Alicante

Our stay was amazing. We have been to Paris many times and the PP team service, hospitality, quality of Property were top notch. The apartment very clean and fully equipped. Very thoughtful interior design, comfortable mattress. And greate shower with separate tub… really unusual offering in our particular apartment. The location was awesome with easy access to Seine and many sights. The attention to PP detail is so reassuring as it made us feel taken care of and not concerned on any needs that may have come up. We highly recommend the PP offerings and team. Absolutely top level.

Our stay at the Alicante for 5 nights was the best. The apartment oozes charm, with all the needed conveniences….fully stocked kitchen, with coffee options & more, great lounging space & large bedroom & bathroom. Booking & check in was very efficient - thank you. And wonderful location with walking to most sites, and great restaurants & shops….and fun little streets to stroll. Would & will recommend to friends.

Alicante was a perfect choice for us (two adults) for an extended stay in Paris. It is right across from Notre Dame, on the St. Germaine / Latin Quarter side. It is on quiet street, just off the Seine, but with plenty of "everything" within short walking distances. The unit was very clean and well-furnished, and it was well-appointed with everything needed for a longer stay, including a washer and dryer. It's a good size with separate spaces for the living area, kitchen and bedroom, as depicted in the pictures. The air conditioning worked well too (with portable units in the living room and bedroom) and was a welcome relief from the hot temperatures. Very nice bathroom with a stand-alone and fully-enclosed shower too. From pre-check-in to check-in, everything went very smoothly. We give it our highest recommendation.

We were so happy with our stay at Alicante in the Latin Quarter. Our local contact, Dorssaf, was so nice and welcoming. While the area near Notre Dame is busy, we were tucked away in a quiet side street. It was hot so the portable AC units were appreciated. We would definitely stay here again and we plan on using Vacation Perfect when visiting Italy soon.

We had a wonderful stay at the Alicante. We felt very at home. The neighborhood was quiet, the apartment was very comfortable. Grocery shopping and restaurants were near by as well as Notre Dame. It was a walkable location and the metro and buses were close by. We totally enjoyed our stay. We hope to return.

Paris Perfect is, well...perfect!  Every last little detail is attended to, and the apartment is our wonderful home away from home.

This is the perfect apartment for your next stay in Paris. Ideally located in the 5th, could not be better for exploring the city. The apartment is a great size and perfectly laid out. I wish we could've stayed longer. The entire team at Paris Perfect was excellent and incredibly helpful. Five stars all around, thanks for a memorable stay!

My husband & I really enjoyed our 8-night stay at the Alicante. The central location was perfect - on a quiet street, steps away from the Seine. Turn right and you're a quick walk from Notre Dame and the Ile Saint Louis. Turn left and you're a few minutes walk from Place Maubert, with its wonderful food shops and an open-air market 3 days a week. Don't miss Fromagerie Laurent Dubois. (FYI they will vacuum pack cheese for your flight home). We also recommend Le Reminet, an excellent restaurant steps away from the apartment. We arrived on a Sunday, when many restaurants are closed, and were able to get a reservation for dinner. Most of their clientele that night were older, well-dressed Parisians who seemed to be long-time regulars. The apartment is spacious, quiet & well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom has both a tub and a walk-in shower, plus a washer/dryer. The eat-in kitchen was perfect for morning coffee and basic food prep. There is a microwave, but no oven. This was not a problem for us, but might be for people who want to do a lot of cooking. We also used Victor Cabs for airport transport, which Paris Perfect recommends. More expensive than a regular taxi, but so nice to be met at the airport after a long, overnight flight. I only have one very small complaint, which would not influence our decision to return to the Alicante. We'd definitely come back! Before leaving home I had emailed Paris Perfect regarding our flight, which would likely get us into Paris an hour or two before the apartment was ready. The representative advised us to book a luggage storage facility or pay for an additional night to guarantee early access to the apartment. This seemed like a lot of unnecessary stress and expense for just an hour or two. We did end up arriving an hour before the apartment was ready & just relaxed in the corner cafe with our luggage.

