Great apartment and great location!! The Paris Perfect people were wonderful to work with and very responsive to our questions and needs!

Bourdeaux was absolutely perfect! An updated apartment in a classic French apartment building. The location could not have been better. You can walk to everything you need (markets, restaurants, tourist sites, etc). And the view is priceless!

My family and I (three of us) had a wonderful trip at Bordeaux apartment. Fully responsive team support and beautiful, clean apartment just a short walk to Eiffel Tower and many of the biggest sites in Paris.

The location is fantastic. The view of the Eiffel Tower is the best in Paris. I walked 10 miles a day because everything is close enough. Great to have a kitchen, washer and dryer and balconies. Nice size bedrooms and beautiful new and modern shower areas. The bathrooms are located in the hallways on each floor. This is an excellent home and your stay here would be très agréable!!

We enjoyed the Bourdeaux apartment very much during our stay in Paris. There are many amenities nearby and the metro station/RER C access is very close. The apartment is well stocked and the kitchen/bathrooms are very nice. A few details that weren't great - the couch is extremely uncomfortable to sit on because it is a sleeper couch. Also, the AC units are portable and the unit in the living room provides no cooling. The units in the bedroom are good except we had to repair one unit to get it to work. It seems for the price of the apartment, these details should be taken care of.

The flat and view were amazing, as were the staff of Paris Perfect!! I would highly recommend and would love to stay again. Anything you can think of is in walking distance and the apartment is as lovely as the pictures show!

Beautiful apartment in a great location with many restaurants, grocery store, & metro nearby. Not to mention having the Eiffel Tower steps away. We loved the view of the tower from the apartment. You have to be able to walk up 5 flights of stairs. There is an elevator, but only fits 1 person and a couple of pieces of luggage. After a long day walking around Paris, the 5 flights of stairs was tough. The spiral staircase is narrow, steep and scary and would be tough with younger kids. The showers and bedrooms are upstairs, so keep that in mind.

What an amazing 2 story apartment! The view of the Eiffel Tower is absolutely spectacular, and the place was perfectly as described. All in all, a fabulous place to stay. Would highly recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The apartment was just as described…well appointed, spacious and spotless and there wasn’t a thing we needed that wasn’t there (including phenomenal views). There was a binder full of information on things to do in the area and the staff was attentive throughout the week. I have already recommended Paris Perfect several times to friends and I would absolutely book again.

Having rented from Paris Perfect for almost 20 years, I am so happy to say that each experience is special and PERFECT! That's why I keep returning. The Paris Perfect team is always on hand to be helpful, thoughtful, and efficient.

Fabulous apartment in a great Paris neighborhood location. The pictures really serve as an appetizer for this wonderful property. Master bedroom provides amble storage space for a full week of living. The attached bathroom was spacious with a large shower. The 2nd bedroom was perfect for our teen. The main living floor had a comfortable sitting area next to the large kitchen. We appreciated the balcony and used it often to enjoy the neighborhood views. The apartment is perfectly situated for a walk to almost anything you would want to see or do. There are cafes and shops of all kinds within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent property in a perfect location. The apartment is both close to great sight-seeing, as well as shops, cafes, restaurants. A great blend of feeling like being in a local neighborhood, yet still convenient for all the sights one goes to Paris to see! The Paris Perfect team is great about communicating and made us feel at home on arrival. The apartment is everything you would expect from the listing and does not disappoint. We would absolutely stay here again.

My family of four stayed at the Bordeaux property for five nights in June 2023. It was conveniently situated in the 7th with a lovely view of the Eiffel Tower, within walking distance of great restaurants, shops, and the Metro. The apartment was clean and well appointed. We loved the little porch, and were so happy to have the washer/dryer available to use. We were made aware of the A/C situation (window units), and this ended up being just fine. The Paris Perfect representatives were responsive with all of our questions leading up to our stay, were waiting for us upon arrival to show us the property, and the transfers to and from the apartment were convenient and nice. Overall, a really great experience. We will be back!

