Banyuls

The apartment was fabulous. It was bright and sunny and spacious. The kitchen was incredibly well outfitted. The shower was steaming hot. We were met at the apartment by staff who ensured we knew how to use all appliances. The apartment is right in the middle of a wonderful and lively neighborhood, but we never heard any street noise. I would definitely stay there again.

We had an amazing stay at Banyuls! It was in the heart of where we wanted to be in Saint Germain. There were multiple options for m�tros, plenty of places to eat and shop, and we could look out the window and see live music happening each night. This is the 5th time we have been to Paris as a family, and this was our favorite place to stay. The flat was spacious and beautifully decorated. There were notes in the flat to guide us around the neighborhood, and a market across the street. It was a quick walk to Pont Neuf and the Seine. We couldn�t have been happier. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay at the Banyuls apartment, our 4th stay with Paris Perfect. In true Paris Perfect fashion, the apartment was comfortable, modern, and spacious. This apartment is on a bustling pedestrian street, right in the heart of St Germain and walkable to everything. That said, it can be noisy at all hours but the bedroom is in the back of the apartment so it was quiet for sleeping. We are already dreaming of our return to Paris and will only stay with Paris Perfect for their service, quality, and locations.

Just a great apartmemnt. It was very spacious, great kitchen for cooks and a great location in the 6eme which is pretty centrally located to everything, especially art galleries. An rue du Buci is a rocking street with lots of cafes, shops, patisseries, kind of a party street. But what was nice was when we closed the windows it pretty much shut out the sound, and the bedroom is nicely on the other side of the apartment. Banyuls is probably our most favorite apartment so far. Paris Perfect is always perfect, this is our 3rd apartment with them in the past 3 years and we like Victor Taxi service because they're so dialed in with Paris Perfect and the property manager. Makes everything very easy.

THANK YOU! There are so many thank you's in our hearts we'll have to talk a minute to share them. So let's start. First, Paris Perfect is, well, parfait. Merci beaucoup. This is our third apartment and probably the best. And Patricia — thank you, Patricia for taking the time to show us the Banyuls apartment back in April when we were in Paris (Charlemagne apartment in the 5 eme.) with our kids. It was so nice to see Banyuls early since we were going to stay there this Oct. We also appreciated your welcome when we arrived at the apartment Oct. 14, especially allowing us into the apartment early which was astoundingly convenient after a long flight. The apartment was wonderful and its location was, well, rockin' with so many cafes, patisseries and shops right below us on rue de Buci and the 6 eme is so centrally located to just about everything. It was a very spacious and comfortable apartment for us and the kitchen is a cook's kitchen. David loved cooking a few meals. Okay, the stairs . . . without an elevator. We get that but we walk all day long and having a little “hill work” at the end is a nice topping to a good day. Besides, you only have to do your luggage on these stairs twice — coming and going — and the wonderful Victor Taxi guys are so helpful with them anyway. The cleaning service mid-stay (of a two week stay) was the best. We also really loved the TRAVEL WiFi that Paris Perfect introduced us to this time. Wow, what a wonderful device, especially when we walk an average of 12 miles a day. Probably won't travel without it. It was a great trip, our second this year (2018) and the third one since 2015. Nous adorons Paris! And, yes, we'll be back.

A beautiful, well-appointed apartment in a lively location. My favorite activity was having coffee or wine sitting at the French windows overlooking the pedestrian street below - great people watching! I loved how the bedroom and bathroom were in the back, on a lovely, quiet courtyard, also with windows that open for a nice breeze. The apartment was clean and with modern conveniences yet still had Parisian charm. The hidden bunk beds were really cool even though we didn't use them. The only negative is a 3-floor walk up but that's to be expected given the view. The grocery, bakery, fruit market and cheese stand were very close. Paris Perfect was fast and easy to communicate with. We loved that these are truly vacation rentals, not awkward as if you are staying in someone else's private home. We will definitely use Paris Perfect again!

We loved the Banyuls apartment! It was cheerful and spacious for the two of us and had everything we needed. The location was fantastic with lively sidewalk cafes and music every evening and all day on Sunday. The Paris Perfect staff was incredibly helpful from the website to booking, a wealth of neighborhood and Paris information sent in advance, and Patricia's warm welcome and starter supplies in the kitchen. We will definitely be in touch with Paris Perfect when we plan our next visit. On the down side, I have to say charging us extra for paying by credit card at all, and at high rate of 5% at that, leaves a bitter taste. It's a cost of doing business in the tourist industry and should be handled as such in our opinion.

