives. A trip out to Versailles. We ate our meals on the balcony overlooking the Eiffel Tower - magic! Thank you for making it such a memorable stay.We will be coming back soon.

The Champagne apartment was even better than we expected. It has everything you need to feel at home; it is quiet, has lots of storage space, a very modern kitchen and dining room, a wrap around balcony you can sit on with 2 small tables and 2 chairs each, and no tub, but a great shower. The one thing I insisted on when I started looking for an apartment was central air conditioning. We stayed in our Paris apartment for 9 nights and it was 90-95 every day -- the air conditioning saved us!! It was so hot, which is unusual for June. Paris Perfect certainly lived up to its name. Everything was immaculate, in working order, and they even left us a basket of goodies to get us started. We loved the neighborhood, their restaurant recommendations, the bakery and market downstairs and how could I forget the VIEW of the Eiffel Tower? I also took the cooking class at the wonderful restaurant Le Violin d'Inges that was arranged by Paris Perfect. It was fabulous and a highlight of my trip. The apartment was perfect and I would rent it again anytime. There were 2 of us and the bed was very comfortable.

I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed the Champagne Apartment. It was beyond comfortable for our family of 4. The furnishings are so tastefully done and everything you need in the kitchen or elsewhere is provided. We had a great time watching Parisian life from our balcony. I watched my two young boys fight sleep in order to watch the lights "twinkle" on the Tower "one more time" as they lay in their bed each night. The sofa bed was so comfortable that on a few nights my husband or myself would fall asleep laying there with the boys watching the lights. The recommendations on local eateries was outstanding. We were very happy with every recommended restaurant we tried. We will absolutely go with Paris Perfect again. I have been telling all my friends what a great find the apartment and Paris Perfect has been! Thanks again for a wonderful time in Paris and for the priceless experience we have had with our children.

Dear Paris Perfect: What else can I say? You made our stay in Paris "perfect". It was almost difficult to venture out when we enjoyed such a spectacular view of the city. The Eiffel Tower could be seen from almost every window! The immediate neighbourhood was filled with beautiful restaurants and outdoor cafes and if dining in the apartment was what we wanted we were close to shops selling wonderful pastries and baguettes and there was a grocery store a mere half a block away. The trip to the Louvre was a highlight. One interesting feature was the Master Class Copiers, highlighted by meeting Amal Dagher, the Dean of Louvre Copiers. Pictures of him and his work are being framed as mementoes of our holiday. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

This is our second fantastic stay in the Champagne apartment. The Paris Perfect folks run a really class operation. The apartment is spacious in general and especially by European standards, and very well appointed and equipped. Light and airy--and then there's that incredible view! Great neighborhood with lots of fun and interesting shops. You feel like you are living in Paris--not there as a tourist. Very convenient as a starting point to explore many of the great areas or neighborhoods in Paris. We ate most of our meals in the flat--where could you find a better setting for a meal (gazing out at the Tour Eiffel). Great for running--either along the Seine to the Tuileries or, even better, across the Seine, and over to the Bois de Bologne! We highly recommend this apartment and the Paris Perfect operation.

We give high marks to Paris Perfect for their professionalism, as well as representing their property accurately. The photos on the website are very close to the way the apartment appears. The street and the area around the apartment is full of restaurants and an open market a few blocks away. We (my husband and I) stayed one week at the apartment, and I cannot imagine why anyone would prefer a hotel room to this spacious, bright, and clean apartment.

We were very pleased that the apartment appeared very much like the photos on your website. Efficient staff; apartment was well stocked and lovely. Perfect!

We had a great stay in your Champagne apartment. The apartment was fabulous, and exactly like the pictures on your website. Needless to say, the views of the Eiffel Tower were spectacular, and we enjoyed the light show multiple times every night. We found the apartment to be very convenient to the neighborhood shops and restaurants as well as public transportation. We experienced a slight problem with the washing machine, and the Paris Perfect staff handled it very quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and everything was exceptionally clean, well appointed and simply perfect. We would recommend Paris Perfect without reservation to our family and friends.