Everything about our stay in this apartment was perfect. Very clean with nice beds, sofa, chairs, and kitchen. The view from the balcony of the Eiffel Tower was amazing, although a bit narrow and only seats two at a time. Great restaurants, bakery, and markets nearby.

From moment one, the apartment was the perfect base for a 6 day stay in Paris. It was my daughter's first time overseas and the location couldn't be better - walking distance to all the biggies (Eiffel Tower, Arc, Concorde, Seine, Ile de Paris, Invalides, etc). Plenty of cafes, patisserie, restaurants, and a super market just a few steps away. The master suite was very comfortable, the 2nd room nice sized, kitchen was large and well stocked, and the neighborhood surprisingly quiet. I would absolutely stay again!

 

 

Paris Perfect never disappoints. Bordeaux is the duplex of your dreams. Having rented several spectacular apartments from Paris Perfect over the last 20 years (each one having wonderful elements of charm and distinction), I have always wanted to rent the duplex Bordeaux...it's a WOW, especially if you are two couples each needing privacy as well as your own FULL bathrooms (there are 2). It's a dream, yet again making Paris perfect!

Wonderful location, the view of the Eiffel Tower is spectacular. Property could use a bit of a refresh, but overall, a nice experience.

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location!

This was the fourth apartment we have rented through Paris Perfect and once again we were thrilled with our experience. The Bordeaux is a beautiful property -- very spacious, lovely decor. The "piece de resistance" is the fabulous balcony overlooking the Eiffel Tower. What luck that we were there for Bastille Day and saw the most outstanding fireworks display -- a memory we will never forget. Thank you to the Paris Perfect Team for yet another memorable vacation.

My husband and I had another great stay with the Paris Perfect Team at the Bordeaux property. The apartment is spacious and accommodating, kitchen well equipped, both bathrooms were good size for a Paris property, view was amazing and weather was perfect. Can't wait to come back again!

Paris Perfect lives up to its name. My Daughter and I had an exceptional experience staying in the Bordeaux: from booking with ease to convenient add on transportation services and impeccable service. The Apartment was clean & comfortable, the amenities complete, and the location convenient & scenic. To top it all off, the views of the iconic Eiffel Tower were Magical! We will be staying with Paris Perfect every time we visit Paris.

My husband and I were finally able to celebrate our 50th anniversary in the gorgeous Bordeaux apartment, two cancellations and a year and half later! It was definitely worth the wait. Everything that other guests have cited in their reviews is absolutely true. The apartment is lovely, the neighborhood is wonderful, Paris Perfect provides everything guests might need for a comfortable stay, and Paris herself always delights. This was our 6th Paris Perfect apartment stay and it won’t be our last. I am happy to recommend Paris Perfect most highly and without reservation and I can’t wait to plan our next trip!

This apartment was almost a dream! From the moment we booked it, the organization was flawless and there was always constant communication. We arrived a couple of hours earlier than expected and they were able to accommodate it. The apartment is in very good condition, with modern appliances, bathrooms, kitchen. The apartment has everything you need. Needless to say, the view of the Eiffel tower is the cherry on top for this apartment. Being close to Champ de Mars is also a huge plus, the street is filled with amazing bakeries, restaurants, etc. Would stay here again without a doubt!

We loved the Bordeaux apartment. It was spacious, comfortable and it was a lovely apartment to stay for two weeks. The staff was wonderful upon check in. It was our home away from home! The location could not be any better. Restrauant as were close by as well as many groceries. We cannot recommend this apartment enough. So glad we chose this place!

Paris Perfect is the example to follow of renting apartments for vacationers. The apt had a guide on how to use every appliance, safe, front door lock, tv and coffee pot. There were a few staples provided so you didn't have to run straight to the grocery store. A person met us in the apt and gave us a quick orientation. A full guide to Paris filled with personal recommendations made it easy to find restaurants and fill any free time. And the apartment was absolutely stunning with a front row seat to the Eiffel Tower. Will stay there again and will always use Paris Perfect!

