We were so excited to learn that we would be staying at the newly renovated Bergerac. The apartment was beautiful. The layout was fabulous. The view of the Eiffel Tower was amazing. I can’t say enough about the information and recommendations Paris Perfect provides up front. The airport transportation, the connections for tours, and the restaurant recommendations were all wonderful. We all agreed that our stay was “perfect”. We are looking to go to London next and because of this experience, we will be planning to stay with London Perfect in the future.

A Dream!

This place was a dream! We are a family of five, three kids under 9 & the kids were in awe of seeing the Eiffel Tower sparkle every night. We would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat. The location is safe and a block from the a Eiffel Tower. The rooms worked for our smaller children and the petite elevator was a life saver.

You can't go wrong with this place. Worth every cent. Everything is nearby. You can just melt yourself by the sofa and admire the Eiffel tower right there. The Paris Perfect staff were also more than accommodating. Will def come back and stay with them.

Incredible stay! View was absolutely amazing, seeing the Eiffel Tower glitter at night was a once in a lifetime experience. The rest of the apartment did not disappoint—nicely appointed, very clean, had everything you might need. The host even left some coffee pods, milk, and juice to get us started and there were plenty of towels, bathroom supplies, and washing detergent for our 5-day stay. Highly recommend! Note the apartment is on the 6th floor and the elevator is very small, only holds two people or one person and one bag. It wasn’t an issue for our group but might be for some.

You are a quick walk to Seine River, Eiffel Tower and Rue Cler street. And I always recommend Vic Cabs for airport transfers to and from the apartment.

Amazing property. The view is spectacular, both from the two balconies in the living rooms as well as from the main room’s window. It made us want to cancel the rest of our trip and stay in Paris longer. The property is perfectly maintained, beautiful kitchen, modern appliances, deluxe furnishing, tons of pillows, more than enough towels, hot water at all times, 1 full bath + 1 shower & vanity + 1 toilette. A large king, a large queen, a single bed and a 2-twin sofa bed. Electronic lock on building entrance from street to foyer, Safety lock from foyer to building entry, safety lock on main entrance, safety lock on unit entrance, safe with safety key. The only “opportunity” is the small 2pax or 1pax+2 bags lift.

Fantastic stay in a wonderful location. Apartment was perfectly outfitted warm, quiet and comfortable. Location was perfect providing a short walk or short Taxi to all of the great sites in Paris. Neighborhood was full of great restaurants and shops a few blocks away.

Parisian Perfection

WOW! Bergerac is a 'take your breath away' property, with views to die for. From the moment you enter the apartment - you are blown away by the beauty not only of your surroundings, but the Eiffel Tower is literally RIGHT there - you almost feel you can touch it. We spent so much time in the apartment (at varying times of the day and night) as the view was spectacular. The apartment itself is stunning, and beautifully decorated with authentic French charm - it's got everything you need. We found it to be very spacious - for a family of 4 (2 adults & 2 teens) - it was perfect. The elevator was not an issue at all during our stay, and for the first few days (until the muscles started protesting!), we enjoyed the 6 floor climb up the cute spiral staircase. Location wise there are several cafes & bistros literally right outside the front door, along with the usual touristy shops to pick up mementos. Rue Cler is a short walk away, and we loved exploring the neighbourhood. We can't recommend this apartment, or the team at Paris Perfect highly enough, and look forward to returning one day.

We loved the apartment, very nice appointments, very comfortable furnishings including the bedrooms and bedding. The washer dryer never worked for us, very different from the ones in the US. I needed written instructions, unless I missed it in the book. The cab company Victor was right on time both ways which I would recommend to everyone. The Paris team was fabulous and very personal. The neighborhood was wonderful with restaurants, shops and other amenities. I would recommend this apartment and will stay there on our return. The only thing that was lacking is there really isn't much of a concierge service which we are used to having in finer hotels. I called for assistance a couple times and either they never called back or just not that helpful. That was really the only think lacking for us, other than that everything was perfect. OH and the view of the Eifel tower was spectacular!

We had a wonderful time at this Paris Perfect apartment. It is a truly beautiful home in a fabulous location. Very comfortable beds, great water pressure, and a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower from the main bedroom and the living/dining area. Well stocked kitchen in terms of glassware and plates. Convenient to lots of shops and restaurants. Great internal temperature controls and very quiet given its location. The washer/dryer was also a bonus to have for our week-long stay. We can’t wait to return someday soon!

Our stay exceeded our expectations. If you are looking for a wonderfully appointed apartment with an amazing view for a romantic stay in Paris, honestly, don’t look any further. The residence was steps away from any activity we wanted to do, countless places to eat and explore. The posted pictures don’t do the view of the Eiffel Tower justice, where it can be seen from both living room windows and the main bedroom. We spent the evenings enjoying watching the tower light up over good wine and champagne. The WiFi was excellent and easy to connect and everything we needed was available within the apartment. The greeter was very responsive and promptly met us and gave us a tour and overview of the residence. Five stars! Going to recommend to friends and next time we come to Paris we know where we will be staying again.

Paris Perfect's Bergerac apartment was indeed perfect. Even though it was billed as ideal for 4 people, we had 3 couples visiting Paris to see the Olympics. The apartment had everything we needed, was centrally located, and gave us beautiful views of the Eiffel Tower - particularly during the evenings when it lit up every hour.

This was the perfect property for our family. Plenty of room for two adults and two teens to relax after our busy days in Paris. The apartment is very clean and the view is incredible! We loved watching the Eiffel Tower from our apartment every night. Walking distance to many restaurants, cafes, museums and the metro. It was also very easy to arrange taxis when the weather didn't cooperate. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful apartment
Bergerac is a very comfortable apartment, spotlessly clean, and with a beautiful view of the Eiffel tower. It was spacious with very comfortable beds. We are a family of 6, 2 adults 3 teenagers and a 10yo. The 2 youngest slept in the double and the older teenagers had the single bed and sofa bed. The master was very spacious and also had the Eiffel view. We were there in winter and heating was great. There are 2 showers, 2 toilets, and a functional kitchen with a dishwasher. There’s also a washing machine and dryer which we found very handy. We had no problems with hot water, though note that the second shower is small. The location is fantastic, easy flat walk to the Seine. We actually walked everywhere - to the Louvre, and Musee D’Orsay. Good neighbourhood, we never felt unsafe and the apartment building felt secure. Found a good traditional boulangerie about 5mins walk. Small grocery (fran prix) on the corner of the block. We liked Linette bistro on Av Rapp a short walk away. We had a great stay. The only downside to the apartment is the price of the view. Bergerac is on the 6th (top) floor. The lift wasn’t working when we were there - though the lift is tiny - maybe taking 2 people only or one with a suitcase. Nevertheless we enjoyed the exercise of the stairs. The building was otherwise quiet with no noise complaints. Paris Perfect were great to deal with, our greeter was wonderful. Would highly recommend them and the apartment.