We really enjoyed the Champagne apartment and were very impressed with the organization of the entire experience. Having spent a week in an apartment in Venice prior to our arrival in Paris, it provided us with an interesting comparison. The apartment in Venice was extremely nice and was in a great location, however, the level of organization of the rental agency was not nearly comparable to yours. Alastair was a terrific representative and gave us a very good basic overview of the apartment. The apartment, itself, was truly lovely. We loved the location. The kitchen was great and the appliances and utensils, pans, etc were first rate. All in all, we really enjoyed the experience and I am sure we will return."

The apartment was just so lovely and well-equipped. The view was astounding! Waking up every morning, walking for the paper and breakfast croissants, watching "our corner" of Paris wake up and start the day was a memorable experience. The apartment is in a terrific location - everything you could want is right down the street. If you need dry cleaning, or don't want to do your laundry in the apartment, "La Monmartroise Blanchisserie Traditionelle" is a great service, one-day turnaround and the owner is a beautiful and warm Parisienne. Cafe Constant and Cafe de L'Alma were two great restaurant choices right down the street...there are two very close Metro stations. The Champagne apartment lives up to its reputation and then some. Vive Le Paris Perfect!

We are missing Paris terribly. It was very hard to leave. The apartment was amazing, we loved it! It was just as it appeared in the photos. Nothing was missing. Just beautiful! And the location could not be beat. Another couple in our group stayed near the Louvre and every time they came to the 7th they went on and on about how nice the area was, how there were so many more shops and cafes, and how homey the area felt. I agree!! I could have stayed in that apartment forever. We truly enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and it was stocked with everything we needed. We loved having double sinks in the bath, and the large shower was excellent! It was wonderful coming back from a long day of touring and having such a comfy bed! That makes a world of difference. The ample closet space, the lovely linens, the pretty rugs...I could go on and on and on. Thank you so much for the bottle of champagne and the croissant basket. That was very kind of you and I really appreciated it. We felt very welcomed there by your staff and all the little touches you add to make a trip memorable. Thank you!!!!

Dear Paris Perfect team, We have arrived home after a wonderful week in your Champagne apartment. After a year of planning this special trip to celebrate my niece's sixteenth birthday, we had both built up tremendous expectations. And you didn't disappoint us. In fact, the apartment was better than the pictures and your descriptions outlined! It isn't until you are standing in the living or dining room looking out to the Eiffel Tower, or down onto the cafe across the street, that you really appreciate how special the space is. We loved being part of the neighbourhood and quickly established a routine that included morning croissants from the pâtisserie down the street and after tasting our first macaroons from Gregory Renard's, we did a daily taste test of others throughout the city to rank our favourite. We had a tough time deciding between Renard's, Fachon and Laudree's as our number one pick (although we came home with a box from Gregory Renard). The care and concern that you have taken with the apartment and with the welcome kit is evident in every little touch from the French market basket to the night light to the bottle of wine. The information that you provided ahead of time was wonderful and helped us to get more excited about this adventure every day. Now that I am home, family and friends have been asking what the highlight of the trip was and while there are several - at the top of the list is the opportunity to have stayed in the Champagne apartment. Among all its other pleasures, the lovely kitchen and dining room in the Champagne apartment allowed us to have fabulous take-in meals. One has the difficult choice of eating out in a fine neighborhood restaurant or picking up a dinner from one of the shops on rue Cler. The apartment was very comfortable, and the air conditioning was perfect for the 4 or 5 very hot days when we were there in July. All in all, we enjoyed the decor and the excellent amenities in the apartment. Thank you for everything.