The towels and linens were soft and comfortable, everything was in working condition, and the view made us so happy! The location has wonderful restaurants and bakeries just down the street. Our apartment in Paris was beautiful! The Paris Perfect representatives were excellent. If we ever had a question or need for something, we received a response within hours of contacting them. I would not hesitate to use Paris Perfect again and look forward to recommending them to my friends.

This was a fantastic apartment. It offered us an incredible view, we had plenty of room (4 adults) and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals! The team were very helpful and referred us to a great driver service which we used. Proximity to everything - tourist attractions, restaurants, butchers, patisserie, supermarket, shops, markets and metro was superb. We couldn't ask for more and will be using this company again (repeat business from us assured)!

Loved it! My best friend and I are so happy I booked our 1st Paris vacation with Paris Perfect. The apartment was lovely and has us spoiled regarding future vacations. When we go to Florence in 3 years, we will use this company again.

We spent the thanksgiving holiday in Paris at the Bordeaux apartment. It was perfect for our family of 5. Beautiful apartment with everything we could have possibly needed. Fantastic location! This was our 4th time using Paris Perfect, and I'm sure we will be using them again in the future.

We stayed in the Bordeaux apartment July 2018. It was ideal for our family of four, providing lots of room for our 2 teenagers. The highlight was the view of the Eiffel Tower especially at night. We enjoyed daily croissants from Le Champ des Delices, dinner at Bistrot Le Champ de Mars, shopping along Rue Cler and gelato at Amorino. It was a great location for our daily Paris adventures! The Paris Perfect staff was so great to work with and provided us with all of our needs including our welcome groceries! We will be back!

My daughter and I enjoyed a lovely reunion week in Paris, and the Bordeaux was the perfect place to stay. The apartment was nicely furnished and we appreciated the two adult-scale bedrooms. We also made full use of the little balcony for morning coffee and watching the sunset. The neighborhood cannot be beat - great shops, markets, and restaurants. It was also close to metro stops for venturing further afield. We would definitely stay here again!

We very much enjoyed Bordeaux. The apartment was clean, well decorated, had all the right kitchen utensils, and was very functional for the 4 of us. Your staff was also most helpful and gracious and a light bulb that required hanging was attended to immediately. We would gladly make it our home base on another visit as the neighborhood also was just what we were looking for. Your written neighborhood guide recommendations were also very helpful. Well done!

We had a wonderful time at the apartment. We found the size spacious and the amount of light that comes in, just wonderful. The location was perfect. We walked everywhere and loved that there were great restaurants, grocers, shops so close by. We, actually ate in 3 times-loved the variety and cozy atmosphere of the apartment. Enjoyed the amenities-only plus would be a bathrobe. Have to mention that we went on a tour that was the absolute best!--French Revolution tour. I booked it for my husband, but I enjoyed it just as much. It was because of the tour guide. His name is Corey, with Localers-very passionate, enthusiastic, etc., He is worth the money and more! We booked the Orientation tour and I'm sorry to say, but this was very disappointing. The guide spent most of the time in our apartment, going over maps, restaurants, stores-all the info that you guys already provided(which is great, by the way). We only spent 30-40 mins outside. I would have preferred to the out in the neighborhood for the whole tour with the guide pointing out "hot spots" , interesting places, things to do, etc. I think that this was a waste of time and money. I wouldn't recommend this. Thank you and we will be sure to pass your name along to our friends and if/when we return, we will definitely book with you again.

It was an absolutely beautiful apartment with an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower! The apartment was spotlessly clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely be staying again on our next visit to Paris!

Our family of 5 loved your Bordeaux apartment. We had plenty of space and it was nice to spread out, both upstairs and downstairs. The beds were very comfortable. The bath tub in the master bath was HEAVEN - tons of hot water and great water pressure. We found the apartment to be extremely quiet except for a small amount of street noise when the windows were open. We used one of the fans (provided in the closets) to add some white noise and never noticed the street noise again. The location is absolute perfection. The view, restaurants, cafes, shopping...even the G20 grocery store all within steps. My husband said when we come back, he would stay here again, but I would want to try out another Paris Perfect location!

