Fit for a Roman god or goddess, the Apollo Palazzo home is located in Rome’s esteemed Piazza Navona and Pantheon areas. From this fabulous luxurious house, a rare find in the historic center, you can explore the best that Rome has to offer. The location abounds with history, beauty, restaurants and atmosphere. A terrace crowns the home for cocktails under the Roman sky.

Highly desirable Campo Marzio location with Piazza di Spagna, the Pantheon and Piazza Navona all within easy walking distance. Sightsee, dine, shop, stroll from this impressive area that will make your Rome stay unforgettable. Nearby the interesting Largo Fontanella Borghese market is a longtime neighborhood landmark with tiny kiosks of collectables from vintage jewelry and small antiques, its a throwback to another era and a distinct contrast to the luxury big-name fashion boutiques that are anchors of this area.

The impressive Apollo Palazzo home spans three floors and is an unusual find in Rome. For larger groups or families there is plenty of room to relax.

The first floor has a large living room done in a comfortable modern style with large L-shaped leather sofa, television, Eames chair. The dining room shows off sleek modern Italian design. Built-in desk in the dining room is handy too. Sliding glass living room and dining room doors open to internal common area. A foosball table by the foyer for your enjoyment.

The kitchen, a mini-gym, and two bathrooms are on the ground floor. There is a full bathroom accessed from the mini-gym. The split bathroom is comprised of a toilet, bidet and sink in one room and a bathtub and washing machine in the other room.

The next floor is comprised of three bedrooms and a bathroom with a tub and separate room with a spa-like hydro massage whirlpool bath. A small lounge area with lounge chair and suspended ‘cocoon’ rattan chair is on this floor. A fourth bedroom on the mezzanine level has an en suite bathroom with shower. The mezzanine ceiling height at 250cm is a bit less than the standard 270-300cm ceiling height throughout the rest of the home.

On the top floor is bedroom 1 with an en suite bathroom. There is a TV in this bedroom. This bedroom has access up a few steps to the large terrace. The expansive terrace lets you enjoy the la dolce vita lifestyle with a lounger and dining table with large umbrella.

Picturesque House, Amazing Location

by Robin & Phil G.

Enjoyed our stay at Apollo Palazzo, the area was excellent, upscale, many great restaurants nearby. Shopping on Via Fontanella Borghese was special. Easy walk to Spanish Steps, Navona and across the river. Would stay here again.
