We really enjoyed staying in this apartment with our family of four. The neighborhood had everything we needed. The metro stop is very close but we also enjoyed the 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower in one direction, 15 min walk to Montparnasse train station in another direction. The weather got very warm for the last two nights of our stay and the air conditioning was sufficient. Fun to have a view of the Eiffel Tower sparkling at night from the window. As an update to a previous review, we found the beds very comfortable and loved the extra space. There’s so much good food nearby so we didn’t cook but liked having the kitchen/refrigerator to keep a few things.

We loved living here
We stayed here for one week with our grandson. We brought him here for his 10th birthday. He loves history and loved everything about this trip. Eiffel Tower, all of the many museums and monuments He loved how pedestrian friendly Paris is, loved figuring out how to get placed in the metro and loved going to all of the surround food stores to get ingredients for dinner. We loved living here and seeing the city with the eyes and enthusiasm of our 10-year-old.

We really enjoyed the convenience of this location! Close to several different metro lines (within a few blocks), which made it easy to go around! It was fun to watch the Eiffel twinkle every night from the window, but also just seeing it all the time! Thanks for a great stay!

Cozy, comfortable
We have tremendously enjoyed our 4-week stay in the Carignan apartment. It is cozy, comfortable, and well-equipped. We love the neighborhood, which made us feel like real Parisians. What has impressed and touched us most of all, has been the kindness, courtesy, and friendliness of the people we encountered every day. We travelled all over the city, but were always glad to come “home”. Thank you.
Great trip with our 10-year-old grandson
The best part of this trip to Paris for our grandson was to "live like a Parisian". Staying at the Carignan in a residential area of the city, within a short walking distance to food stores and metro stations, was one of the highlights of his trip. Fernando greeting us and showing us the apartment was very useful. I would recommend this apartment to my family and friends.
A wonderful stay for a family of 4
We just completed a wonderful 6 night stay at the Carignan apartment with our 2 kids. This quiet, spacious and very clean apartment is located in a lovely neighborhood within easy walking distance to 2 different metro stations, lots of shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries, the Grenelle street market and more. Fernando's friendly greeting, guidance and service helped to make our stay even better. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen with everything you need to make nice meals, and the bedrooms and living room are spacious and very comfortable. We would gladly stay here again or recommend it to family and friends.

Very Special Experience
We had a wonderful experience with Paris Perfect. Our apartment was just as advertised. The location was perfect and close to everything we needed. The view of the Eiffel Tower from every room was so special. The communication and hospitality of the staff was excellent. We will definitely use this company for many more trips.

Absolute Perfection
Thoroughly enjoyed our one week stay in Carignan. The location is perfect conveniently close to two metro stops. The neighborhood is lovely with everything you need within a short walk. The apartment lacked for nothing - from a washer and dryer to dishwasher to all the other thoughtful touches. Cannot wait to stay here again.

Nice, comfy spot in Paris
Enjoyed our stay in this apartment for 2 main reasons: close to Metro and easy walk to shopping and cafes. Also, their recommendations met our expectations--appreciated having solid guidance.
Valerie and Bob’s Carignan Stay
The apartment was very cozy, comfortable and well-equipped. It is an apartment that has actually been lived in, not something put together to be a rental. We had a view of the top of the Eiffel Tower from our windows. The nearby shops supplied all our needs. The Wednesday/Sunday open market was a ten-minute walk away. There were three subway lines nearby enabling us to get just about anywhere in the city in 30 minutes or less. After buying our monthly personal travel passes, we really felt like Parisians. Paris Perfect was always responsive to our needs. The service from Victor’s Cab Company was impeccable.

Extremely well-equipped, clean, homey apartment with so many accoutrements that you normally don’t find. From throw blankets, kitchen appliances, ample space, and a lift. Two good-sized bedrooms with nice beds which is so important. Thoughtful welcome basket provided. Rue du Commerce has everything you could need and the Metro is one block away!! Would never again use any other rental service, good-bye Airbnb. Complete area guide provided and superb communication. Highly Recommend.

