The apartment exceeded all expectations. The apartment was exactly as represented - beautifully appointed, super comfortable bed/linens, a very well-stocked kitchen, high functioning air conditioning in the bedroom and a superb location. Our local contact met us and was our contact during out stay. She was an absolute delight. While there the washing machine decided to no longer work and she was able to get it replaced in a matter of two days. Our only disappointment was being unable to book it for the same time in 2026. But we will persevere and come back.

The apartment was the best we have stayed in. It was just like the photos. It was clutter free. And it was spotless.

Our family of four arrived to a very nicely upkeep apartment, a helpful and smiling host and everything we needed to feel right at home immediately. The location of the apartment is in the perfect location: near the subway, a grocery store and some great cafes/pizza places. We were delighted with the layout of the apartment, the cleanliness and the amenities provided. We were even offered a midweek cleaning free of charge!! We appreciated having a washer and dryer in the unit as well as air conditioning in each of the two bedrooms. No detail was overlooked in this amazing apartment! We can not wait to visit again!

We have rented apartments in Paris for many years; this was our first time with Paris Perfect. Its location, floor plan, and charming decor was perfect for the two of us. My husband, a chef, loved the kitchen, especially the knives! Looking forward to our next extended stay in the Bourgogne.

Although small, the property was excellent and exceeded our expectations. It is great for two couples or a family. The property manager, our greeter Dorssaf was perfect. Friendly accommodative and informative! We give her an A+

Perfect location. Close to everything and away from the right bank crowds. Apartment is exactly as described. Comfortable and charming. Extra bonus was the warm welcome by Paris Perfect staff.

My wife and I have stayed with Paris and London Perfect many times since 2013. A well appointed apartment in the 6th. The main bedroom and bed is very comfortable and the second bedroom is tight as per the floor plan. Very close to the Luxembourg Gardens and the main attractions of the Left Bank apart from the Eiffel Tower. We found the local area quite average compared to the 7th but if you walk 15-20 minutes there are plenty of great restaurants in areas like Saint Germain des Pres. I bought most of my wine from a wine shop in Rue de Renne up Rue Des Mezieres then left about 200m.

Lovely, classic Parisian apartment in a great location! We could walk to so many places. Very easy to get to the Metro. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Bourgogne for a month and loved every minute of it. The apartment was very comfortable and well-appointed, with plenty of storage space. The location is amazing -- so many shops, restaurants, cafés, bakeries, small grocery stores, etc. within a few blocks. We could walk everywhere -- Luxembourg Gardens, the river, museums, and there are three metro stops within walking distance as well. Quiet street, with a little noise from the neighborhood cafe across the street. We look forward to staying again!