Our stay at the Alicante location was fabulous. It is situated in a great part of Paris (the 5ème), so easy walking to Notre Dame, Saint-Germain-des-Prés, le Louvre, Jardin des Tuileries, Samaritaine, and, of course, many great restaurants & cafes. The apartment itself was also great. We had all the amenities to feel like home. The bed was super comfortable. The kitchen fully stocked so cooking was easy. And the decor was well done. This is our fourth stay with Paris Perfect and, each time, we have been quite pleased. The whole experience, from check in to check out, has been enjoyable. Highly recommend.

Second time staying here, and loved it just as much as the first. Perfect for the three of us. Location is just great, with many options right out the front door. Well outfitted, friendly staff and timely assistance make Paris Perfect a stress free way to immerse yourself as a temporary Parisian.

HAPPY 57th BIRTHDAY TO ME!! This was truly “PARIS PERFECT” it was my Home Away from Home. This little beauty was tucked away in the heart of Paris. At the end of the street was the river Siene. This little gem exceeded my wildest dreams, providing a tranquil little FUN place for me. From the moment I stepped (18 steps to be exact) into my cute apartment, I felt true warmth and hospitality like I do at home. The décor and thoughtful touches created a little sanctuary for me and I loved that. For me, the crowning jewel, was my Personal “Welcome Greeter”- who welcomed me with a delicious basket, open arms, and a radiant smile. She was so kind, loved her expertise and attention to detail ensured a seamless stay, tailoring every moment to perfection. The thoughtful Welcome Basket overflowing with French goodies and essentials, was the perfect gesture to initiate my Parisian adventure. This was all a MAGICAL surprise and Paris Perfect's was just that, simply perfect. Let me tell you, they truly shined through in every aspect, from elegant meticulously designed apartment, Impeccable service from my Greeter, location was unbeatable for me and close to iconic landmarks which made it even more special. Plus all the personalized touches, making me feel very special. This felt more than just a lodging experience, it was an immersion in Parisian charm, hospitality, and joie de vivre that stole my heart. Can’t wait to be back, and this is where it all started my Ultimate Parisian Solo adventure ..

My husband and I spent 10 days at Alicante, and it could not have been more perfect. Numerous restaurants, cafes, bakeries, neighborhood markets were down the street or around the corner - we were incredibly close to everything we could possibly need. The weather was quite hot and humid, but the air conditioning worked wonderfully. The apartment was smallish but filled with antiques, beautifully decorated and perfect for two people. We had zero issues, and loved our stay. We both definitely recommend!

Our engagement with Paris Perfect and our stay in Alicante was perfect for our family of three! There was great communication from the team and they provided great tips for visiting Paris. They were very accommodating to make sure our stay was comfortable and the staff was very friendly. We stayed for a week. The location is perfect for getting around the city and close to great cafe's and hangouts. We had the opportunity to meet the owner and he was lovely! Our greeter, was the kindest woman! She walked us through the apartment upon arrival and checked in on us the next day to make sure everything was ok. We will definitely use Paris Perfect again, and would love to stay at Alicante again.

We loved our time at Alicante. The location was PERFECT! It is close to everything you want and need: the Metro, boulangeries, grocery and any place you might wish to explore. It is located on a quiet street with first class restaurants nearby. The proximity to Ile Saint Louis and Notre Dame made it even more fun. We were there for 9 days, and still not enough! On our return, we will seek out Alicante again...it was just that perfect.

I loved my stay at this Paris Perfect apartment. The apartment was comfortable, quiet and beautifully styled and the neighborhood is great. The greeter was very helpful in explaining how everything in the apartment worked. I wished I could have stayed longer, and would definitely stay here if I’m able to visit Paris again.