Location, location, location! Great spot in Paris to experience living like a true Parisian. Easy access to all amenities needed for apartment living and super close the Eiffel Tower, but not the crowds. So you can marvel at it with your morning coffee and your glass of wine at night while it sparkles in your window. Paris Perfect was responsive and accurate with information listed. We had a wonderful time.
Felt like a dream
This was a fantastic flat for a family Paris experience. The location is magnificent. Obviously proximity to the Eiffel Tower and the view was key, but also all that surrounds that area with restaurants and cafes and walking distance to the museums made it so easy with my two young kids. I loved being able to go for runs on the Seine every morning too--- felt like a dream. The flat itself is beautiful and darling and looks just like the pictures. Everything was clean and fresh, including all linens. Having a powerful AC was much appreciated during our summer visit. The essentials to feel like home (milk, coffee pot, tea pot, etc) were all there and easy to use and it let us feel "settled in" almost immediately. The Paris Perfect team was wonderful to work with. We had one glitch and they were wonderfully thoughtfully attentive. For us, the added bonus that they helped us organize easy transport to and from the flat was a really nice touch that eased the family experience.

The Bergerac truly was exceptional! The apartment was beautifully renovated with all modern features but still had the feel of a chic period Parisian apartment. The Eiffel tower was outside our double doors and the views at night and day were stunning. A marvelous experience.

Perfect stay!
Perfect location! Literally 1.5 blocks from Eiffel Tower. If you are in Paris for short stay, you can't beat it! 3 bedroom worked great for my wife and I, and our two daughters (6 and 2 yo). Perfect view from the living room/ primary suite, just as shown in photos! Wonderful kitchen/ dinner table. Has EVERYTHING you need to cook full meals. Grocery store 3 buildings down. Multiple restaurants/ breakfast spots close to.

Staying in the heart of everything
The apartment is absolutely beautiful. You will be staying at the heart of everything. Having the Eiffel Tower within 100 meters is priceless, you will feel that the tower is with you all the time. We stayed with my whole family, my wife and my 3 children.

전망이 아름답고 위치도 좋았어요. 다만 방들이 대체로 작은데 침대로 꽉 차 있어서 캐리어를 펴놓고 짐을 정리하기에는 조금 불편했습니다. 주방의 동선도 약간 불편했지만 일주일 머물기엔 나쁘지 않았습니다. 싱크대, 식기세척기, 그릇장의 동선과 문들이 서로 겹쳐져서 요리할 때 자주 부딪혔어요. 만일 장기간 머물거나 요리를 직접 하는 경우가 많다면 이 점을 고려해야 할 것입니다. 그러나 조리도구와 식기, 커트러리가 충분히 구비되어 있고 무엇보다 아늑한 다이닝 공간이므로 이곳에서 식사시간은 너무나 즐거워요! 그리고 주변의 레스토랑, 카페도 훌륭합니다.

The view was beautiful and the location was good. However, the rooms are generally small, but they are full of beds, so it was a little inconvenient to spread out the carrier and organize the luggage. The movement line in the kitchen was also a bit inconvenient, but it wasn't bad for a week's stay. The lines and doors of the sink, dishwasher, and cupboard overlapped each other, so they often bumped into each other while cooking. If you are staying for a long time or if you cook a lot, this is something to consider. However, it is fully equipped with cooking utensils, tableware, and cutlery, and above all, it is a cozy dining space, so meal time here is so much fun! And the restaurants and cafes around are also great.

No place like (the Perfect) HOME
This was our 3rd stay with Paris Perfect, and again and even more so, it felt like home. Home in that everything you need is there, home in that you feel relaxed like you would every day but better, and home in that every apartment has a consistency of design and feel. We will see you next time for sure!
We could not have expected anything better
A very good place starts with excellent communication with clients and this host did everything right. This was the best place we've stayed in while in Paris and we could not have expected anything better. Wesley was very informative at check-in and helped answer all of our questions. The print outs and resource books in the apartment had all the information we need. The place was an absolute hit with us and the location next to ET was perfect for sightseeing. We stayed while the weather was unusually warm in Paris but the three AC units handled everything nicely and was perfect after coming home from hot days.

Amazing stay in Paris
We had an amazing stay in Paris but our favorite thing to do was cozy up on the living room chairs and look at the Eiffel Tower. The apartment’s kitchen is small but we’ll appointed with all the essentials. The beds are very comfortable and the elevator is great after a day of exploring Paris. I would steer away from the shops and cafes immediately around the entrance, but there are some amazing bakeries a few blocks away that are the best I’ve had.

A quick walk to metro and RER. There are food options around the corner but would walk a little past the tourist traps. Rue Cler is a great option to pick up cheese and meats. The elevator is small but does the trick. The kitchen is the right size and well equipped for a rental.

Lives up to its name!
This is my third or fourth rental experience with PP and I'll come back again. Bergerac was not the first apartment because of the expense. We booked another apartment but was offered Bergerac when our rental unit owner decided to take their apartment out of the program after we had committed to rent it - PP gave Bergerac to us at the same price. That speaks to their customer service orientation which was further amplified when they discovered the building elevator was out of service so they gave us some modest credit for the 2.5 days it wasn't working. I always enjoy being greeted and oriented by a PP staff member - ours was from California. As to the apartment itself, we couldn't have been happier. The living area was roomy for four of us. The beds were really comfortable, the kitchen was very entirely serviceable (it could use a bread knife) with plentiful dishes, glasses, utensils and silverware, the bath towels and sheets were hotel quality, the Nespresso was appreciated (it has a coffee pot, too), the view and location was perfect - if this view disappointed, I'll recommend a good therapist, the lighting, often neglected in rentals, was plentiful and adjustable, the air conditioning worked well for two warm days we had, and the two showers worked great. We always appreciate the area recommendations that were available online before we arrived and in a book form on a coffee table. The website is very user friendly with everything one needs before arrival including milk, orange juice and a bottle of Chardonnay awaiting us in the refrigerator. The collaboration with Victor Cabs is always appreciated. It's obvious the owners put great care into their entire operation from the website to the rental quality to their responsiveness to emails to their attention to every detail and more, so we continue to recommend PP without reservation and we'll be repeat customers again and again.

