What an amazing 2 story apartment! The view of the Eiffel Tower is absolutely spectacular, and the place was perfectly as described. Host was there to greet us upon arrival, and promptly responded the few times we had a question or issue. All in all, a fabulous place to stay. Would highly recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The apartment was just as described…well appointed, spacious and spotless and there wasn’t a thing we needed that wasn’t there (including phenomenal views). There was a binder full of information on things to do in the area and the staff was attentive throughout the week. I have already recommended Paris Perfect several times to friends and I would absolutely book again.

Having rented from Paris Perfect for almost 20 years, I am so happy to say that each experience is special and PERFECT! That's why I keep returning. The Paris Perfect team is always on hand to be helpful, thoughtful, and efficient.

Fabulous apartment in a great Paris neighborhood location. The pictures really serve as an appetizer for this wonderful property. Master bedroom provides amble storage space for a full week of living. The attached bathroom was spacious with a large shower. The 2nd bedroom was perfect for our teen. The main living floor had a comfortable sitting area next to the large kitchen. We appreciated the balcony and used it often to enjoy the neighborhood views. The apartment is perfectly situated for a walk to almost anything you would want to see or do. There are cafes and shops of all kinds within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent property in a perfect location. The apartment is both close to great sight-seeing, as well as shops, cafes, restaurants. A great blend of feeling like being in a local neighborhood, yet still convenient for all the sights one goes to Paris to see! The Paris Perfect team is great about communicating and made us feel at home on arrival. The apartment is everything you would expect from the listing and does not disappoint. We would absolutely stay here again.

My family of four stayed at the Bordeaux property for five nights in June 2023. It was conveniently situated in the 7th with a lovely view of the Eiffel Tower, within walking distance of great restaurants, shops, and the Metro. The apartment was clean and well appointed. We loved the little porch, and were so happy to have the washer/dryer available to use. We were made aware of the A/C situation (window units), and this ended up being just fine. The Paris Perfect representatives were responsive with all of our questions leading up to our stay, were waiting for us upon arrival to show us the property, and the transfers to and from the apartment were convenient and nice. Overall, a really great experience. We will be back!

Everything about our stay in this apartment was perfect. Check in with greeter to review details and obtain keys went smoothly. Very clean with nice beds, sofa, chairs, and kitchen. The view from the balcony of the Eiffel Tower was amazing, although a bit narrow and only seats two at a time. Great restaurants, bakery, and markets nearby.

From moment one, the apartment was the perfect base for a 6 day stay in Paris. It was my daughter's first time overseas and the location couldn't be better - walking distance to all the biggies (Eiffel Tower, Arc, Concorde, Seine, Ile de Paris, Invalides, etc). Plenty of cafes, patisserie, restaurants, and a super market just a few steps away. The master suite was very comfortable, the 2nd room nice sized, kitchen was large and well stocked, and the neighborhood surprisingly quiet. I would absolutely stay again!

Paris Perfect never disappoints. Bordeaux is the duplex of your dreams. Having rented several spectacular apartments from Paris Perfect over the last 20 years (each one having wonderful elements of charm and distinction), I have always wanted to rent the duplex Bordeaux...it's a WOW, especially if you are two couples each needing privacy as well as your own FULL bathrooms (there are 2). It's a dream, yet again making Paris perfect!

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location!

This was the fourth apartment we have rented through Paris Perfect and once again we were thrilled with our experience. From the moment we entered the building your terrific Greeter was there to welcome us. He was extremely helpful, introduced us to the apartment and was very knowledgeable about all of its features. The Bordeaux is a beautiful property -- very spacious, lovely decor. The "piece de resistance" is the fabulous balcony overlooking the Eiffel Tower. What luck that we were there for Bastille Day and saw the most outstanding fireworks display -- a memory we will never forget. Thank you to the Paris Perfect Team for yet another memorable vacation.

My husband and I had another great stay with the Paris Perfect Team at the Bordeaux property. The apartment is spacious and accommodating, kitchen well equipped, both bathrooms were good size for a Paris property, view was amazing and weather was perfect. Can't wait to come back again!

Paris Perfect lives up to its name. My Daughter and I had an exceptional experience staying in the Bordeaux: from booking with ease to convenient add on transportation services to impeccable service exemplified by the greeter, who greeted us warmly and provided an informative tour of the apartment. The Apartment was clean & comfortable, the amenities complete, and the location convenient & scenic. To top it all off, the views of the iconic Eiffel Tower were Magical! We will be staying with Paris Perfect every time we visit Paris.

My husband and I were finally able to celebrate our 50th anniversary in the gorgeous Bordeaux apartment, two cancellations and a year and half later! It was definitely worth the wait. Everything that other guests have cited in their reviews is absolutely true. The apartment is lovely, the neighborhood is wonderful, Paris Perfect provides everything guests might need for a comfortable stay, and Paris herself always delights. This was our 6th Paris Perfect apartment stay and it won’t be our last. I am happy to recommend Paris Perfect most highly and without reservation and I can’t wait to plan our next trip!

This apartment was almost a dream! From the moment we booked it, the organization was flawless and there was always constant communication. We arrived a couple of hours earlier than expected and they were able to accommodate it. The apartment is in very good condition, with modern appliances, bathrooms, kitchen. The apartment has everything you need. Needless to say, the view of the Eiffel tower is the cherry on top for this apartment. Being close to Champ de Mars is also a huge plus, the street is filled with amazing bakeries, restaurants, etc. Would stay here again without a doubt!
