The bright and stylish two-bedroom, two-bathroom Bel-Air rental is set in the desirable Marais and is a wonderful home base for exploring this artistic and lively neighborhood. The apartment takes its name from a favorite Château Bel-Air red wine produced in the prestigious Lussac Saint-Emilion area of Bordeaux. Step into the apartment and walk through the efficient and fully equipped kitchen to the large living and dining room. Light pours into the inviting space through three sets of French windows, and the open-plan design allows for comfortable living and easy entertaining. The dining table seats up to six people and can be set up in the middle of the room for dining together with family and friends. At night, the sofa converts into a comfortable bed with a memory foam mattress. For privacy, there is a sliding door that separates the living area from the kitchen.

Bel-Air Review

The apartment was as advertised and was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, the wifi and air conditioning worked well, and there was plenty of space for the three of us who were there. The street was very busy, but if you kept the windows closed the noise was not a problem. The building and neighborhood felt safe, and on the block where the apartment was located there were several cafes, a butcher, a green grocer, a grocery store, a great patisserie, a pharmacy and more. Also not a bad walk to get to some of the more famous tourist sights in the city.

Bel-Air Review

The Bel-Air apartment was perfect for our family trip to Paris. It was clean, spacious, and well located. We enjoyed the use of not only a washing machine but also a dryer, which is hard to find in a Parisian apartment. Best of all, the air conditioning was excellent and even kept us cool on a 107 degree day!