We have never stayed in any accommodation that was as clean and well-appointed as this one. It was perfect for our family of six. Even the child sleeping on the sofa bed had a good night of sleep. You will be the first place I look for an apartment the next time we travel to Europe.

I have chosen this place for its closeness to the Eiffel Tower. Boy, it is so close that the tower stands prominently in front of the living room window. When the tower lights turn on at night, it bounds to invoke romantic feelings. But we were so tired of walking the streets of Paris everyday, it is wasted on us, haha. Later we also found out the departure port for the Seine river cruises is only a few minutes of walk away. Clean, new and quiet. The interior looks professionally designed and the furnishings speak of Arhaus' style and quality. The beddings are certainly luxury hotel quality and very comfortable. In addition, AC is very strong which is very much needed in the summer. We definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Highly recommend this place. It was super clean, well stocked, smooth check in process with tons of information on the place and surroundings. Just a short walk to the Eiffel Tower with a half view of the Eiffel Tower as pictured. Only downside is that public transportation to any other tourist destination is at least a 10 minute walk away. The third bedroom is quite small but I guess the size of the apartment overall is a decent size for Paris standards.

Our stay was great at this beautiful apartment. We have been to Paris a few times and this neighborhood was new to us. Residential, not so crowded as others, lots of restaurants and shops close by. Metro station at walking distance. Supermarket, pharmacies, shopping stores every close by. I even found a laboratory 2 blocks away that gave us the COVID test results working 12 hours, a requirement to get back into the US. The beautiful Eiffel tour from the window… We had a great time at this apartment.

We had a wonderful stay at the Bergerac. Loved the apartment and the neighborhood but the best part was being able to look at the Eiffel Tower morning, noon and night. The apartment was beautifully appointed and a welcome refuge at the end of a busy day of site seeing. The neighborhood was safe and welcoming with everything you could want -- nearby cheese, meat, wine, bread and pastry shops, plus charming little restaurants and cafes. The only downside was that we only had five days. Can't wait to go back.

We had a lovely stay at Bergerac. We appreciated the welcome and introduction to the apartment. We loved the apartment location and the helpful local suggestions book. We tried a number of the suggested restaurants and really liked La Fontaine du Mars and Il Sorrentino. The apartment decor was lovely and the apartment was well appointed with its amenities. The apartment is very charming and probably is best suited to 5 people from a flow and bathroom perspective, though we managed with our 7 people. We unfortunately were in Paris during the heat wave. Most of the rooms were cooled with the window cooler units, though the twin bed room was unbearably hot as it didn't have the same unit. Perhaps more of the standing fans were needed but there were only 2. We also couldn't seem to get the main bathroom shower to give us cool water, which may have been due the extreme weather. We also experienced a power outage which we were able to fix by flipping the circuit breaker switch (which we had been shown how to do). This occurred while attempting to use the clothes dryer. None of this really diminished our stay, it was simply things to overcome and deal with given the age of the building.

PARIS PERFECT is accurately named!
The Bergerac was exactly as promised in the pictures and described amenities. My family of four adults and two children were very comfortable during our 10 day stay. The staff of Paris Perfect were courteous and helpful in meeting all of our needs.
The location was in a lovely neighborhood with bakeries, gourmet cheese shops, wine and spirits stores, small groceries and cafes all within easy walking distance from the apartment. The apartment even provided a small grocery cart. I recommend you use it as you will fill quickly when shopping. The view of Eiffel tower was amazing. The location of the apartment was close to bus, taxi and metro. We used Uber as we found it easier with the children. We are already planning our next trip to Paris. Merci Beaucoup Paris Perfect.

Location was exactly as described. Apartment has all amenities as described, really enjoyed that there were plastic wear for children. Well stocked and comfortable for our large party. Elevator was a must and this location had a very good elevator. Internet connection worked very well, was easy to connect with instruction. Would suggest that since there is a normal coffee pot in the apt that maybe consider leaving some regular coffee to get started. Would highly recommend.

