This spacious home is situated on three levels. From the living room, a staircase leads to the upper level to bedroom 1, with its big windows, large bed and walk-in closet. The upper level also features bathroom 1, a studio office with desk and seating area, as well as a separate TV room, with an opening overlooking the living room below. On the lower level, you’ll find bathroom 2, as well as bedroom 2 and bedroom 3. One bedroom has a large bed and the other has two beds and a walk-in closet. Every space in the Savigny has been carefully curated with a delightful blend of contemporary design, welcoming colors and comfort.


Step outside to discover a fabulous location in the coveted 7th arrondissement near the historic cafés of Saint-Germain-des-Prés and outstanding shopping in the iconic Bon Marché department store – the oldest in Paris – and La Grande Epicerie gourmet food store. The apartment was absolutely beautiful and in a perfect location. We loved almost every aspect of our stay. We were fortunate to stay when it wasn't as hot, but still it was quite hot at night, even with the fans on and windows open. We thought Savigny was an incredible place to stay and would definitely recommend to friends.

We recently returned from two weeks in Paris. We wish we were still there. The apartment was exceptional. We were a party of five and we were celebrating a special wedding anniversary for family members who had never been to Paris. The Savigny was well located to explore the sights, close to the museums, shopping and dining. It was extremely comfortable and we felt like it was our home. The area is safe and there were so many great places to explore. It was a great refuge at the end of the day after long walks and adventures. The people at Paris Perfect were easy to reach and of great service. We highly recommend the car service to and from the airports too. Our stay in Paris was perfect!

The apartment was amazing - very spacious and clean and the location simply cannot be beat! I loved the modern kitchen and the appliances were all very easy to use and made cooking the odd dinner in so much fun! My kids loved having space to lounge around, play chess on the chess table and retreat to their own rooms when the jet lag became too much! I will definitely stay here again!

Savigny is a beautiful apartment in a very good area. The decor and furnishings are beautiful, just as the photos show, and it is even more attractive in reality. The living area is good for gathering and relaxing. The large round dining table provides for companionable meals. The kitchen is furnished with high-end appliances and cookware that are a pleasure to use. The bedrooms are well laid out and the beds are comfortable. The upstairs master has a very spacious walk-in closet, and the two downstairs bedrooms share a similar closet. The lighting is a treat in itself; recessed lighting everywhere, the large chandelier in the kitchen, and the lamps and fixtures around the apartment are well designed and placed. In our introduction to the apartment, we were asked not to put things on some of the fine wood furniture in the living room, and the beauty of the furnishings made us conscious of taking care with them. Be aware that there is no air conditioning. However, the tall windows in the living area and in the bedrooms can be opened and provide cooling breezes. There are reciprocating fans in each bedroom to help cool you off. We were there in a hot period, and it was a little uncomfortable at night, but not too bad. Outside the bedroom windows is a quiet courtyard that is private to the residents of the block, so having those windows open was pleasant. The apartment is on the first floor as Parisians count (second floor to Americans), so having the windows open allows you to see and hear the street traffic without people seeing in. The street is relatively quiet, so it is mainly people walking and talking that you hear. Across the street is the "Science Po," a college of science and politics, and there are guards in front of its door through the day, which adds to the feeling of security. The building is secured by two doors that you open with a 4-digit code, so it is very secure. The elevator is small, or you can take the stairs easily. The surrounding area of Saint Germaine Des Pres provides pleasant walking, lots of designer boutique shops, other stores, cafes, restaurants, nearby Metro stations. We bought groceries at the nearby magasin, like a convenience store or small grocery, and the wonderful La Grand Epicerie. The fromagerie next to the magasin is a real treat. I highly recommend Savigny if you want a luxury apartment for 6 people in Paris.

The entire group involved with Paris Perfect did a stellar job taking care of our needs. Our greeter did a wonderful job showing us everything about our apartment. We had Paris Perfect line up the Gourmet food walking tour for us. I cannot speak more highly of the way we were shown our neighborhood - the tour guide is very good at what she does. Anyone coming to Paris should do this tour. Thank you again for all that you did for my wife and I!