For over 7 years we have been renting apartments with Paris Perfect. They are sensational. Thank you staff for the affection. As always, the apartments at the Paris Perfect are our home in Paris and the Bordeaux apartment has a perfect view! The neighborhood, the bakeries, the fruit shops, the supermarket, everything makes us feel at home. Gertude Stein said ... "America is my home and Paris is my home". The Bordeaux apartment is first rate. It is very large by European standards and can quite comfortably handle 4 adults. he kitchen is well equipped and everything works. The area around the apartment has nice shopping and markets. Bus lines are super convenient ...Metros a little bit of a walk but manageable. We would highly recommend this unit.

Smooth check in and very helpful introductions to the apartment. We have had a wonderful stay! The team were very efficient and responsive. Zero issues from booking until check-out.

This apartment is very charming. It has a spacious kitchen and it is in a great location. It can be a bit noisy due to it being right on St. Dominique. My husband and I visited Paris with my two grown children (24 and 19) and it was spacious enough for us.

My husband, three daughters (ages 11, 13, and 15), and myself enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Bordeaux apartment in June. It was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I particularly appreciated the washer and dryer. All appliances were first rate. And the view was spectacular! The apartment is about a five minute walk to a metro station, and has numerous dining and shopping options very close by. We loved to visit the local patisserie located just under the apartment each morning for fresh, delicious bread and pastries. The fruit stand a few meters away not only sold delicious fruit, but it was always artfully arranged. Although the apartment is located in a busy area, noise never kept us up at night, and I always felt very safe. I give this apartment my highest recommendation!

My mom, myself and 2 sisters rented the Bordeaux for a week in May. It was absolutely amazing!!! Everything in the Apartment was just as it was advertised. It was very clean and comfortable and we felt very at home there. We loved the neighborhood as well..... we had a Grocery store right down the street, a wine store a coffee shop restaurants and anything we needed. We felt like we lived there before it was over. I would recommend this Apartment for anyone. It's nice to be able to spread out and feel at home. Thank you Paris Perfect for making our trip to Paris Perfect!! We will be back!!

This last trip to Paris was a very special one for me. I was celebrating a big birthday, 40, and I was bringing my 8 year old son to Paris for the first time. I wanted to stay somewhere amazing, with a view of the Eiffel Tower. That was a must. The Bordeaux was more than I could have imagined. Not only was it as beautiful as the pictures, it had every amenity you could ever want and the location was perfect! The convenience of having an entire apartment when traveling with kids is huge! I can't underscore that enough. Lucas didn't love all of the French food so it was great having a kitchen to make him meals. His favorite feature of the apartment was seeing the Eiffel Tower from every single window. At night, he wound stand by the window in his pj's and watch the light show :o). I would absolutely stay in this apartment again. It felt like a home away home.

The apartment was as advertised, great location. Great introductory talk. The provided materials were awesome. Restaurant recommendations as well. We also had dinner at La Campanella, good food, reasonable prices and friendly service.

We found the apartment to be a wonderful respite at the end of each day. Wonderful amenities; convenient location. Our greeter was wonderful and most helpful. We are four active women, who came to Paris for a 60th birthday celebration. The airline lost our baggage for a couple of days, but the location, comfort and convenience of the Bordeaux lessened our dismay of the luggage inconvenience. The apartment appears as photographed, which does not happen all the time. The kitchen was very well appointed with every imaginable modern convenience. The Bordeaux has spoiled us!

The apartment was great in size for five with the two bedrooms upstairs which added to the main level privacy. The location was fantastic and the recommended restaurants were excellent. The apartment provided a comfortable setting for a family of five. The welcome service provided was excellent and thorough and I look forward to our next visit to Paris to experience a different Paris Perfect apartment.