We were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and looked forward to feeling like Parisians for a week! The Champagne apartment was everything we expected, perfect for our anniversary....and we loved the neighborhood. We took advantage of many of your suggestions: A driver picked us up at the airport and took us to the train station when we left (to see the Champagne district); we ate at many of the suggested restaurants and enjoyed them all (including Fontaine de Mars where President and Mrs. Obama ate just a few weeks later!). We also loved the patisserie downstairs and the chocolate and wine shops across the street. In short, it was all we had hoped for and your staff were excellent. Dear Paris Perfect Team, I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our recent stay at the Champagne apartment. I still feel like it was all a dream. We spent 10 days in Paris and didn't even scratch the surface. Everything we needed was either provided in the apartment or just a few steps away. At the end of a busy day, it was great to have a "home" to come back to and relax. We definitely looked forward to it. And the neighborhood was perfect. The information and recommendations provided were also greatly appreciated. We particularly enjoyed Au Petit Sud Ouest. The owner's wife is one of the loveliest people we have ever met. She guided us through the menu and even chose the wines for us. She knew exactly what we wanted. At first we were a bit intimidated by the "chalkboard" menus. Great to return to "our" apartment. Only disappointment was that the stay was for 8 nights and not 18. We used the bus stop across the street because the 42, 69 and 87 take you almost anywhere the tourists sites are. As for Paris Perfect, there is nothing left to say except - why would anyone rent from anyone else? To Madelyn, Philippe and team, thank you for letting us stay here and for creating a warm, comfortable home-away-from-home.

The time has really flown, as it always does on our trips to Paris. This is our sixth annual visit, and our second in a 'Paris Perfect' apartment. (Last year we stayed in Montrachet). This apartment was outstanding; the view, the neighborhood, all Perfect! We've spent a total of six weeks in Paris since 2003 and never get tired of it. Dear Philippe, Madeline and the Paris Perfect Team For the 2nd year in a row my sister and I have stayed at one your Paris Perfect apartments. So far we've stayed at the Pomerol and the Champagne. Each apartment was absolutely gorgeous and they are in wonderful locations. We had everything we needed and appreciated all the extra touches. We could tell all the love that went into each apartment down to individual decorations. We loved having our morning coffee looking out French doors at the beautiful views and then after a day of sightseeing we enjoyed watching the sparkling Eiffel Tower while we relaxed over wine and our day's market purchases. (Those were almost our favorite times). We especially appreciate all the extra Paris information you provide. It's even fun the rest of the year just reading all your beautiful apartment descriptions. It puts us back for a few moments of remembering and future daydreaming. We hope to make this a yearly event. Thank you.

We've had a fabulous time in the apartment. Great neighborhood! On several occasions, we said we could live here permanently! While we have been to France numerous times before, we hand not spent much time in Paris. It's been magnificent!

Everything was fantastic - from the professionalism of the Paris Perfect Team, to the view, to the Pastry Shop a few doors down, to the 'Green Handbook' (worth the price of admission all by itself), to everything on rue Cler and finally, the comfort of the Champagne Apt. What a rare opportunity to feel a part of a neighborhood and yet not feel totally on your own if there are problems/questions re: the apartment you have rented. It is the perfect combination of being independent with back up! The cleanliness and organization/design of the apartments (I stayed in Champagne; my sister was in Volnay) are top notch. The decor is beautiful without fuss. The views to the Eiffel Tower are almost surreal. The experience really was perfect. I will recommend Paris Perfect to everyone I meet who loves to travel.