My long stay at Carignan was everything I'd hoped it would be, affording me and occasional family and friends a wonderful experience of Parisian life. The apartment could not have been more perfect, just the right size for me, sparklingly clean, beautifully appointed, blessedly quiet at night and in a residential area relatively far from the crush of tourists found elsewhere, even though it's a mere 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower (which by the way is part of the view from the apartment!). I immediately felt at home here thanks to the support Paris Perfect provided, the ease of the apartment itself, and convenience of the neighborhood, full of shops and restaurants The apartment's location inspires walking (the best way to see the city!) and is also close to the 8, 6 and 10 lines. The only hiccup I found was a bit of construction noise - but this was only during the day and I note that this is part of the soundscape everywhere now, as the city grows, retrofits and renovates to accommodate its innumerable admirers. I hope to be back, and soon. Thank you, Paris Perfect for helping make a dream come true!

Paris Perfect is near "perfect." For me it is the items that seem simple to have but make one's stay so enjoyable. The Carignan apartment is very well appointed with several towels, wash cloths (not a typical European feature), hand, dish and washing machine soaps, milk, tea, biscuits, and wine. Any questions we had about wifi, keys, air conditioning were handled quickly. The "greeter" was friendly and helped us get settled after a long trip. All kitchen items such as dishes, cutting boards, silverware, tea and coffee cups were all there. The furniture is beautiful with a touch of "antiques" in the apartment and very nicely decorated. The neighborhood was very quiet. We stayed in two other apartments, one in Paris and one in Perpignan, and hands down I would always choose Paris Perfect over them. A "shout out" to Victor Cab service getting us from the airport to the apartment. Nice job by his folks as well. Way to go, Paris Perfect! It was a great way to start our vacation!

Very comfortable. Clean. Well stocked with basics. A nice welcome by staff, including appliance training and some much appreciated snacks after travelling all night. No street noise at all. My wife, our 12-year-old grandson and I enjoyed our week at the Carignan. The apartment was exactly as represented, and the Paris Perfect representative who met us on arrival explained everything fully. We particularly appreciated the fact that the apartment is very close to the Commerce Metro station and two small groceries, and that an Eric Kayser bakery is just around the corner on the Rue de Commerce.

My wife, our 12-year-old grandson, and I enjoyed our week-long stay in the Carignan apartment. The flat, which is on a quiet street in a bustling residential neighborhood, is spacious, comfortable and fully equipped. Dossas, the company representative who greeted us on our arrival, provided a thorough briefing and left us with a book of useful information. We were particularly glad to find that the apartment was only a couple of hundred yards from a Metro stop (Commerce) and two small grocery stores (one of which offered a machine that produced freshly squeezed orange juice), and was just around the corner from an Eric Kayser bakery on the Rue de Commerce, which also is home to several banks, a pharmacie, a produce market, and other shops.

Loved the Place. So perfect and quiet. The decor reflected Paris back to you. And the city bike share program was just across the quiet street. Patisseries near and groceries boulangarie.

We had a wonderful experience with Paris Perfect. Our contact for Carignan, Natalie, was perfect: communications were timely, clear, fully accommodating, and helpful. When we arrived, exhausted and sleepy after a rough transatlantic flight, the apartment and Natalie could not have been more welcoming. The apartment was A+, located in a very quiet area while at the same time was conveniently close to everything we might need, from fresh croissants and groceries to suddenly required hosiery. We had everything we needed to feel as if we were permanent, long-time residents. Our two bedrooms even had views of the Eiffel Tower which at night was marvelous. I will absolutely be looking to Paris Perfect for future stays and only wish you had representation in our next planned stop, Madrid! Thank you Natalie, for a memorable trip.

We were so lucky to find this apartment! We booked it approximately one month before our arrival and took advantage of a discounted rate - amazing! I was able to visit with a lovely person that spent time answering questions and helping me with our decision since this was our first time to Paris. The apartment was perfect for 3 people and the neighborhood was just as we had imagined! We wanted a Parisian neighborhood experience and we got it! The other perfect part of the location was the metro was less than a 5 min walk. Everyone associated with Paris Perfect carried out great customer service. We could also see at night the Eiffel Tower outside our bedroom window. We will use this company again with any more travels to Paris.

