Bellet

This was our first experience with Paris Perfect and we will definitely be booking again! The entire process was easy and the staff was lovely and responded so quickly to our questions. The Bellet was perfect for our family of 4. It had enough space for everyone to lounge and the air conditioning & fans made it very comfortable in the Summer heat. We loved the location for cafes, coffee, baguettes, gelatto and cheese that would allow us to easily eat out or just bring things back to our kitchen for leisurely meals. We also really appreciated having the washer/dryer. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great location and space. We were there during the heatwave so the air conditioning in the bedrooms saved us. We were also supplied with fans to help circulate the air. The location was so close to great bistros and grocery stores and the metro!

Comfortable beds and great location.

This is my 6th time staying in a Paris Perfect apartment and I would not see Paris any other way!! Perfect location!! Although not the most elegant apartment I have stayed in - it had everything I needed for a perfect stay. Rue Cler is a great street to shop on and the surrounding area has amazing restaurants for fabulous dining. Just wish Paris was closer to Phoenix, AZ so I could come more often. Will visit again - Thank you for a wonderful 75th birthday trip!!!

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. The location is great, and the apartment is as described in the listing, very well appointed, clean and comfortable. We would stay here again!

This location and set up met all of Our needs. It is walking distance to many gardens and sights as well as the Metro to visit other neighborhoods. It was perfect.

The apartment was in a perfect location for the Olympics and PP did a great job navigating the security barriers. Our greeter was really helpful and accommodating when the apartment was not ready for our very early arrival. It was clean and comfortable.

We were in Paris for a week and loved our stay at Bellet. The place was perfect size for our family of 4 and had all the amenities to make us feel at home. The air conditioning in the bedroom was perfect for the few times it was a little warm (but mid June in Paris was the most perfect time to visit weather wise)! We loved that we had the ability to wash a few loads of clothes too. The location couldn’t be beat either. Just out the front door you have a few restaurants, coffee, bakery, flower shop, grocery store and fruit stand. Plus you are situated right between the Eiffel Tower and Napoleon‘s tomb. Oh, and the subway is just on the other side of the block. Paris Perfect location. Only negative part about the whole day was the last morning we were there. Someone came in to the apartment to do some surveying. It was a really inconvenient time, and we were never notified of the visit.

We had the most amazing week in Paris thanks to Paris Perfect and their Bellet apartment. It was perfectly appointed in the perfect location. We felt right at home and wished we could’ve lived there forever. There were four of us (my two sisters and my daughter) and we had plenty of room. It was very clean and comfortable and being right on Rue Cler was a dream! The local shops and cafes were so good and so convenient. We only wish we had more time to spend in the apartment since we were so busy exploring the city. Paris Perfect was a wonderful company to deal with, every detail is taken care of, and the people were lovely! We will stay here again!

We have just returned home from a wonderful stay at the lovely Bellet apartment. The apartment is perfectly located steps from Rue Cler and is spacious, clean and near to metro stops. There were 4 of us and we all loved it! Would highly recommend!

We stayed in Bellet for a Spring getaway to Paris to celebrate one of our party's birthday. We were pleasantly surprised to find the apartment truly is JUST off Rue Cler- of course the description had said so, but we were prepared for the truth to be stretched a bit. The apartment is rather small, even for those who live in a big city in the US and are accustomed to traveling in Europe, but it was extremely clean and furnished well. The kitchen was fantastic- very well appointed if small. We had everything we needed and more. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay. The location absolutely cannot be beat- near to everything you could possibly need and want. I would use Paris Perfect again as well- it was nice to have our own little apartment in Paris and feel we were living as the locals do, if even for a week.

Plenty of amazing restaurants, shops, and sights in the area (especially on Rue Cler). Also just minutes away from the Eiffel Tower and the metro station. The apartment itself had everything our party of 5 needed during our 6 night stay, with comfortable beds, a very clean bathroom, and a full kitchen. Overall had a terrific experience with Paris Perfect and will definitely look into staying here again!

The apartment was great, clean and very nice, kitchen great, super beds and bath room. The area is great, and very French, great shops, restaurants, marked and close to everything. We can easily recommend this apartment, and the group ParisPerfect, is very serviced minded. we will sure be back.

Paris Perfect was great to work with and our welcome from Kevin was wonderful and very easy.  The Bellet apartment is very roomy, clean and had all the amenities one could want.  Our favorite area (7th district) where the apartment is located, is the reason we chose this apartment.  A couple of things to note if you are staying at the Bellet.  The apartment describes stairs, but we did not truly realize how steep they were going to be, so keep that in mind when booking.  Also, there is a gathering spot/room that lines the back of the apartment and can be very noisy on weekends until the late hours.  Since the apartment is right off Rue Cler it can be noisy too.  All said, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book with Paris Perfect in the future.

What a fabulous location! Walkable to so many places. Rue Cler was a culinary delight. This is the second time I've stayed with Paris Perfect and will not be the last!

The staff member arrived promptly upon our arrival.  The staff member welcoming and friendly.  He led us through the apartment to show us the features, appliances and safety elements of the lodging.  The apartment was clean and stocked with items in the shampoo, conditioner and soap in the bathroom.  The kitchen had good amenities and pots and pans.  The provided booklets about the apartment and surrounding area were informative and easy to use when needed.  We had an issue with a safe during our stay and the staff was quick to resolve it.  The apartment was in a quiet neighborhood and close to restaurants and grocery stores.