I sat down to write a review of this apartment, but found that I was mostly writing a review of Paris Perfect. Having stayed in 3 of their apartments, it's my opinion that you can't really go wrong with any of them. It's a highly organized operation that offers many extras that we haven't found when renting from other agencies. These other experiences have helped me to fully appreciate the care and service offered by PP. First, the PP apartments are all luxuriously furnished. The owner clearly takes a personal interest in each apartment, and her eye for design is unmatched. Second, the PP apartments have always been spotlessly clean. I'm a stickler for this, and I've never been disappointed. Third, the PP team helps you to settle in with a welcome "basket" -- water and juice in the refrigerator; a nespresso machine with capsules; and a bottle of wine. The last thing that you want to do after a long day of travel is locate a grocery store. Fourth, the apartments are standardized in terms of sheets and dishes/silverware. I underestimated the value of this until renting other apartments and finding chipped dishes and mismatched, worn looking towels. All of the linens here are luxurious. In addition, PP leaves a binder in each apartment that contains information about how to operate the various appliances and systems within the apartment. I didn't think much of this until we later rented from another agency in London. Without the binder, we had no idea how to work the coffee machine, the microwave, or the washer/dryer. As a result, we couldn't use any of those. The binder that PP provides is invaluable! Take the time to read it! It also contains lots of helpful advice as to things to see, places to shop, etc. In addition to the binder, PP provides a starter supply of coffee, dishwashing and laundry tablets, and dishwashing liquid. We were able to do a load of laundry after a week in the apartment. None of the other agencies provided these things, so we didn't use their dishwashers or laundry facilities. We didn't want to spend our limited vacation time trying to figure out which kinds of tablets worked in the various machines, or risk purchasing the wrong ones and causing damage to the equipment. Someone was available to help for big things and small (how to watch a DVD on the TV). Mostly, though, its the customer service aspect of PP that rises above all other agencies. They are professional and kind, and always a pleasure to work with. So... to the apartment...UNBELIEVABLE views of the Eiffel Tower. Truly spectacular... from the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom. You feel like you're on a movie set! The apartment is wonderful for families: a comfortable master bedroom, and two smaller bedrooms. (I can only speak for the master bedroom, which was quite comfortable. My two small children refused to leave my side, so we all slept in the master bedroom, leaving the other two bedrooms untouched!) Having a separate bathroom/water closet was convenient, so one child could run to the facilities after returning home, while the other washed her hands in the main bathroom. The apartment's location close to the Champs de Mars is a bit touristy, but there is a small grocery store a few doors down, and bakeries and fabulous restaurants within a 5-minute walk. Location is convenient to bus stops, and the RER (Pont de L'Alma). (Unfortunately, that stop was closed for construction during our visit, but typically, that is a nice option.) As with all PP apartments, it is impeccably decorated, and offers comfortable seating. It served as an oasis after a long day of walking. We loved watching the Eiffel Tower sparkle for 5 minutes every hour in the evenings. We would run to the windows and watch the entire time, even FaceTiming my parents back home so that they could enjoy the show along with us. We also had the good fortune to be in this apartment on Bastille Day, and were able to watch the fireworks out of the apartment windows. That is something that the kids will never forget!

This place is really special. There are pictures on the web and our rental was in an incredible location. We were a short stroll from the Eiffel Tower - in fact, we went to the top of the tower twice (once during the day and once at night) and a third time for dinner at the restaurant. It is a short walk to the Seine and we took a boat taxi down the river to Notre Dame and also did an evening champagne cruise.
The home itself was terrific. The furnishings were lovely and there were even slippers for all of us. We also had air conditioning, a bathtub, a dishwasher and washer and dryer - all are hard to find in a Paris rental. It made an incredible trip a bit easier.
Tip - bring sneakers. We walked everywhere. The restaurants nearby were also terrific. The restaurant in the Eiffel Tower is geared for tourists but surprisingly and happily, the food and service were top notch. We also walked to the markets. Thanks!

My husband and I, and another couple stayed at Bergerac for 5 nights in June of 2018. As always with Paris Perfect units, the apartment was very well appointed and very comfortable. The sheets and towels are luxurious, as nice as any top-notch hotel. We prefer an apartment to a hotel, particularly when traveling with others because the living space permits more casual gatherings over coffee in the morning or wine in the evening.
The view of the Eiffel Tower from Bergerac is simply stunning! And the location is great, with easy access to both sides of the river and to the shops and restaurants on Rue St. Dominque and Rue de Grenelle. We remain devoted clients of Paris Perfect.

Thank you Paris Perfect for a fabulous vacation! This is our second Perfect experience, as we enjoyed Italy Perfect in Florence a few years ago. Our family of four spent a wonderful week at the Bergerac. The apartment is located in the cozy 7th, with unreal views of the Eiffel Tower, and convenient to the Ecole Militaire Metro.
Falling asleep to the twinkling lights of the Eiffel Tower every night was an unexpected treat (and when it stopped being a treat, the bedroom curtains screened the lights completely). The Starter Pack was a lifesaver for us, and such a great idea: wine, cheese, jambon and metro tickets all waiting for us! Our teenagers (13-year-old Maddy and 16-year-old Teddy) loved the 2CV Tour with Christopher - it was a perfect way to start their vacation - 1.5 hours driving through Paris without Mom and Dad!
Another highlight was a fashion tour with our lovely guide. She is clearly a style expert and tailored our trip so that both Teddy and Maddy found French treasures to bring home. Mom spent some time in Chanel and Hermes, and our expert guide even managed to have our photograph taken on Chanel's famed staircase! We had many wonderful moments and none of them would have been possible without Paris Perfect.
Oh! I almost forgot to mention we had the best wine and cheese pairing we've ever experienced. From now on we will always eat the rind! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

We had a lovely time at the Bergerac apartment: views, accommodations, neighborhood, etc. All have been praised—appropriately—many times over in the reviews. I want to share another thought. This was precipitated by a comment in one of Maddy's recent blog posts: the serendipitous events that can occur in Paris.
All holidays / vacations / travels have amazing and fun unexpected occurrences. Here's one of ours. This trip we opted, in addition to seeing the wonderful holiday decorations and feasting on festive foods, to visit some places we hadn't been before. That found us in Les Puces on a Saturday morning. And, just by chance, we crossed paths with Pere Noel and his helpers (what are they called?). We shared a delightful mixed language chat which ended up with the promise of a Christmas present of the keys to a Parisian apartment! So fun.
So what does this chance meeting have to do with Paris Perfect? It's easy. If we hadn't had the perfect apartment in the perfect location we might not have been at the flea market that morning. We might have been delayed by an appliance that didn't work or dealing with a less than perfect croissant or any number of distractions that a less-then-Paris-Perfect apartment can cause.

What better way to experience Paris than lying in bed gazing at the twinkling lights of the Eiffel Tower? With an incredible view of the Eiffel Tower the Bergerac also has every convenience a family could desire including a separate dryer. Our family of four slept well on the comfortable mattresses with luxurious linens. Tastefully decorated in a French Style design, no detail was spared down to the cabinet knobs. The staff at Paris Perfect were great at communicating and provided lots of useful information about Paris and the neighborhood. We can't say enough good things about our stay at Bergerac. We started with a very helpful and cheerful greater who gave us a wonderful overview of the apartment and helpful information about the Metro, and restaurants nearby. The apartment's location is wonderful and as my 15 year old daughter said every night when the Eiffel Tower light up... This never gets old. The apartment had everything we needed. There are plenty of markets, bakeries, cheese, wine and flower shops. AS well as local restaurants for a meal nearby. I thought we would miss being more in the busier more active neighborhoods but it actually was very nice going back to our quiet retreat. Paris Perfect could not have been any more professional and wonderful company to work with. We will definitely plan future Paris or London vacations with them again.

