Couldn’t say better things about this apartment! My whole trip was smooth from check in to check out. The views of the tower were amazing and everything was nearby. If ever we come back to Paris this is the only place I’d stay! Thank you for making our trip so perfect.

This place was a dream! We are a family of five, three kids under 9 & the kids were in awe of seeing the Eiffel Tower sparkle every night. We would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat. The location is safe and a block from the a Eiffel Tower. The rooms worked for our smaller children and the petite elevator was a life saver.

You can't go wrong with this place. Worth every cent. Everything is nearby. You can just melt yourself by the sofa and admire the Eiffel tower right there. The Paris Perfect staff were also more than accommodating. Will def come back and stay with them.

Incredible stay! View was absolutely amazing, seeing the Eiffel Tower glitter at night was a once in a lifetime experience. The rest of the apartment did not disappoint—nicely appointed, very clean, had everything you might need. The host even left some coffee pods, milk, and juice to get us started and there were plenty of towels, bathroom supplies, and washing detergent for our 5-day stay. Highly recommend! Note the apartment is on the 6th floor and the elevator is very small, only holds two people or one person and one bag. It wasn’t an issue for our group but might be for some.

What an amazing place to stay when visiting Paris, we would absolutely stay here again. The apartment had everything you needed and more. The view of the Eiffel Tower was incredible. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Paris!

Our stay at Bergerac apartment was ideal for our group of four. The view of the Eiffel Tower from the apartment was stunning!. We loved staying in the 7th arr. You are a quick walk to Seine River, Eiffel Tower and Rue Cler street. And I always recommend Vic Cabs for airport transfers to and from the apartment.

This property is spacious, beautifully updated, and tastefully decorated. A helpful local team is available to assist with check in and any issues that may arise during your stay. My family of five had a wonderful time here.

Great stay with my wife and 2 kids (13yo and 9yo). Right next to Eiffel Tower and restaurants. Multiple rooms and bathrooms were a plus for our family of 4.

Amazing property. The view is spectacular, both from the two balconies in the living rooms as well as from the main room’s window. It made us want to cancel the rest of our trip and stay in Paris longer. The property is perfectly maintained, beautiful kitchen, modern appliances, deluxe furnishing, tons of pillows, more than enough towels, hot water at all times, 1 full bath + 1 shower & vanity + 1 toilette. A large king, a large queen, a single bed and a 2-twin sofa bed. Electronic lock on building entrance from street to foyer, Safety lock from foyer to building entry, safety lock on main entrance, safety lock on unit entrance, safe with safety key. The only “opportunity” is the small 2pax or 1pax+2 bags lift.

The Paris Perfect team made our 1st time in Paris so memorable. The Bergerac apartment was perfect for our family of 5. Very clean, well-appointed and a great location. Watching the Eiffel Tower sparkle every night was such a highlight! The staff was super attentive prior to and upon arrival. We look forward to using Paris Perfect for future visits!

Fantastic stay in a wonderful location. Apartment was perfectly outfitted warm, quiet and comfortable. Location was perfect providing a short walk or short Taxi to all of the great sites in Paris. Neighborhood was full of great restaurants and shops a few blocks away.

Our stay at Paris Perfect far exceeded our expectations. The view was so special. The rooms were spacious and the location was optimal. We felt so lucky to have such a beautiful, comfy space to come home to every night and the ability to go to sleep while watching the sparkling Eiffel Tower felt like a dream. WOW! Bergerac is a 'take your breath away' property, with views to die for. From the moment you enter the apartment - you are blown away by the beauty not only of your surroundings, but the Eiffel Tower is literally RIGHT there - you almost feel you can touch it. We spent so much time in the apartment (at varying times of the day and night) as the view was spectacular. The apartment itself is stunning, and beautifully decorated with authentic French charm - it's got everything you need. We found it to be very spacious - for a family of 4 (2 adults & 2 teens) - it was perfect. The elevator was not an issue at all during our stay, and for the first few days (until the muscles started protesting!), we enjoyed the 6 floor climb up the cute spiral staircase. Location wise there are several cafes & bistros literally right outside the front door, along with the usual touristy shops to pick up mementos. Rue Cler is a short walk away, and we loved exploring the neighbourhood. We can't recommend this apartment, or the team at Paris Perfect highly enough, and look forward to returning one day.