I chose Bellet for the location and the layout - two story with 2 BRs. The property is in pristine condition with AC in both bedrooms, excellent appliances and in exactly the right spot. The staff helped with an unexpected travel glitch by allowing my friend in before the rest of us arrived. Proximity to Rue Cler (and Amorino) gave us a perfect Paris stay.

Great location and wonderful accommodations. Our family of 5 was very comfortable in the space. The bedroom AC units and washer dryer are a nice amenity. The entire Paris Perfect experience made our trip a pleasure.

Another perfect stay using Paris Perfect!  The location of the lovely Bellet apartment can't be beat.  Steps from the wonderful street market, rue Cler and minutes from metro.  The Bellet is close to restaurants, shops and is a short walk to Champs de Mars and the Eiffel Tower.  The Bellet was the second apartment I rented this year from Paris Perfect and among a handful I've rented every year over the past four years since discovering Paris Perfect.  The townhouse style apartment has all the comforts of home and plenty of closet space and storage for luggage, etc.  If stairs are a challenge, this is not the apartment for you as the stairs between levels are quite narrow and steep.  The living room is spacious and comfortable for enjoying wine and cheese from rue Cler, putting your feet up after a day of exploring and recapping the day with your friends/family.  As a returning renter, I appreciate the easy booking process, the warm welcome and speedy check-in.  Paris Perfect truly makes all of their apartments feel like your home away from home.  Merci beaucoup, Paris Perfect, et a bientot!

We had a wonderful stay in late March at the lovely Bellet apartment! This was our first stay with Paris Perfect, and we will certainly be repeat travelers. The Bellet was a perfect size for our family of four (including our two daughters, ages 10 & 15). We absolutely loved the location - a quiet side street that was an easy walk to the Metro, grocery, shops, restaurants and perfect for a nightly stroll to watch the light show at the Eiffel Tower. The apartment was well stocked with everything we needed, large enough for us all to have space, and furnished with comfortable beds and couches for those afternoon naps after long days of sight-seeing. Thank you for helping make our girls' first trip to Paris a perfect experience!

We absolutely LOVED the location of this apartment, just steps from the amazing market and restaurants on Rue Cler!!  The apartment itself was very nice, clean and accommodated us and our two adult sons well.  We would definitely use Paris Perfect again- their resources for the area, dining, shopping, etc were so helpful.  The driver they recommended from the airport was great as was Kevin, our greeter.  Paris Perfect helped make our family trip to Paris a wonderful experience!

The apartment was very well located, close to many of the main attractions of Paris. Is not too big, but it is very comfortable and well decorated. Good relation between quality and price. We fully recommend it.

Our family of four (with 16 yo twins) stayed for 5 nights at Bellet in January 2019. The apartment was excellent and accommodated our needs very well. The apartment was relatively compact but very comfortable and had all the amenities that we required for our stay (aside from a broken electric kettle). The location was wonderful and we loved being so close to Rue Cler and surrounding streets for the food, cafes and restaurants. We were impressed with the detailed lists and descriptions of restaurants and shops provided by Paris Perfect, and found the information very helpful. We appreciated being met at the apartment as arranged and shown how everything worked.  We would love to come back and would recommend staying with Paris Perfect in the future.

Our Paris Perfect apartment was perfect! It was exactly as advertised and we loved every minute spent there. The location was excellent, and we spend many nights choosing our breads, cheeses, meat and drinks from the many shops at the Rue Cler market which is just outside the apartment. I am dreaming of coming back again!

This is a very well situated, comfortable apartment right on the Rue Cler, with wonderful food, fashion and souvenir shops just steps away. We were able to easily walk to all Paris attractions, the Eiffel tower 10 minutes away, Louvre and Notre Dame 20 minutes away (walking with children). We were greeted on time by a very informative and pleasant greeter who gave us all the information we needed. The apartment was warm with excellent beds and a well equipped bathroom and powder room. The kitchen was modern and had all amenities, we also appreciated the well equipped laundry (fantastic dryer). The apartment was secure and very quiet at night, with security blinds on all windows and a deadlocked front door. There are fairly steep stairs up to the bedrooms and down to the laundry but these were easily managed by all members of the family.

No problems. This was our second stay in Bellet. Apartment was clean, and everything in working order. PP staff was helpful and responsive.

My sister, two nieces, and I had a fabulous time staying in your apartment and exploring Paris.  The apartment met our needs perfectly and was in the heart of our desired area.  It was wonderful after a long day of sightseeing to be able to go back to our "home," have a glass of rose', and recount our fun day and experiences. We would stay in one of your apartments again.  Thank you for the attentiveness and promptness that you provided us in answering all of our concerns.

My 3 teenage daughters and I had a lovely stay at the Bellet apartment the first week of August 2018.  The apartment is well furnished and comfortable, and well located in the 7th near the Eiffel Tower, Invalides, and the Ecole Militaire Metro stop.  It was very hot the week we were there and we appreciated the air conditioning.  The staircase is narrow and steep, which wasn't an issue for us, but could be for some people.  The Paris Perfect team made check in a breeze and also helped arrange a skip the lines tour of Versailles.  We had a wonderful time, thanks!