From the very moment of booking the apartment, everything has been attentive to us: they sent us a lot of accurate information about the neighborhood (restaurants, boulangeries, patisseries, etc), as well as allowing us to anticipate the entrance to the apartment, since our flight arrived first thing in the morning. We were greeted by a friendly and helpful employee, who explained the operation of all the appliances. The apartment is beautiful, bright, the photos are a true reflection of reality, it has everything you need to enjoy an unforgettable stay. The neighborhood is very quiet and central, surrounded by many emblematic monuments very close, such as the Tour Eiffel, which overlooks the views of the apartment. It is a success to follow the recommendations of Paris Perfect (we follow your advice with boulangeries and restaurants, specifically "Au petit sud-ouest"). No doubt that in our next visit we will try to rent an apartment of this same company, because its treatment has been, while professional, very pleasant. Super!

I cannot begin to describe how great of a stay we had at the apartment, and how wonderful the hosts were! We are a family of 5 -- 2 adults, 3 children (ages 8, 6, and 5), visiting for a birthday celebration. The pictures here are completely accurate, but the view is even more spectacular in person. The apartment was the perfect size - very clean and well maintained in a quiet area of the city. The apartment had everything we needed for our family - kitchen amenities/cooking utensils, linens, WiFi, and so much more. The view was stunning - and having a glass of wine on the balcony with the Eiffel Tower right next to us was the perfect way to end our days after visiting museums, local shops, and fantastic restaurants. The hosts/Paris Perfect provided us with such great information on restaurants, museums/attractions, metro info, and so much more. In addition, when Air France lost our luggage upon our arrival, they helped us track it down and even met the delivery courier to get our bags delivered to our apartment because we were out (Air France did not tell us they were coming to deliver our stuff!). They were complete lifesavers, and we cannot thank them enough for all of their help!
This was our first time in Paris, and it won't be our last - we can't wait to come back and would love to stay here again. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful and memorable for our family!

Bergerac is a lovely apartment located near the Champ de Mars. The view of the Eiffel Tower is unbelievable. It is right outside your window! I love the neighborhood restaurants. The apartment had all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay in Paris. I recommend the Paris Perfect booked tours of a day in the Champagne region and the tour of the Private Quarters of Louis XV at Versailles.

We had a very hot week in Paris, and the coolers often filled up with water and had to be emptied - this happened several times in the middle of the night when we were asleep which was really annoying.

My daughter and I recently enjoyed eight perfect nights at the Pinot and Bergerac apartments, exceeding our expectations in every way. The location is ideal, the apartments were gorgeous with every amenity imaginable, and the views of the Eiffel Tower were spectacular.
Our days were full of sightseeing, shopping on the Rue Cler for dinner, sampling many croissants at the many neighborhood patisseries, enjoying quiet and not-so-quiet rides on the Batobus and Bateau Mouches, experiencing the wonderful Constant restaurants, gazing at the Eiffel Tower until the last twinkle of the day...and the list goes on. There is nothing like returning to a sun-drenched, warm and lovely apartment on a peaceful tree-lined avenue after a long day of sightseeing.
Pinot and Bergerac created the space for us to explore the offerings of a wonderful and unique neighborhood while having all the comforts of home, and for my daughter to kickoff her semester abroad in the most unforgettable

We found Bergerac to be the perfect apartment for our family of four. From the tasteful furnishings through to the jaw dropping view of the Eiffel Tower the apartment exceeded even our highest expectations.
The apartment had been well maintained and had all the facilities that we required. Particularly useful were the free telephone calls to Australia and the availability of English language television stations (we were there in the week of the Charlie Hebdo tragedy so it was of great benefit to be able to keep abreast of the news).
The location was fantastic being literally just across the street from the Eiffel Tower. Watching the nightly flashing light display on the Eiffel Tower from our apartment will be a treasured memory for us and our children.
The Champ de Mars had a number of very good playgrounds that let our young children to unwind and the local neighbourhood had everything we required including coffee shops, supermarkets, fresh fruit and vegetables, fine dining and healthy takeaway food options within a short walking distance.
We are so glad that we used Paris Perfect and had the opportunity to "live like a local" in Paris for a week - it was so much more educational for our young children and so much more relaxing for we parents than the confines of a hotel room.
Thank you to Paris Perfect for making all aspect of our stay from reservation through to departure such an easy and seamless experience.

We went to Paris for a girls trip and had an amazing time in Bergerac. The proximity to grocery stores, the river, restaurants, metro, busses and more can absolutely not be beat. One of the absolute highlights for me was being able to drink tea and have a late-night snack in the living room and watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle every night. We love the neighborhood feel of the 7th arrondissement with fabulous bakeries, cafes and restaurants just around the corner and easy access to all the sights. We stayed in Bergerac in December and really enjoyed it. You simply can't beat the location -- just a block away from the Eiffel Tour with great views of it through the windows! How many times did we sit in the living or dining area at night enjoying the view while consuming some fabulous pastry procured earlier that day?
The apartment is comfortable with lovely furnishings and plenty of room for making meals, eating together, relaxing after a full day of sightseeing, etc. The building is exactly what you think of when you think of Paris. It's right in the heart of things and yet there isn't much in the way of street noise. I'm a very light sleeper and there was nothing that kept me awake. Enjoy a wonderful home every night, then step out the front door every morning and into the next Parisian adventure!

We had a wonderful stay over the Christmas holidays with 2 small children and 4 adults. The views of the sparkling Eiffel Tower were magical, and the apartment was clean, tastefully decorated, well appointed and provided us with plenty of space. It was great to be able to come home to a quiet and comfortable space to relax after sightseeing. We appreciated the professionalism of Paris Perfect staff and the thoughtful attention to detail in the guide books provided. We enjoyed sampling food on Rue Cler and Rue Saint Dominique. The metro stations could be closer, but there were always taxis to be found right outside the building and the location steps from the Eiffel Tower could not be beat. Thank you, Paris Perfect.