We loved our apartment! It was warm and cozy and had everything we needed. The kitchen was very well equipped, the beds were very comfortable, it was impeccably clean and quiet. Thomas was a fantastic host, explaining everything we needed to know and even brought us umbrellas when we did not have any at the apartment. We loved the neighborhood for it's authentic, residential feel and lots of great shops and restaurants. Commerce really is a great shopping street! The Carignan apartment was in a fantastic location and was exactly as pictured on the website. Victoria was waiting for us when the taxi pulled up to the complex and she provided a very detailed account of the apartment. She also prepared a lovely collection of welcome gifts including wine and delicious chocolates for us to enjoy. It was clear that she put a lot of thought and attention into making our stay in Paris as perfect as possible! The apartment has everything needed to enjoy Paris - guidebooks, maps, walking tours. The location just down the road from the Commerce metro station couldn't have been any more convenient. The walk to the Eiffel Tower was perfect for an evening stroll. We very much enjoyed seeing the tower "sparkle" from the apartment windows at night. Our children were very comfortable in the room with the twin beds, as were we in the master suite. The beautifully appointed apartment was quiet and kept cool during hot summer nights with the various fans. Our experience was ideal and we have no complaints about the apartment or the management staff - all were exceptional.

This is indeed a well-appointed and comfortable apartment with a very convenient location. It's been our kids first trip to Paris and the bonus has been to sleep with the twinkling lights of the Eiffel. Overall, it's been a memorable stay. In terms of suggestions, only one would be to have a few umbrellas added - otherwise every other amenity was there; and a fan for the hot summer days. The convenience of the Franprix, Monoprix, shops and metro made this an especially fine location, as did the proximity to the Eiffel Tower.

We loved the area - being so close to Rue de Commerce was perfect. Shopping in the small food shops was ideal. We did morning walk/runs near the Eiffel Tower in the Champ de Mars. The Sunday open markets and the Blvd Grenelle was delightful.
We enjoyed the brasserie on the corner, Café du Commerce, but our favorite was Afaria – first on the recommended list. The wine shop across the street was not only convenient but the proprietor was friendly and helpful.

We spent the New Year week holidays in Paris and loved having a Paris Perfect apartment as our "home" base. So much cozier and more intimate than a hotel. The area around Carignan had two metros within a very short walking distance and a lovely street of shops for food, wine and general needs. We had breakfast at home everyday and we also made dinner twice during our stay - the kitchen is fully equipped and also contains basic cooking ingredients (oil, salt, spices, etc.). We also received a welcome basket with some basic food stuffs. The apartment was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. This was our first trip to Paris and we will be back next year and look forward to renting Carignan again!

Thank you for sharing such a wonderful apartment – very spacious, well equipped and close to metro. Our greeter was there to greet us when we arrived late and made our first welcome to Paris so enjoyable. We enjoyed dinner around the corner at Café Commerce and also at Café Constant. However the best restaurant was in the 5th arrondissement – Le Coupe-Chou – fabulous food and the atmosphere is truly old Paris – 9 & 11 rue de Lanneau, Tel:01 46 33 68 69.
Our Paris stay was wonderful and the apartment made us feel a part of the French culture.

Thank you for such a lovely apartment! We had such a great time here. The apartment is very comfortable and calm. Also I would like to thank you for all the amenities you included for us...from toilet paper down to the creme de cassis! I have been coming to Paris yearly and this is my 10th apartment that I have rented. I would certainly return to this lovely apartment...it is well located near the metro Commerce and all the shopping on rue du Commerce. If I had only one or two suggestions, it would be to install better lighting in the bedrooms and a DVD player that works with US DVDs. It would have been nice after a long busy day to come back and pop in a movie. Thank you again for everything. P.S. Our greeter was a delight to work with. So nice having someone who really cares about your stay. I look forward to seeing her again!