We loved the apartment, very nice appointments, very comfortable furnishings including the bedrooms and bedding. The washer dryer never worked for us, very different from the ones in the US. I needed written instructions, unless I missed it in the book. The cab company Victor was right on time both ways which I would recommend to everyone. The Paris team was fabulous and very personal. The neighborhood was wonderful with restaurants, shops and other amenities. I would recommend this apartment and will stay there on our return. The only thing that was lacking is there really isn't much of a concierge service which we are used to having in finer hotels. I called for assistance a couple times and either they never called back or just not that helpful. That was really the only think lacking for us, other than that everything was perfect. OH and the view of the Eifel tower was spectacular!

We had an amazing time in Paris and a huge part because of the beautiful apartment we had stayed. Paris Perfect had the best tips and also I truly recommend the taxi services from Victor’s. Always on time, friendly drivers and reliable. Can’t wait to rebook and go to Paris one more time to stay in such beautiful apartment.

From check in to check out everything was spectacular. We were a family of 5 and were very comfortable. Everyone went above and beyond. Definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful time at this Paris Perfect apartment. It is a truly beautiful home in a fabulous location. Very comfortable beds, great water pressure, and a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower from the main bedroom and the living/dining area. Well stocked kitchen in terms of glassware and plates. Convenient to lots of shops and restaurants. Great internal temperature controls and very quiet given its location. The washer/dryer was also a bonus to have for our week-long stay. We can’t wait to return someday soon!

Our stay exceeded our expectations. If you are looking for a wonderfully appointed apartment with an amazing view for a romantic stay in Paris, honestly, don’t look any further. The residence was steps away from any activity we wanted to do, countless places to eat and explore. The posted pictures don’t do the view of the Eiffel Tower justice, where it can be seen from both living room windows and the main bedroom. We spent the evenings enjoying watching the tower light up over good wine and champagne. The WiFi was excellent and easy to connect and everything we needed was available within the apartment. The greeter was very responsive and promptly met us and gave us a tour and overview of the residence. Five stars! Going to recommend to friends and next time we come to Paris we know where we will be staying again.

Fabulous apartment!!! BIGGER than the photos show. We really enjoyed this apartment. Paris Perfect made the best of the space. Bergerac was clean, efficient and very comfortable. And the view is outstanding!!!

Paris Perfect's Bergerac apartment was indeed perfect. Even though it was billed as ideal for 4 people, we had 3 couples visiting Paris to see the Olympics. The apartment had everything we needed, was centrally located, and gave us beautiful views of the Eiffel Tower - particularly during the evenings when it lit up every hour.

Bergerac is a very comfortable apartment, spotlessly clean, and with a beautiful view of the Eiffel tower. It was spacious with very comfortable beds. We are a family of 6, 2 adults 3 teenagers and a 10yo. The 2 youngest slept in the double and the older teenagers had the single bed and sofa bed. The master was very spacious and also had the Eiffel view. We were there in winter and heating was great. There are 2 showers, 2 toilets, and a functional kitchen with a dishwasher. There’s also a washing machine and dryer which we found very handy. We had no problems with hot water, though note that the second shower is small. The location is fantastic, easy flat walk to the Seine. We actually walked everywhere - to the Louvre, and Musee D’Orsay. Good neighbourhood, we never felt unsafe and the apartment building felt secure. Found a good traditional boulangerie about 5mins walk. Small grocery (fran prix) on the corner of the block. We liked Linette bistro on Av Rapp a short walk away. We had a great stay. The only downside to the apartment is the price of the view. Bergerac is on the 6th (top) floor. The lift wasn’t working when we were there - though the lift is tiny - maybe taking 2 people only or one with a suitcase. Nevertheless we enjoyed the exercise of the stairs. The building was otherwise quiet with no noise complaints. Paris Perfect were great to deal with, our greeter was wonderful. Would highly recommend them and the apartment.