The Bordeaux was even nicer than the photos show, and the views of the Eiffel Tower were just as my husband had requested. The kitchen was so lovely, my first thought was to become the official cook, but we took advantage of the local restaurants, boulangeries, etc. There are two Metro stops close by, which made transportation easy. Victor's cab service was reliable, comfortable, and on time. The Bordeaux is located on the confluence of a busy intersection, and opening the window at night wasn't an option. Bring excellent ear plugs if you need fresh air to sleep. Other than that, we were absolutely delighted with our apartment.

Just like a character in a well written novel, our Bordeaux apartment became an active participant in our Parisian adventure. Everything was warm, comfortable, inviting, charming, practical yet elegant. We looked forward to returning after each long day of sightseeing & found we actually missed spending time there while we were out. The views of the Eiffel Tower were amazing & the light show at night truly stunning! My only regret is that we had to leave! We will definitely return to our good friend Bordeaux again ~ we already miss her ♡

Bon Jour, From the moment we enter the Bordeaux apartment, it felt like home. Fabulous location to Seine river, Eiffel Tower, Train, taxi and bus for transportation. Lots of French bakeries, local market and several restaurants outside your door. Watching the twinkling light on the Eiffel Tower nightly is a lifetime memory. Merci

As per usual Paris Perfect has made Paris perfect! I had stayed in one of their apartments by myself 5 years ago and they were the only logical choice when I went to book an apartment for my husband and I's 5th anniversary. We had originally booked a different apartment that was very lovely but the wifi wasn't working. We contacted the company and they immediately came over tried to fix it and when they weren't able to upgraded us to the beautiful Bordeaux apartment. This gorgeous apartment was the epitome of staying in Paris. Amazing views and light streaming in! Right down Rue St. Dominique 2 to 3 min away are some of the most amazing restaurants. And right below the apartment is a great patisserie! It really made for the most beautiful week in Paris and we will never be able to come to Paris and not stay in this apartment!

The apartment was great! It had plenty of room for the 4 of us (two adults, two teenagers), big living room, kitchen,etc. There was nothing that we would complain about. We will definitely use Paris Perfect again.

Bordeaux was an even better location than we thought. Morning jogs and walks around the Champ de Mars and the Eiffel Tower, access to all transportation, incredible shops and restaurants - made it hard to leave the neighborhood. But of course the lure of Paris in May was irresistable. Apartment was comfortable for the five of us and we loved having fresh items for breakfast from the bakeries and markets, plus the wines and cheeses late afternoon before we hit another local restaurant. Hope to return in the not too distant future.

This was our second Paris Perfect stay, and it was as wonderful as the first time. We stayed in this 2 bedroom apartment with another couple for a spring trip to Paris. It was cozy, charming and beautifully decorated, with great attention to all the little details. And the view of the Eiffel Tower from all our windows was amazing! Watching the lights twinkle on the hour never got old. The kitchen had everything we needed to do a little cooking. The bathrooms were large and had nice showers, and the beds had high quality linens. It was great to have a neighborhood feel, with many shops and restaurants nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Bordeaux was a PERFECT apartment for our stay! It had plenty of room for my husband and me, along with 2 college kids and a 17yr.old. You can not ask for a better location!! Seeing the Eiffel Tower everyday and sparkling at night was such a treat. And yes, we had champagne on the balcony almost every night, just like in the photo! Our Bordeaux apartment was absolutely perfect. We are a family of 4 with two teenage daughters. The location was the best. A grocery, bakery, cleaners, wine shop, drug store, ATM, plus multiple delicious restaurants and cafes are literally only steps away...I can't see how there could be a better location. The view of the Eiffel Tower is unbelievable! And the Bordeaux apartment is completely updated with granite countertops, stainless appliances and a top to bottom marble master bath...so luxurious! Even the towels were divine! Ken, who works with Victor, picked us up from the airport. He knew exactly where to go and called Paris Perfect for us when we left the airport. A greeter met us at the apartment and showed us around. He was so helpful and I felt that we could have called for anything had we needed anything. I would never want to stay anywhere else in Paris. We seriously could not have loved it more.