We absolutely loved the Alicante apartment for our family of three (two adults, one pre-teen)! It was perfect, just as the name suggests! Extremely comfortable furnishings and very comfortable beds. The apartment layout worked well for three with separation among the living, dining, and sleeping areas. A nice kitchen nook for eating and the bedroom is off to the side and very quiet. The location can't be beat - very central to everything and just down the street from an outdoor food market as well as several food stores. It was perfect for our week in Paris! If we return, we would absolutely stay here again!

Alicante is a beautiful apartment, very charming. The location could not be better. The bed was very comfortable. We loved the nearby markets, but were very disappointed that we could not cook in the apartment. The microwave/oven is not a real oven in any way. One could not even heat up a croissant or bread in it unless soft and chewy is to your liking. The stove top works fine and there is a toaster. Cooking utensils were sparse, no paring knife or vegetable peeler. We rented the apartment based on reviews that commented on the food markets and cooking and so this was quite a disappointment. For those who are not looking to cook, it's a wonderful place.

We had the most enjoyable stay at this apartment. Location was absolutely what we were looking for with close proximity to dining, shopping, markets and sights. We walked everywhere and the Metro is close by as well. The apartment had everything that we needed, it was extremely quiet and the bed was incredibly comfortable for an enjoyable nights sleep. Paris Perfect and our greeter were also exceptional and I would absolutely stay here again!

On a quiet street but central to all of Paris! Apartment was extremely clean and well appointed. Building is very quiet, seldom heard neighbors. Windows facing both the street and inner courtyard. Markets, boulangeries and cafes surround the apartment and you are just across the street from the Seine.

Alicante was all we hoped it would be. Close to the Metro, markets, boulangeries, and a bustling neighborhood. Arrangements for an early morning arrival worked out perfectly for us, stored our luggage while we explored the Rue Cler shops and restaurants. Apartment was stocked with everything we needed and Natalie our greeter provided a solid description of all the important items and tasks. One week was not enough for us. We'll be back!

The Alicante apartment allows you to live as a local might. Its stellar location on a surprisingly quiet street mere feet from the Seine and views of Notre Dame, it's accessibility to a fromagerie, a boulangerie, a poissonerie, a wine shop, and a green grocer, and its equipped kitchen and living space make it easy to be Parisian. We have been to Paris uncountable times (we have lived in the 16th) and frankly no longer have any need for a posh hotel room or for anyone or anything to be a buffer between us and the city we love. This apartment was perfect as a result, and we enjoyed our 11 days immensely.

Had a great stay. Location is sweet. Right off the river, in the Latin Quarter. Loved it. Well outfitted, quiet area, perfect for the 3 of us that stayed for the week.

Absolutely perfectly appointed for a restful and relaxing escape in Paris. Memories made, moments shared and the presence of being Parisians for a month upheld. Highly recommended for location to all things necessary for a magnificent experience. The Paris Perfect team were superb.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this charming apartment and were most impressed by all of the staff we encountered through Paris Perfect. The suggested taxi service was terrific and our greeter was on time and thorough. When we encountered very minor issues such as not being able to reboot the tv or figure out how to operate the stovetop, an email to Daniele was all it took to receive an immediate response by phone or email to walk us through the necessary steps. When we couldn't find the right lightbulb to replace a burned out one she promptly bought the correct type and dropped them off. These are the details that really add up when one is on vacation and time is at a premium. The apartment was well maintained and stocked with necessities. Appliances were in excellent condition and instructions were clear. Beds were comfortable and the linens were freshly cleaned and pressed. All in all we would not hesitate to recommend Paris Perfect based on our experience this year and we plan to use their services again in the future.

We had an absolutely wonderful 10 days in Paris in May/June - definitely enhanced by having a "home away from home" with everything that we needed, and in a location that made walking everywhere very practical. It was amazing to hear the bells of Notre Dame multiple times each day, to have such great restaurants and food shopping options so close to us, and to "live like a local" buying fresh baguettes each day. Paris Perfect were very easy to deal with in terms of booking the apartment, and would not hesitate to use them again if we are ever lucky enough to get back to Paris.