The staff at Paris Pefect was so friendly and helpful. The Bergerac apartment was very well appointed. Having three bedrooms was terrific for our family of four for two weeks. The living area was comfortable and we loved the kitchen with new cabinets and appliances-all were top notch.
While Avenue dela Bourdonnais is a more busy street with tourists, it was nice to explore further into the nighborhood and find great cafes, boulangeries, epiceries.
The apartment was very clean when we arrived and we loved having the maid services after our first week to freshen everything. We would definitley use Paris Perfect again!

This top floor apartment is beautiful as you might expect. But, the view from the windows is magnificent. The Eiffel Tower looms so beautifully in front of you and is so close that you really must consider it as part of the Bergerac's charms. In addition, the cafe on the corner, Bistrot de La Tour Eiffel, is very good for breakfast pastries and baguettes and late night dinners. The location of the Bergerac is really perfect for getting around...walking or riding the subway. There is nothing negative to say about this apartment. There were 7 in our party, and we were very comfortable with beds and baths.

Our stay at Bergerac was perfect in every way. The apartment was so very nicely equipped and decorated...once Kevin took the extra fans away! My family loved being there and my French friends were impressed with the quality of the environment and everyone with everything....with one exception which I left as a note on the signout sheet...The little single bedroom need to have a hanging closet. There are two stacks of shelves, ample for most things, but no place to hang a coat, dress etc. I think the lower shelves should be removed and a hanging bar installed.
Also I put the dressing table bench that was placed under the table in the master bedroom in the corner of the little room for some sort of place to put a bag, suitcase etc. It worked out very well there and not needed in the master bedroom. I'd like to reserve Bergerac for next year at approximately the same time.

Our stay at the Bergerac apartment last month could not have been more perfect. From the moment we walked in and saw that, yes, that IS the Eiffel Tower we were transported. The neighborhood was delightful. I was a bit afraid that it would be crowded with us (tourists) but despite its proximity to that magnificent landmark it is a very real neighborhood. We loved visiting "our" butcher, and baker and fromagerie. Speaking of which, shopping at Cantin fromagerie was a delight. Thanks for that suggestion and all the restaurant tips.
Having a well stocked kitchen helped in an unexpected way when one of our group had a short term health issue and could not go out. We simply stocked up at the local market across the Seine on Saturday morning and enjoyed two fabulous dinners in.

We stayed in Bergerac November 9-16 and we had an outstanding stay. We were met by our greeter and told everything we could ever hope to know about the apartment. The apartment is very well appointed and is just as it looks in the pictures provided by Paris perfect. The view is second to none, in the evenings after dinner we would sit in the living room with a glass of wine and talk while staring at the twinkling Eiffel Tower, it was truly enchanting. The neighborhood is SO great! We had amazing food at the restaurants that are all walking distance ... Cafe Constant and Reed Restaurant really stood out. The boulangerie on the corner of Bourdonnais and montessuy was one of the best we went to while in Paris. I would go early in the morning and buy us a baguette, croissants and pain au chocolat for breakfast. The apartment has a Nespresso machine with cartridges so we would have that with breakfast. I'm running on here, but I could not recommend this apartment any more, it was a magical stay for us.

We returned on June 9 from our beautiful stay at Bergerac. What a fantastic location and the view of the Eiffel Tower is unbelievable. The Paris Perfect team does a great job of providing information and helping clients to "settle in". Thank you especially for the lovely bottle of white wine provided for our grand daughter's 21st birthday.
One thing we especially enjoyed was the "neighborhood" feeling that derived from staying in an apartment rather than an hotel. You return from a day of sightseeing to a tree-lined street of sidewalk cafes and small shops, yet only a block away from the Eiffel Tower. Bergerac provided a beautiful oasis that lent an added dimension to our trip.

We had the great fortune to spend 5 days at this fabulous site near the Eiffel tower in Paris (the Eiffel tower is literally right outside your window!). We are a family of two adults and 4 children and needed a roomy place that was convenient for sightseeing.
Everything about the stay was first class. The apartment was in excellent condition. We were greeted on our arrival by a staff member from Paris Perfect who made sure that everything was in working order. The apartment was small but felt roomy, and was well supplied with all we would need for our stay. The guide to local restaurants, activities, and transportation was an added bonus.
We would gladly stay here again and would recommend this apartment and Paris Perfect to anyone.

We stayed at the Pinot at 67 ave, de la Bourdannais. It was all that was advertised. Very quiet at nights, very bright and cheerful during the day. We were there for 2 weeks. The area was perfect, the lovely Parc de Mars across the street and easy access to excellent restaurants within 10 minute walk. Our favorite was the Au Petit Sud Ouest directly across the street. The owner and his wife are great hosts and very charming and accommodating. The best Foie Gras I have had since The Pierre in New York some 15 years ago. Great Pattiseries surround the apt. Would recommend it to my best friend, without hesitation.
Another tip , if you do go on a dinner cruise, take the Bateaux Parisienne, as we did. Their pier is a 15 minute straight walk from the Apt. on the same side of the Seine, and a neccessary walk back! We had a great time thank you Paris Perfect.

My husband and I shared Bergerac last week with close friends to celebrate my birthday and our friendship. It was indeed the perfect apartment for two couples, and a great base from which to explore Paris. The views were lovely day and night, the neighborhood was charming. We highly recommend requesting Christian, the driver working for Victor's cab company. Quick note for anyone renting Bergerac after us: if you love Berthillon ice cream as much as we do, you'll be delighted to find the pair of insulated boxes in the top cabinet of the kitchen that we left for you---the lovely neighborhood shop L'Epicerie Fine on rue du Champs du Mars charges 1 Euro each to keep your ice cream cold for the walk home; we made excellent use of these little boxes(!)

The Bergerac apartment is perfect to get a true Paris experience. The tree lined street was an added bonus that made you feel relaxed and not rushed,of course nothing tops looking out the window and the Eiffel tower was right there. Every night we were blessed with seeing the tower light up and twinkle every hour.
To be able to come back to the apartment every night and have a glass of wine some dinner or snacks was wonderful. I love the city but eating out every night is not enjoyable so this made the apartment even better. In the morning someone gets the breakfast breads you have coffee and over look the Eiffel tower talk about heaven.
I would recommend a river cruise for the last night it was a perfect ending to our trip the sun setting French music it was wonderful.

