Enjoy

Only a block away from the Arno river, the cozy, pristine Parione Perfetto apartment is beautifully decorated and perfect for enjoying one of the nicest locations in the center of Florence.

The Parione Perfetto apartment is a cozy, affordable, pristine apartment. It is perfect for enjoying one of the nicest locations in the center of Florence.

Location

You can't get much more central or high-end than this location. The opposite side of the street is lined with noble Renaissance palazzi that overlook the Arno River, including the exclusive, baroque-style Palazzo Corsini. Walk one block and you're at the Arno River, the Ferragamo Museum and the beginning of Via Tornabuoni, the designer shopping district. Or, walk a block or two the other direction and you'll reach Harry's Bar or the luxury Westin Excelsior Hotel. The are many excellent restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The proximity of the Arno river is nice, since it is pleasant to stroll along, to admire the many bridges and views or to reach the Oltrarno side of the river.

Exterior

The building dates back to the Renaissance. There is nothing noteworthy about the exterior or the small lobby area. Stairs up to the apartment are manageable.

Interior

The living room has an L-shaped sofa, a wall of storage cabinets with a flat-screen TV. The TV receives a few English language news channels. High beamed ceilings, cheery furnishings and a sparkling chandelier make this a pleasurable apartment for your home-away-from-home while in Florence. The windows are in the traditional Florentine style, up one step, to look out over elegant Via del Parione which is a narrow street, in authentic Renaissance style.

The kitchen and dining area are in the center of the apartment. Kitchen is small but fully appointed with full size refrigerator, small gas stove, electric oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, pots, pans and dishes. A small flat screen TV is in the dining area.

There are many practical and pretty touches throughout, with nice chandeliers, good storage for a small apartment and ample floor lamps.

by Susan Tucker

Vacation Perfect continues to be our go-to accommodation provider when we travel abroad. Parione Perfetto was conveniently located, comfortable, clean, well equipped and with a reliable A/C that helped battle the 100 degree Florence heat. Our host was there to greet us for our early arrival and willing to assist in any need. Highly recommended if you want a nice stay in Florence.

We greatly appreciate your continued support and we're so thrilled that Parione Perfetto was a perfect fit! The Italy Perfect Team

A 3 minute walk to Piazza Republic, a 2 min walk to Arno, a 5 min walk to piazza Signore and Duomo. You are very centro and well located. Apartment is clean and great for a couple. There is a 2nd BR w a double mattress but it is on the small side. Living room has great seating area with a large L shaped sofa. Kitchen is small but doable. All in all would recommend someone to stay there.[Thank you so much for your great review! We are delighted that you enjoyed your stay with us. The Italy Perfect Team.]

Parione Perfetto Review

Comfortable centrally located apartment within walking distance of duomo and Arno River. Our greeter was very friendly and showed us on a map all of the locations of the major sites. We went to a restaurant she recommended Antica Restaurant di Cambi . She carefully explained all of the features of the apartment and how to work the appliances. The area is very quiet at night. Nearby are lovely shops, many restaurants and just across the Santa Trinita bridge is a good grocery store. I would recommend booking with Italy Perfect. Parione Perfetto Review

We absolutely loved our stay in our apartment. So perfectly furnished and located that it was the perfect place to start and end our day while we stayed in Florence. The apartment was clean, well lit and very relaxing with everything you needed for the week. We were welcomed with a wonderful food and drink package that lasted thru the week. Having a washer and dryer was a welcome treat mid way through the week. We were so centrally located just steps from everything Florence had to offer, we even had our favorite restaurant and coffee shop located a few steps from the door. The hostess is also a art tour guide so we got great advice on what to see and where to eat that worked out perfectly. We are so pleased we stayed there and can’t wait to return to our favorite city in Italy! [Thank you so much, we are delighted you enjoyed your stay! The Italy Perfect Team]

Parione Perfetto Review

by Kim
I was lucky enough to stay at Parione Perfetto in late August. The apartment was amazing! Temperatures averaged above 100 degrees the week we were there and the AC worked great. The location was amazing, you could walk anywhere within 5-10 minutes! It was meticulously kept and the welcome gift was such a nice touch! The wifi had no issues and there was satellite TV with quite a few American channels. I can't say enough about the staff at Italy Perfect, they were so helpful and responsive to all of my questions about where to go and get certain items! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation in Florence! [Thank you Kim, we are delighted you enjoyed your stay! The Italy Perfect Team]

Things to See & Do

Ponte Vecchio (7 mins Walking)
Awesome ancient bridge over Florence's Arno river that has survived 800 years. Famous for the shops of goldsmiths along its length.
Uffizi Gallery (8 mins Walking)
One of the greatest museums in the world. The defining collection of Renaissance art. A tour is recommended.
Accademia (9 mins Walking)
Home of the original David by Michelangelo, his dramatic Bound Slaves and a very nice museum.
Duomo (9 mins Walking)
Florence's famous and glorious cathedral, Santa Maria del Fiore, beautiful to gaze at since the 1300s. Don't miss and, if you can, read about -- then visit the amazing dome by Brunelleschi erected without scaffolding!
Piazza della Repubblica (9 mins Walking)
A great piazza of Florence. The shape reflects its role as the forum in Roman times. Now it has fine palaces and a triumphal arch and colonnaded sidewalks. You will see street artists, impromptu musical performances and a colorful merry-go-round. Glitterati in the fancy cafes.
Pitti Palace (9 mins Walking)
The famous Medici family's home, it is a large museum with many fascinating galleries. It opens to the large Boboli gardens that may be visited separately. I the origin of the Vasari Corridor, an enclosed, protective "bridge" between the palace and the Medici offices at the Uffizi.
Piazza della Signoria (11 mins Walking)
Center of power of Florence since ancient times with the David statue by the Palazzo Vecchio, the ancient seat of government, and the loggia of dramatic statues each of which has a story about politics and power. Imagine the Bonfires of the Vanities here and the triumphal return of the Medici.