Location, location, location! Great spot in Paris to experience living like a true Parisian. Easy access to all amenities needed for apartment living and super close the Eiffel Tower, but not the crowds. So you can marvel at it with your morning coffee and your glass of wine at night while it sparkles in your window. Paris Perfect was responsive and accurate with information listed. We had a wonderful time.

This was a fantastic flat for a family Paris experience. The location is magnificent. Obviously proximity to the Eiffel Tower and the view was key, but also all that surrounds that area with restaurants and cafes and walking distance to the museums made it so easy with my two young kids. I loved being able to go for runs on the Seine every morning too--- felt like a dream. The flat itself is beautiful and darling and looks just like the pictures. Everything was clean and fresh, including all linens. Having a powerful AC was much appreciated during our summer visit. The essentials to feel like home (milk, coffee pot, tea pot, etc) were all there and easy to use and it let us feel "settled in" almost immediately. The Paris Perfect team was wonderful to work with. We had one glitch and they were wonderfully thoughtfully attentive. For us, the added bonus that they helped us organize easy transport to and from the flat was a really nice touch that eased the family experience.

I would stay here over and over again! Everything was done to perfection. The location is amazing, the apartment beautifully furnished and clean. The view is exactly what you see in the photos.

The Bergerac truly was exceptional! The apartment was beautifully renovated with all modern features but still had the feel of a chic period Parisian apartment. The Eiffel tower was outside our double doors and the views at night and day were stunning. A marvelous experience.

This was the PERFECT apartment for three ladies excited to see Paris and be in the heart of the city! Every detail was covered by your excellent team - from milk and orange juice for that first morning to open communication throughout. What could be better than opening the curtains to the Eiffel Tower every morning? The apartment was more than adequately appointed with the necessities, and the furnishings and linens were top notch. Perfect location! Literally 1.5 blocks from Eiffel Tower. If you are in Paris for short stay, you can't beat it! 3 bedroom worked great for my wife and I, and our two daughters (6 and 2 yo). Perfect view from the living room/ primary suite, just as shown in photos! Wonderful kitchen/ dinner table. Has EVERYTHING you need to cook full meals. Grocery store 3 buildings down. Multiple restaurants/ breakfast spots close to.

The apartment is absolutely beautiful. You will be staying at the heart of everything. Having the Eiffel Tower within 100 meters is priceless, you will feel that the tower is with you all the time. We stayed with my whole family, my wife and my 3 children.

전망이 아름답고 위치도 좋았어요. 다만 방들이 대체로 작은데 침대로 꽉 차 있어서 캐리어를 펴놓고 짐을 정리하기에는 조금 불편했습니다. 주방의 동선도 약간 불편했지만 일주일 머물기엔 나쁘지 않았습니다. 싱크대, 식기세척기, 그릇장의 동선과 문들이 서로 겹쳐져서 요리할 때 자주 부딪혔어요. 만일 장기간 머물거나 요리를 직접 하는 경우가 많다면 이 점을 고려해야 할 것입니다. 그러나 조리도구와 식기, 커트러리가 충분히 구비되어 있고 무엇보다 아늑한 다이닝 공간이므로 이곳에서 식사시간은 너무나 즐거워요! 그리고 주변의 레스토랑, 카페도 훌륭합니다.

The view was beautiful and the location was good. However, the rooms are generally small, but they are full of beds, so it was a little inconvenient to spread out the carrier and organize the luggage. The movement line in the kitchen was also a bit inconvenient, but it wasn't bad for a week's stay. The lines and doors of the sink, dishwasher, and cupboard overlapped each other, so they often bumped into each other while cooking. If you are staying for a long time or if you cook a lot, this is something to consider. However, it is fully equipped with cooking utensils, tableware, and cutlery, and above all, it is a cozy dining space, so meal time here is so much fun! And the restaurants and cafes around are also great.

