Carignan

Everything was great! Thank you very much. We were very happy during our stay and Fernando, our Local Contact, was excellent.

We really enjoyed staying in this apartment with our family of four. The neighborhood had everything we needed. The metro stop is very close but we also enjoyed the 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower in one direction, 15 min walk to Montparnasse train station in another direction. The weather got very warm for the last two nights of our stay and the air conditioning was sufficient. Fun to have a view of the Eiffel Tower sparkling at night from the window. As an update to a previous review, we found the beds very comfortable and loved the extra space. There’s so much good food nearby so we didn’t cook but liked having the kitchen/refrigerator to keep a few things.

Location, location, location! If you prefer to stay in an actual Paris neighborhood, this is your place. It is half a block from the metro and a street with tons of shopping, as well as the essential cheese shop, boulangerie, and wine stores within very short walking distance. The apartment had everything we could possibly need and more. The host who met us was lovely (brought us croissants and wine!). Plenty of room with tons of amenities. The weather was temperate while we were there, but we did turn on the air conditioning units a few times, which worked great. My only recommendation is that they have the option of putting a memory foam (or something similar) mattress on top of the main bedroom mattresses. They are VERY hard - to the point that I woke up with back pain every day. But I still give the place 5 stars because it was THAT good!! We'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Also, we used their recommendation for pick up at the airport, which was smooth and easy. Thank you to the entire Paris Perfect team!

We stayed here for one week with our grandson. We brought him here for his 10th birthday. He loves history and loved everything about this trip. Eiffel Tower, all of the many museums and monuments He loved how pedestrian friendly Paris is, loved figuring out how to get placed in the metro and loved going to all of the surround food stores to get ingredients for dinner. We loved living here and seeing the city with the eyes and enthusiasm of our 10-year-old. 

We really enjoyed the convenience of this location! Close to several different metro lines (within a few blocks), which made it easy to go around! It was fun to watch the Eiffel twinkle every night from the window, but also just seeing it all the time! Thanks for a great stay!

We have tremendously enjoyed our 4-week stay in the Carignan apartment. It is cozy, comfortable, and well-equipped. We love the neighborhood, which made us feel like real Parisians. What has impressed and touched us most of all, has been the kindness, courtesy, and friendliness of the people we encountered every day. We travelled all over the city, but were always glad to come “home”. Thank you.

The best part of this trip to Paris for our grandson was to "live like a Parisian". Staying at the Carignan in a residential area of the city, within a short walking distance to food stores and metro stations, was one of the highlights of his trip. Fernando greeting us and showing us the apartment was very useful. I would recommend this apartment to my family and friends.

We just completed a wonderful 6 night stay at the Carignan apartment with our 2 kids. This quiet, spacious and very clean apartment is located in a lovely neighborhood within easy walking distance to 2 different metro stations, lots of shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries, the Grenelle street market and more. Fernando's friendly greeting, guidance and service helped to make our stay even better. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen with everything you need to make nice meals, and the bedrooms and living room are spacious and very comfortable. We would gladly stay here again or recommend it to family and friends.

We had a wonderful experience with Paris Perfect. Our apartment was just as advertised. The location was perfect and close to everything we needed. The view of the Eiffel Tower from every room was so special. The communication and hospitality of the staff was excellent. We will definitely use this company for many more trips.

The apartment lacked for nothing - from a washer and dryer to dishwasher to all the other thoughtful touches. Cannot wait to stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay in this apartment for 2 main reasons: close to Metro and easy walk to shopping and cafes. Also, their recommendations met our expectations--appreciated having solid guidance.

The apartment was very cozy, comfortable and well-equipped. It is an apartment that has actually been lived in, not something put together to be a rental. We had a view of the top of the Eiffel Tower from our windows. The nearby shops supplied all our needs. The Wednesday/Sunday open market was a ten-minute walk away. There were three subway lines nearby enabling us to get just about anywhere in the city in 30 minutes or less. After buying our monthly personal travel passes, we really felt like Parisians. Paris Perfect was always responsive to our needs. The service from Victor’s Cab Company was impeccable.

Extremely well-equipped, clean, homey apartment with so many accoutrements that you normally don’t find. From throw blankets, kitchen appliances, ample space, and a lift. Two good-sized bedrooms with nice beds which is so important. Thoughtful welcome basket provided. Rue du Commerce has everything you could need and the Metro is one block away!! Would never again use any other rental service, good-bye Airbnb. Complete area guide provided and superb communication. Highly Recommend.

Very comfortable. Clean. Well stocked with basics. A nice welcome by staff, including appliance training and some much appreciated snacks after travelling all night. No street noise at all. I've already recommended Paris Perfect to several friends. Thank you for helping us celebrate 40 yrs of marriage in class and comfort!

We loved our apartment! It was warm and cozy and had everything we needed. The kitchen was very well equipped, the beds were very comfortable, it was impeccably clean and quiet. Thomas was a fantastic host, explaining everything we needed to know and even brought us umbrellas when we did not have any at the apartment. We loved the neighborhood for it's authentic, residential feel and lots of great shops and restaurants. Commerce really is a great shopping street! I would absolutely recommend Paris Perfect and would book again next time I visit one of your locations. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