Our stay in the Bordeaux apartment was wonderful. We felt like true Parisians going to the boulangerie downstairs each morning and frequenting the local shops. The apt. was so comfortable and well equipped. Everything was so fresh and clean, as if had just been renovated for our arrival. We can't wait to return.

Perfect apartment. Well appointed, clean,modern. Great location. Many great food shops only a short walk away TV,WIFI,books... All available for relaxing after a full day of sightseeing. Balcony views were great. One of the best we've rented in Paris.

What a beautiful apartment! We loved our stay at the Bordeaux apartment. It was so special to see the Eiffel Tower in all it's glory so close to us. Really reminded us everyday where we were! The apartment was well appointed and very spacious with modern conveniences. Very well presented with tasteful decor. Great position in the 7 th arrondissement with terrific restaurants and shops all at easy walking distances. Loved the fresh croissants every morning! It was a joy to come home every day after a long day of walking and sightseeing and enjoy a drink on the balcony taking in all the Parisian sights. We look forward to returning to Paris in the near future and would definitely recommend staying in this apartment.

A wonderful experience! The experience from beginning to end was great. Check-in: - no issues. This consisted of a 20 minute welcome to the apartment with background on the neighborhood, and a detailed explanation on the various features of the apartment. The apartment: - The view from the apartment was amazing, and exactly as pictured. - The apartment was as pictured, was able to sleep the five of us as intended, and worked out great. - The apartment also included things like fans, (as some nights it was hot), nespresso, and was great. The neighborhood: - Well located. Easily accessible from the metro. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Pastiserries and supermarkets just down the block. The stay: We stayed at the apartment for 6 nights and had a great time. The eiffel tower view was amazing. The apartment was overall fairly quiet, and we had no troubles sleeping. check out: Easy, had a simple to follow check list. The rental company: We only saw them during the handover but the handover was smooth, well documented, had a great check list. I also spoke with them before showing up, and the communications were professional and easy to co-ordinate. Overall: - Great, would definitely stay there again, or in another location operated by the same folks.

This is a lovely two-storey apartment right in the heart of the 7e Arr. There is ample room for two adults and two children...and the apartment is laid out well. Comfortable. Roomy. Pleasant. The views of the Eiffel Tower are lovely...and can be seen from the balcony, bedrooms, and living room. The neighborhood is busy (touristy) but convenient for bistros, several boulangeries, and easy access to the Metro. As we were here in July, it is a somewhat noisy apartment, as it sits at the junction of three major streets. But it didn't really didn't take away from our experience. Very, very nice.

My husband and I and our 17 year old daughter stayed here for a week in June/July. It was not long enough! The location was ideal - nearby bakeries, wine shops and cafes were too numerous to count and there was a grocery store a few doors away. Rue Cler was a few blocks away and was delightful. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were very comfortable, and it was wonderful to have space to spread out. Best of all, we got to see the Eiffel Tower light show every night! We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the apartment very much. The location is very convenient, there are many excellent restaurants within walking distance and the neighbors were very friendly. The decorations and furniture were very comfortable.

My husband, sister and brother-in-law and I stayed at the Bordeaux for five nights from March 27-April 1, 2012. We were all very pleased to find the apartment had an initial supply of laundry detergent, soap, etc. as well as basic condiments so we did not have to purchase those items. The location was fabulous, easy to get around the city. Loved our stay, staff very helpful, was also very glad that we took advantage of hiring Victor's crew for pickup/return to the airport. Would definately stay again. We had the time of our lives!

We brought our family of 5 to Paris for Thanksgiving while our daughter was studying abroad. Our apartment and its location were superb and exceeded all expectations. The photographs were completely accurate, storage was plentiful, and the gift basket was a warm welcome. The bakery, butcher, cheese shop, wine, and G20 grocery are literally steps away. The 2-level apartment was perfect for a family with young adult children and the kitchen easily serviced our holiday feast. Just when we didn't think anything could be better, our Paris Perfect staff showed us the phone to call home, gave us maps to get around, and answered every question. They were as perfect as the location and stay. We'll defintiely be back!