This was our 3rd stay with Paris Perfect, and again and even more so, it felt like home. Home in that everything you need is there, home in that you feel relaxed like you would every day but better, and home in that every apartment has a consistency of design and feel. We will see you next time for sure!

A very good place starts with excellent communication with clients and this host did everything right. This was the best place we've stayed in while in Paris and we could not have expected anything better. Wesley was very informative at check-in and helped answer all of our questions. The print outs and resource books in the apartment had all the information we need. The place was an absolute hit with us and the location next to ET was perfect for sightseeing. We stayed while the weather was unusually warm in Paris but the three AC units handled everything nicely and was perfect after coming home from hot days.

We had an amazing stay in Paris but our favorite thing to do was cozy up on the living room chairs and look at the Eiffel Tower. The apartment’s kitchen is small but we’ll appointed with all the essentials. The beds are very comfortable and the elevator is great after a day of exploring Paris. I would steer away from the shops and cafes immediately around the entrance, but there are some amazing bakeries a few blocks away that are the best I’ve had.

A quick walk to metro and RER. There are food options around the corner but would walk a little past the tourist traps. Rue Cler is a great option to pick up cheese and meats. The elevator is small but does the trick. The kitchen is the right size and well equipped for a rental.

This is my third or fourth rental experience with PP and I'll come back again. Bergerac was not the first apartment because of the expense. We booked another apartment but was offered Bergerac when our rental unit owner decided to take their apartment out of the program after we had committed to rent it - PP gave Bergerac to us at the same price. That speaks to their customer service orientation which was further amplified when they discovered the building elevator was out of service so they gave us some modest credit for the 2.5 days it wasn't working. I always enjoy being greeted and oriented by a PP staff member - ours was from California. As to the apartment itself, we couldn't have been happier. The living area was roomy for four of us. The beds were really comfortable, the kitchen was very entirely serviceable (it could use a bread knife) with plentiful dishes, glasses, utensils and silverware, the bath towels and sheets were hotel quality, the Nespresso was appreciated (it has a coffee pot, too), the view and location was perfect - if this view disappointed, I'll recommend a good therapist, the lighting, often neglected in rentals, was plentiful and adjustable, the air conditioning worked well for two warm days we had, and the two showers worked great. We always appreciate the area recommendations that were available online before we arrived and in a book form on a coffee table. The website is very user friendly with everything one needs before arrival including milk, orange juice and a bottle of Chardonnay awaiting us in the refrigerator. The collaboration with Victor Cabs is always appreciated. It's obvious the owners put great care into their entire operation from the website to the rental quality to their responsiveness to emails to their attention to every detail and more, so we continue to recommend PP without reservation and we'll be repeat customers again and again.

We have never stayed in any accommodation that was as clean and well-appointed as this one. It was perfect for our family of six. Even the child sleeping on the sofa bed had a good night of sleep. You will be the first place I look for an apartment the next time we travel to Europe.

