Enjoy a beautiful location filled with history where you can relax poolside, savor tasty meals prepared by a private chef, play tennis or explore Lucca and charming small towns in the area. This is a nature-lover's dream if you enjoy hiking, panoramic landscapes, thermal baths, horseback riding or golf which are all within a short drive from the property. If touring historic homes appeals, there are several in the area open to the public during high season.  

The estate, entered through a private gated driveway, is dotted with beautiful olive orchards. There is a shared tennis court on the property. 

The Fresia Villa dates back to the 17th century and was once the home for the some of the families that worked at the estate as well as the stables, ovens and granary. The villa has been carefully restored in recent years to a top standard for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. A rose-covered trellis, beautiful lawns and greenery invite you to dine a fresco or relax by the pool.

Vorno (5 mins driving)
A quiant town just minutes from the Fresia Villa. Perfect for gathering groceries at the local supermarket or dining at one of the many delightful restaurants. Surrounded by hills and trails this is a perfect place to wonder and explore the sights and sounds of the Tuscan countryside.
Lucca (15 mins driving)
Famous for its medieval wall that encircles the city, a wonderful walk or bike ride. Wander the streets to see the piazza that was a roman amphitheater where emperors met. Good dining and shopping.
Pisa (20 mins driving)
Of course, you must visit this great town and climb the leaning tower! The cathedral is excellent. Take a tour. Home of Galileo. Ancient enemy of Florence and source of its salt with the consequence that Florentine bread has not salt, to this day, resulting in many Florentine dishes containing stale bread.
Viareggio (30 mins driving)
This seaside town has several of the longest beaches in Italy. Ejnoy the beautful beaches with iconicly colorful umbrellas and blue sea. Stroll along the palm-lined promenade and exlpore countless boutiques, ice cream parlors and restaurants.