We had the most amazing time in Paris and a big part of this was thanks to our perfect apartment! We really felt at home and enjoyed all the apartment had to offer. The view of the Eiffel Tower, washer/dryer, full kitchen, comfortable beds. We loved our experience and have told everyone about Paris Perfect and our Bordeaux rental. Thanks Sara for making it so easy to check in and out. We were a little nervous as to how that would go but it was seamless. Oh and cannot forget Victor. His drivers made our trip to and from the train station & airport so carefree. I highly recommend calling him. He was terrific! Thanks again and we hope to be visiting Paris again very soon! We know where we will be staying!

I am sending a message to let you know how delighted we were with our stay at the Bordeaux apartment just recently. Your welcome attendant was on time waiting for us when we arrived and the apartment was clean, fresh and warm. The bottle of wine and small extras like biscuits, milk etc made our arrival just that bit easier. All the dealings with your staff have been helpful and professional. I have to make a comment on Victor, the driver you recommended, was outstanding! We used him on several occasions. He is certainly an asset to your company. We have recommended Paris Perfect rentals and will continue to do this in the future.

Everything about our trip to Paris was wonderful, made all the more so by Paris Perfect. The apartment was terrific and the location could not have been better. PP's recommendations of Lisa Buros (who, for a minimal fee, got us reservations at three top restaurants) and Victor, who picked us up and delivery us back to the airport, made everything easy and convenient. We can't wait to return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-week stay at the Bordeaux. The neighborhood was fantastic & we especially liked being able to try many nearby boulangeries for bringing croissants, etc. back to the apartment for breakfast. We enjoyed having breakfast in, wine & cheese in the evenings, & a few wonderful meals brought in from markets, we ended up getting far more for our money - & enjoying ourselves a lot more. We would recommend Paris Perfect to anyone!

The Bordeaux apartment is lovely. The views shown on the website are exactly what you get. It's fun waking up to see the Eiffel Tower out of your bedroom window - and the light shows in the evenings are fantastic. The amenities in the apartment are well considered. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans and especially plenty of wine glasses! The 6 of us (4 adults and 2 teenagers) were quite comfortable in the apartment - plenty of room for all of us to spread out. Paris Perfect staff were very welcoming and helpful upon our arrival and departure. We would definitely use Paris Perfect again on a future trip to the City of Light!

Our thanks to all the staff for a "perfect" stay in Paris. We were at the Bordeaux in June and both the apartment and the locale were terrific. We truly felt like residents. Only a couple blocks from the Eiffel Tower (with a great view from the apartment windows as well), a first class butcher, patisserie, cheese shop, boulangerie, and supermarket within steps, fine restaurants and Rue Cler just down the street, all in a great neighborhood setting. Easy walking to many prime sights and the Metro is close by as well. The apartment was comfortable and well stocked and we appreciated the local information package you supplied. It was a great place to stay with our three young children as they really got to feel what it's like to live in the center of this great city. Thanks for the fine service.

This was our fourth stay in a Paris Perfect apartment in the 7th. This apartment, like all of the others we have stayed in, was beautifully decorated, clean and very comfortable. The information left for us about our apartment and the local area was great and the support staff were extraordinary. Even though we returned home after a week, leaving was a bit like leaving home. We can not imagine visiting our favorite city as a tourist.

Thank you for having such a wonderful apartment. Your information package and your staff were so helpful. Everyone in the neighborhood that we had contact with from the bakeries, the grocery stores, the souvenir stores, the restaurants and of course Victor were so nice and helpful to us. The apartment in Paris was perfect and we loved the location, away from the hustle and bustle of some of the more touristy areas. We arrived on Bastille Day and were able to watch the most incredible fireworks display set off from the Eiffel tower so near to our balcony. There was a crowd estimated at 800,000 people that streamed by below us which was a show in itself. We had one of our best meals at one of the restaurants you recommended down the street at Caf� Constant. The staff from Paris Perfect were attentive and very communicative; checking in with us frequently. All in all we had a wonderful time.