I sat down to write a review of this apartment, but found that I was mostly writing a review of Paris Perfect. Having stayed in 3 of their apartments, it's my opinion that you can't really go wrong with any of them. It's a highly organized operation that offers many extras that we haven't found when renting from other agencies. These other experiences have helped me to fully appreciate the care and service offered by PP. First, the PP apartments are all luxuriously furnished. The owner clearly takes a personal interest in each apartment, and her eye for design is unmatched. Second, the PP apartments have always been spotlessly clean. I'm a stickler for this, and I've never been disappointed. Third, the PP team helps you to settle in with a welcome "basket" -- water and juice in the refrigerator; a nespresso machine with capsules; and a bottle of wine. The last thing that you want to do after a long day of travel is locate a grocery store. Fourth, the apartments are standardized in terms of sheets and dishes/silverware. I underestimated the value of this until renting other apartments and finding chipped dishes and mismatched, worn looking towels. All of the linens here are luxurious. In addition, PP leaves a binder in each apartment that contains information about how to operate the various appliances and systems within the apartment. I didn't think much of this until we later rented from another agency in London. Without the binder, we had no idea how to work the coffee machine, the microwave, or the washer/dryer. As a result, we couldn't use any of those. The binder that PP provides is invaluable! Take the time to read it! It also contains lots of helpful advice as to things to see, places to shop, etc. In addition to the binder, PP provides a starter supply of coffee, dishwashing and laundry tablets, and dishwashing liquid. We were able to do a load of laundry after a week in the apartment. None of the other agencies provided these things, so we didn't use their dishwashers or laundry facilities. We didn't want to spend our limited vacation time trying to figure out which kinds of tablets worked in the various machines, or risk purchasing the wrong ones and causing damage to the equipment. Someone was available to help for big things and small (how to watch a DVD on the TV). Mostly, though, its the customer service aspect of PP that rises above all other agencies. They are professional and kind, and always a pleasure to work with. So... to the apartment...UNBELIEVABLE views of the Eiffel Tower. Truly spectacular... from the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom. You feel like you're on a movie set! The apartment is wonderful for families: a comfortable master bedroom, and two smaller bedrooms. (I can only speak for the master bedroom, which was quite comfortable. My two small children refused to leave my side, so we all slept in the master bedroom, leaving the other two bedrooms untouched!) Having a separate bathroom/water closet was convenient, so one child could run to the facilities after returning home, while the other washed her hands in the main bathroom. The apartment's location close to the Champs de Mars is a bit touristy, but there is a small grocery store a few doors down, and bakeries and fabulous restaurants within a 5-minute walk. Location is convenient to bus stops, and the RER (Pont de L'Alma). (Unfortunately, that stop was closed for construction during our visit, but typically, that is a nice option.) As with all PP apartments, it is impeccably decorated, and offers comfortable seating. It served as an oasis after a long day of walking. We loved watching the Eiffel Tower sparkle for 5 minutes every hour in the evenings. We would run to the windows and watch the entire time, even FaceTiming my parents back home so that they could enjoy the show along with us. We also had the good fortune to be in this apartment on Bastille Day, and were able to watch the fireworks out of the apartment windows. That is something that the kids will never forget!

The staff was great in making the reservation. Sam the greeter was amazing and showed us everything. The apartment is small but beautifully set up. And the views of the Eiffel Tower were stunning. Great location great trip.

We've come along way from Indonesia for 10 days winter - mid January 2016 - holiday in Paris. The wonderful Paris Perfect team with fabulous 3 bedroom Bergerac Apartment did help tremendously!. We love the beautiful, fully equipped and supplied Bergerac apartment looking to 'oh so close' Tour Eiffel, helped by Victor cab team, we combine our itinerary between Winter solde and historical sites Tour and nostalgic visit to Hopital Lariboisiere - my father memoir as a medical student there; also between private tour and hop into public bus no:42 just by opening the front door as recommended... mostly were inspired by Paris Perfect Blog. Superb holiday:)

I had a marvelous stay at the Bergerac apartment during a girlfriend getaway in Paris just before the Christmas holidays. The apartment is beautiful, very comfortable and extremely clean. The location is absolutely perfect ... and the views of the Eiffel Tower magical! We loved the great shopping in the neighborhood and trying the restaurants recommended in your Paris Guide. Thanks for all the great tips on where to go, what to see and do and all those little details like even what supermarkets are open on Sunday. We used the guide every day! Your team was helpful from the very beginning to the arrival. We'll be back ... and staying at the Bergerac again soon!

My husband and I shared Bergerac last week with close friends to celebrate my birthday and our friendship. It was indeed the perfect apartment for two couples, and a great base from which to explore Paris. The views were lovely day and night, the neighborhood was charming. We highly recommend requesting Christian, the driver working for Victor's cab company. Quick note for anyone renting Bergerac after us: if you love Berthillon ice cream as much as we do, you'll be delighted to find the pair of insulated boxes in the top cabinet of the kitchen that we left for you---the lovely neighborhood shop L'Epicerie Fine on rue du Champs du Mars charges 1 Euro each to keep your ice cream cold for the walk home; we made excellent use of these little boxes(!)