The "Bergerac" is surely the jewel in the crown of Paris Perfect apartments! The view of the Eiffel Tower by day and by night, with its sparkling diamonds for 5 minutes at the top of the hour after dark, is breathtaking. The apartment itself was just the right blend of comfort and elegance, and beautifully maintained. What mattered most was the sense that we were living in a real neighborhood, thanks to the resources provided by Madelyn and staff. We were impressed by the superb service provided from first inquiry to departure by the staff of Paris Perfect and by this lovely quartier which we so enjoyed exploring. We have stayed in rental apartments throughout Europe and this is certainly the best in every way. We will recommend it most highly, even to those who feel they know Paris well.

With 2 1/2 baths no one got in anyone's way when getting ready. Please tell Phillipe that his home was beautiful and we appreciated the antiques and modern touches. We only used the kitchen for breakfast but if we had needed to make dinner,it had everything a gourmet chef would need. And living so close to Rue Cler, all the best ingredients were there to be bought right in the neighborhood. And with so many excellent restaurants/bistros nearby, we didn't need to eat in. The beds were very comfortable and the linens beautiful. The tile in the bathrooms was magnificent, and the towels were luxurious. But it was the VIEW that made this apartment Paris Perfect!

We loved our stay at the Bergerac. Each night we enjoyed the twinkling lights on La Tour Eiffel, the proximity to everything was perfect (although we had trouble with the 69 bus schedule - it was not running efficiently). The apartment is completely stocked with all kinds of conveniences. Read the manual! It's worth the time and full of great ideas. We tried many of the restaurants and were never disappointed. And if you mention Paris Perfect there will be an immediate connection between you and the restaurant owner!

Bergerac was a wonderful pied a terre for our 6 days in Paris. The three bedrooms were quiet and comfortable, and the bathrooms were wonderful. Our apartment next to the Eiffel Tower was perfect. It was a wonderful home away from home, and it gave us the chance to feel like we really lived there, even for a short while. And there was always the support of the Paris Perfect staff if we needed anything. Best of all, though, was all of the wonderful advice about our neighborhood - preferred places to eat, where to shop, what to order, and more.
I would recommend Paris Perfect in a heartbeat. I thought our last week in Paris would be a once-in-a-lifetime trip, but now, I can't wait to plan our next visit.

This was our first time in Paris with our daughters ages 10 and 13. We have rented fantastic houses with them in Italy and Spain. This apartment proved to be equally wonderful. Thank you for all the great recommendations. We enjoyed the local restaurants, shops and bakeries. Michael Osman is an outstanding personal guide. We learned so much from him and the children were thoroughly entertained. The Paris Perfect Guide was most helpful in allowing us to live like Parisians.

We have stayed in Paris Perfect apartments twice on our vacations and have always enjoyed the apartments offered. There is the obvious fact that the view is truly breathtaking. This is a nice neighborhood full of authentic patisseries. The apartment itself is a home away from home. It is comfortable and creatively decorated. More importantly it gives us a chance to realize the point of a vacation, to escape! This apartment has allowed us to pretend for a week that we live in Paris and do not have to return to Seattle. Sometimes in the morning we had trouble getting out to start our day.

The view is great! Every hour from 6pm there is a light show on the Eiffel Tower. The location is great, it's in the middle of everything and there are many close metros. We had a great time in Paris! The apartment was clean and close to a supermarket. The space is great for our family of six. We really enjoyed staying in an apartment instead of a hotel. We have been coming to Paris on a regular basis for twelve years and we are acquainted with a lot of this special city. We have stayed in lovely charming hotels in Saint Germain but after this rental experience I doubt if I will never go that route for long visits. We brought our parents here and this was their first time to experience the city - we love this location, the apartment and staff. We also used the dry cleaners you recommended and they were wonderful - very helpful and accommodating. We ate at La Petit Sud-Oest and found the owners terrific and the duck superb! Loved Cafe Constant and they were very accommodating with a late walk in. We recommend the Brassieree near Tour Eiffel just on the end towards the Seine. Great service, decent food. Excellent desserts. Also the people in the building here were very friendly and charming - I hope they feel the same about us! Loved shopping the markets here too!

This was our first time in Paris as a family. The apartment and neighbourhood were wonderful. The apartment felt just like home and was very comfortable. We enjoyed going to the bakery on "Rue St Dominique". We sent our father down every morning to get fresh bread and pastries. The recommended restaurants were great but we also found a few of our own which were lovely. We hope to come back very soon.

We loved our 7 night stay at this beautiful apartment. We have been to Paris 8 times prior to this trip but we always stayed at hotels. Even our last two visits staying at the Four Seasons Hotel George V could not compare to staying at this incredible apartment. The view from this unit is amazing. The space is perfect for our family of four. The location close to shops, restaurants, etc is perfect. We will be back next year and hope to stay here again and again.

I can't believe it's been a week here already - I'm not ready to leave! The apartment is fantastic and the location ideal. We had a wonderful week here with perfect weather to allow for all our activities. The nature of the visit was totally different and fantastic, with the apartment as a base - welcoming, warm, and a great respite for our long, exciting days. Our delicious, memorable meals were at Cafe Constant, Cafe D'Alma and Chameiux brasserie, as well as around the city. Last thoughts and advice - always but the carnet (10 metro/bus tickets). I always go to the Louvre and up to the top of the Eiffel Tower and Montmarte was worth the trip! Thank you for a fantastic apartment and wonderful staff to work with.

We have enjoyed a wonderful week here, and one reluctant to leave. The apartment is so convenient, with the amazing view of the Eiffel Tower. Everything we needed was here, and your yellow books was most helpful. All the places we wanted to see were every better than we hoped, and we enjoyed traveling on the metro and Batobus. The food was delicious in most of the places we tried. Paris is a beautiful city and this is a great home base. Thanks for the lovely apartment and great location.