The apartment was perfectly located for us. It was a great intro to Paris and we will do it again.

I am without words as to the experience we had with Paris Perfect. The customer service leading up to our trip was impeccable. They helped us book a cooking class, made recommendations, and secured museum passes for us. We were greeted with a welcome basket and some basics in the fridge. And the apartment!!!! Our home for the week was absolutely incredible. This location is amazing. The street is buzzing all day and night. We opened our windows every morning and listened to the jazz music from the street. We walked everywhere. It was perfectly located in the middle of everything. The apartment itself was impeccable and huge. This really became our home and we were so sad to leave. We are already talking about a return visit and will absolutely stay at the Banyuls again.

What a fabulous time we had in Paris! Not only was the apartment everything we had hoped for, but it also exceeded our expectations by providing an incredible stepping off point for our excursions (great location). Each evening as we returned to our Paris home away from home, we would open the beautiful floor to ceiling windows to take in the vibrancy of the neighbourhood. Relaxing with a glass of wine, enjoying fresh bread and cheese while listening to the music and sounds emanating from the street below...just fabulous. From a purely practical point, the apartment is well resourced and had plenty of space for our family. We appreciated all of the amenities that made us feel at home. Thank you to Paris Perfect for making our trip!

The Banyuls was perfect for our recent stay in the 6th arrondissement. Located on a street where hundreds of people gather at the many cafes & restaurants, we were concerned about the noise at night. But as promised, with the bedroom in the back of the apartment, facing a courtyard, the street noise was no problem at all. The furnishings are modern and comfortable and the kitchen is so well equipped. Storage space for guests' belongings is quite ample. And the large bathroom is filled with light. Patricia, our greeter, answered all of our questions and made us feel right at home. We had a wonderful time !

Excellent reception and information from Patricia, and when a bedside lamp needed a bulb she was here promptly to replace it, greatly appreciated! It was so helpful to have basic supplies provided - coffee started, milk, OJ, kleenex ect... Merci! Thank goodness for the 2 floor pans! We sure needed them - thank you!

This apartment in the heart of the Latin quarter is a jewel, and a rare find. My wife and I have a years-long tradition of staying in Paris Perfect apartments for a month during the Spring. We have become familiar with the Paris Perfect repertoire of apartments and this apartment is our all-time favorite! Spacious and perfect for relaxing or entertaining friends; just steps away from some of the best restaurants in Paris and some of Paris's most charming locations, such as the Jardins de Luxembourg and the Square Vert Galant on the Ile de la Cite. My wife really enjoyed the modern and full-featured kitchen; what she calls an "cooks kitchen" and we used it to great advantage for several wonderful gatherings with our French friends. Wonderful touches like a large walk in shower (what the French call an Italian shower) and a quiet bedroom insulated from street noise on the enclosed court at the rear of the apartment made this a super comfortable and always welcoming place to return to at the end of a long day of exploring Paris at its finest. Five stars for this spacious, comfortable, beautifully designed and appointed home away from home! We will certainly be back!

The best way to sum up our experience is that we will always us Paris Perfect in the future. The apartment was clean and in a perfect location. The Paris Perfect staff were so nice and helpful. Really, one of the best experiences I've ever had traveling.

We loved our stay in the Banyuls apartment. We had stayed at a hotel on Rue de Buci before so we were thrilled to find a Paris Perfect apartment a few doors down from our previous stay where you have everything you need: market, bakery, coffee, cafes, bars, etc. The apartment itself couldn't have been more perfect for our needs with a large living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, comfortable and quiet bedroom and bathroom. We were greeted by a Paris Perfect representative at the apartment who explained all the features of the apartment and the amenities of the neighborhood, along with a binder full of information including after-hours and emergency numbers which, thankfully, we never had to use. Since we were in Paris on Christmas Eve, we had wanted to stay in and cook dinner and enjoy the apartment which was a wonderful treat given the city around us had shut down for this one night. We bought fresh fish and produce at the amazing Bon Marche which was only a few blocks from the apartment and had all the cooking necessities needed to cook a full meal. There isn't one thing we'd change about the apartment or the experience. In fact, we had never stayed in a rented apartment in any city before this experience and now, we plan to always stay in a Paris Perfect apartment when in Paris. You just can't beat the privacy, comfort, and spaciousness.