Six of my girlfriends and I treated ourselves to 60th birthday gifts to ourselves and spent 8 nights in Provence and 8 nights in Paris. In Paris 5 of us were in the Sancerre and 2 in the Champagne. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH FABULOUS WORDS ABOUT THE APARTMENTS AND THE PARIS PERFECT PEOPLE. I had started emailing Madelyn perhaps 3 years ago!! She was always very prompt and informative in her responses. The reservations and payment were all very seamless. Philippe made sure we had the information we needed and guided us through that process. One would never have to worry about booking online with Paris Perfect. Both apartments were as shown on the website and then exceeded our expectations!!! They were both spectacular!! The Tour Eiffel outside our dining room window was so close we felt we could touch it. We were entranced with the "Grande Dame" from the time we would wake up and come out to the dining room for coffee and then again when "She" was "sparkling" at night. We hated to close the shutters and windows to go to bed at night! I was slightly concerned about 5 women with 2 baths and 1 WC with everyone getting ready to start our day in the morning. However, we all worked very well together and never had a problem. There were beautiful LARGE mirrors in both the foyer and living room of the Sancerre to put makeup on and also blow dry hair after showering if another was in the bathroom. Every single detail has been well thought out! The apartment contained lots of storage in beautiful antique chests outside of the bedrooms and large well designed closets or beautiful armoires in the bedrooms. The "Yellow Bible" of information didn't miss anything! We used everything in the apartment very easily! The Nepresso machine was such a treat for me! The neighborhood of both the Sancerre and Champagne is WONDERFUL! The next time I'm in Paris at a Paris Perfect apartment, I'd like to just immerse myself deeply in the immediate area. Rue St. Dominique and Rue de Grenelle (and lots of other streets in the area) have wonderful boulangeries, traiteurs, fleurists, bistros, a fabulous coffee store, cafes, etc., etc. I wouldn't need to travel too far for anything and steeping myself in the area would be delightful! I know I'm speaking for our group of 7 women when I say that our expectations were totally exceeded and we would all stay in these two apartments (or any of the others) in a heartbeat! However, the 2 1/2 weeks we were in Provence and Paris, the temperatures were in the high 80's to mid-90's with major humidity -- our next trip will definitely be in April/May or September/October. There were many days that we faded very early from the heat which, fortunately, left many things for us to see and do on the next trip!!! Merci beaucoup and kudos to Philippe, Madelyn, Carolyn, and Sarah for making this dream trip a reality in a most seamless, fabulous manner.

We stayed in the lovely apartment for two weeks and enjoyed every minute. I have been trying to think of exactly what made the apartment so delightful other than the view. For one thing, it was immaculate, warm and inviting when we arrived bleary-eyed, very early in the morning. The bed was comfortable, the linens fresh and pretty. I love to cook and the modern, well-equipped kitchen made it fun for me to do some experimenting with food from the local markets. The dining room, with its fabulous chandelier, huge city map and glass table, was just right for a breakfast of baked goods, lunch quiches and the few evening meals we had there. Although the apartment building is on a busy traffic circle, the apartment was quiet. A bus stop is a few steps from the building so getting around Paris was convenient. When there was a question the staff was always only a phone call away. I had a chance to visit another Paris Perfect apartment and found it equally attractive. Paris Perfect comes highly recommended from this family.

On summer evenings on our farm in Australia, Fran and I often sit outside on our veranda, sharing a glass of wine, and looking out over miles of farmland. What an amazing and contrast from the two weeks we spent in Paris last July: to open the balcony doors on the 5th Floor of our apartment in Paris and have the Eiffel Tower, brilliantly lit, standing outside in all its magnificence. Instead of stars, the lights of the Eiffel, and the cafes and apartments on Avenue Rapp and Avenue Bourdonnais. The sounds of the street were barely audible, not disturbing, enough to remind us that here we were again in one of the most elegant and beautiful areas of Paris, the 7th. And what an apartment! I have traveled to Paris many times during the last 30 years, but whether you're young or old, the apartment is the best accommodation I have encountered. The mix of antiques with modern furnishings, together with the charming, and most unexpected assistance, from the likes of Madelyn's manager and cleaners, taxis recommendations and the nearby shopkeepers (who all know Madelyn), made the apartment stay immensely relaxing. We will be returning, and we will be staying in Madelyn's wonderful apartment. She had also left very detailed notes in the apartment about everything you might wish to do in Paris, whether it is museums, shopping, eating, anything but crime. But enough, we were delighted with the apartment and with everything. We are already planning to spend some winter time looking out at snow falling on the Eiffel Tower. But that will be another story.