This is the only way to vacation in Paris! The information and recommendations provided by the Paris Perfect staff are impeccable. Flowers from Cler Fleurs are huge, beautiful and great prices. Davoli on rue Cler ahs wonderful prepared foods, chocolates from Gregory Renaud are out of this world. Favorite breakfast: chocolate croissants and French coffee! Great restaurant - Cafe Rousillon - friendly service, excellent creme brulee. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Where do we start? Never could have expected to stay in an apartment as lovely as this. We completely enjoyed the location, the views and the Parisian lifestyle. This location allowed us to do all of the normal sightseeing and also immerse ourselves in the day to day lifestyle of Paris. The patisserie, the butcherie, the cafes, the strolls through the parks. You must go to Ile St Louis and have lunch at Aux Anysetiers du Roy on the Rue St Louis. Also, Richard's Cafe downstairs from the Bergerac at the corner is the perfect way to start your day. Thank you to all for making this vacation the trip of a lifetime. We look forward to a return trip. We love Paris!

We were happy to come home to the Bergerac apartment each day, especially to get out of the cold and rainy weather. Our girls, age 4 and 2 loved looking at the Eiffel Tower. Our 2 year old said "bread" for the first time while here. It must have been because the French bread is so good. We look forward to our next visit to Paris.

My husband and I celebrated my 40th birthday with two other couples in Paris. We had the most incredible vacation. The beautiful apartments we rented from Paris Perfect enhanced our visit. We rented the St. Emilion and the Bergerac apartments. They were both on the 6th floor of a lovely building. The best thing about this was we had the entire floor to ourselves, since these were the only two apartments on the 6th floor. Both apartments were beautifully decorated with many French antique furnishings and the views were to "die for". It was so much fun coming back every night and seeing the Eiffel tower all lit up right in front of the living room and bedroom windows. The apartment had all of the necessities we needed to enjoy our stay. We felt right at home. There was an espresso/coffee maker with coffee, hair dryer, a washer and dryer, CD player with CD's, DVD player, books on Paris, wireless Internet access and much more. Two wonderful hosts welcomed us upon our arrival; they showed us all of the amenities. Each apartment received a nice bottle of champagne, orange juice and milk. The Paris Perfect staff checked in with us throughout our visit to make sure we were comfortable and happy with the apartments. The beds were extremely comfortable and the showers were terrific. The neighborhood was one of the best parts of our vacation, we ate at several local restaurants and we enjoyed the market place on Rue Cler. There were several wonderful Patisseries within steps of our apartment. The metro stop was close by and living among the local Parisians in an affluent French neighborhood was fabulous. You can't go wrong with Paris Perfect, because it is just that, "Paris Perfect"!

Bonjour, I recently returned from a week in Paris with my 17 year old daughter and three of her best friends. We stayed in the Bergerac apartment. The Bastille Day fireworks over the Eiffel Tour was breathtaking. Frankly, it was like living in a dream to wake up and go to sleep every night looking at one of the major "wonders of the world". We loved the neighborhood and took advantage of all your suggestions. I shopped in the local markets, etc. and we enjoyed many delicious breakfasts, appetizers and dinners in the luxury of our home away from home.
The apartment was charming, full of amenities, and Carolyn could not have been more helpful. We wish you continued success at Paris Perfect. Thank you for the "welcome" basket of goodies!

Thank you Madeline and Philippe for creating such a perfect travel experience through your beautifully appointed apartments. We just returned from two weeks in your Bergerac Apartment with our 6 1/2 year old son (our first trip abroad since he was born). Our time in Paris was magical. Paris is a living museum and it is hard not to be taken by its history and beauty. Our days were full of sight seeing, picnics in the many beautiful parks Paris has to offer, kicking the soccer ball around, sampling Berthillon's various flavors of ice cream, visiting some of Sean's favorite paintings, quiet rides on the Batobus, noisy rides on the Metro, insane rides in the Cab, shopping on the Rue Cler for dinner, practicing our french and this list goes on. There is nothing like coming home to a sun-drenched, warm and lovely apartment on a peaceful tree-lined avenue. Bergerac created the space for us to enjoy gourmet food from the Rue Cler, sample french wines, stay in touch with our business, and for one ecstatic 6 1/2 year old to eat dinner in his pajamas followed by a lightshow on the Tour Eiffel -- really quite amazing.
We are both marketers and sensitive to promises that companies make about their products or services. Bergerac was everything we expected it to be. You have done a perfect job of detailing this lovely space. We arrived on a grey misty morning in a rather jet-lagged state. The apartment was warmly lit, Carolyn awaited with enthusiasm and we were thrilled to find that it was exactly what we expected.
The experience of living in Paris as a guest for two weeks was made complete by having your apartment as our homebase. I cannot imagine travelling another way with a small child on a trip like this. To have the space and amenities offered by Paris Perfect in a hotel would have cost much more. And I doubt a hotel would have offered us the use of a scooter, so that our son could happily scooter the whole of Paris (like many french children). This was an unexpected pleasure for the whole family as it afforded us the ability to walk much more of the city, and delighted our son, who never once complained of too much exploration.
We leave Paris full, stimulated and inspired to continue to travel with our young son in this same way. Thank you so much.

Our week in Paris would not have been the wonderful trip it was without the comforts of Bergerac to return to each afternoon. Both of our granddaughters are "nesters"--and as soon as we returned to the apartment late each afternoon, they would promptly disappear to "their" bedroom to read, talk, list to their CDs, and whatever else preteens do--leaving us adults free to enjoy our break to ourselves before we set out again for dinner. Kate, age 13 especially loved Madelyn's decor--said she'd like her first apartment to look just like it! (She's our budding artist--and left her rendering of Bergerac's Eiffel view in your guest book). We celebrated her 13th birthday with a chocolate mousse cake from the patisserie--and the Eiffel Tower cooperated with its sparkling light show just as she blew out the candle. What a wondrous evening!
The girls became fast friends with the two women who run the patisserie next door--they even exchanged gifts on our last day. They laughed at French tv's version of "American Idol," loved ordering their meals in French, were awe-struck at being able to see so many of their favorite Impressionist paintings (the Marmotten is a real jewel of a museum), were amazed at the variety of birds at the Sunday bird market.

This was my daughters' first trip to Paris and staying in such a pleasant neighbourhood, just a block from the Eiffel Tower and park helped make it memorable. The Bergerac apartment is comfortable, homely and well-equipped with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Eating dinner with the view out of the window of the sparkling Eiffel Tower is unforgettable. There are lots of great restaurants and places to buy food (Rue Cler especially) nearby and we found riding the buses very convenient from both the heart of the Right Bank and St Germain/Latin Quartier. We hope to be back!