We have stayed in many apartments on our family vacations, but never one as wonderful as this. Every little detail has been thought of an we referred to your yellow guide so often. We also used many recommendations for restaurants (Café Constant & Fontaine de Mars favourites). We loved climbing the Eiffel Tower then watching it outside our windows, and whenever we felt lost in Paris we would look for the Eiffel Tower and let guide us 'home' The metro is wonderful and we were all sad to say au revoir.

We've been coming to Paris since the 1960s and have never been so comfortable. This is a wonderful apartment in a great neighborhood and we had everything we wanted. Thanks for the restaurant list as we usually drive ourselves crazy. All the meals were superb and the service was warm and friendly. Since everytime we arrive anywhere, we ask for a room with a view, this was our ultimate fantasy view – the Tour d'Eiffel! After this, what is there to see?

How superb at night. The apartment was well appointed and we were close to a great patissiere and supermarket. Your coffee percolator was the best!! Each morning I would set the coffee going then go around the corner for the almond croissant and baguette. The family would have breakfast looking onto the Eiffel. Magic. My family had the distinct pleasure of staying in your wonderful apartment on Rue St. Dominique during late July and early August. I think it was our best family vacation EVER (even with a tweener and a teenager and a lot of togetherness). For starters, the views-- from nearly every portion of the 5th floor apartment-- are unparalled. Le Tour Eiffel, Champs du Mars, classic cafes....;the apartment itself is beautifully decorated to put one in a decided France state-of-mind and the balcony is the perfect perch to people-watch. Despite scorching temps outside, the apartment was amazingly cool thanks to the beautiful French doors and shutters (and one or two strategically placed fans). Who were we to complain when the thermometer topped 40 degrees celsius (over 100+ F.) I don't even know where to begin with all the "little things" that make the apartment so livable and homey. We toured the City of Lights from dawn to dusk (OK, late morning til late dinner!) and it was wonderful to come back to an apartment so conveniently located and upscale.

Our family of three stayed in one of your apartments for a week in June 2006 and could have not been more pleased. The apartment was perfect for our family, with a pullout sofa for our 16-yr-old son in the living room and a corridor to access the kitchen, bathroom, and dining room without having to walk through the living room. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. The information book provided with the apartment contains helpful information to get the most out of your stay in Paris. You won't believe the view of the Eiffel Tower until you really see it, but the website does a good job of picturing it! Carolyn was immensely helpful and very available during our stay. We enjoyed meeting her. Other highlights: Dinner at Le Florimond and at Fables de la Fontaine, both easy walks from the apartment. Equally fun was buying food and wine from the local shops to have dinner in. We especially liked nearby shops Comptoirs Richard for coffee and the boulangerie just a couple of doors down on R. St. Dominique. Find the wheeled shopping cart in the closet and head to the Point L'Alma outdoor market (two days a week) for a great shopping experience and wonderful fresh food. And take the night Segway tour to see the city with Fat Tire Bikes - a truly unforgettable experience! I would return to Paris next week if I could!

Our family of two adults and two daughters (ages 8 & 10) just returned from a week in Paris, staying in one apartment, while our dear friends with their two daughters (ages 7 & 11) stayed in another apartment, in the adjacent building. We all had a fabulous time, greatly enhanced by the beautifully furnished and spacious accomodations in such a fabulous location. I have been to Paris many times, staying in accommodations ranging from youth hostels to 5 star hotels, but never before have I felt like I had lived in Paris for a week, rather than simply visiting. The location is absolutely perfect, surrounded by great restaurants and amazing food shops, and of course the drop-dead eiffel tower views. We own and rent out a couple of luxury vacation properties ourselves, and I must admit that I picked up several ideas from the truly gracious experience that Philippe and Madelyn have created... The extensive guide to the city and especially the neighborhood was very helpful (especially the notes on which restaurants to avoid; something you'd never find in Fodors, etc.!). A word of caution - book early, as we have already raved about our experience to many of our friends and colleagues!
