La Rosetta Villa

If your dreams of a Tuscany vacation include stunning views of vineyards, enjoyable times relaxing in a large luxury villa, lounging poolside, enjoying excursions throughout the Chianti and Greve regions of Tuscany, then La Rosetta is the perfect villa for you. We find this villa is especially good for a diverse group with accommodations in two homes grouped together. You may rent for up to 14 guests in 7 bedrooms or up to 18 with the 2 bedroom Cottage. The Villa and cottage are not rented separately.

Luxury inclusions are a welcome hamper with fruit and local products and a mid-week linen and towel change. Daily breakfast and housekeeping available with advance arrangement and payment. Chef service is available. Private gym with hammam. 6 mountain bikes.

Location

Ideally positioned in the desirable Chianti region, La Rosetta is located between the famous towns of Greve and Panzano in Chianti, both about a 15 minute drive. Explore wineries, scenic villages, Siena and Florence all an easy drive. The villa is located on a large, fine estate yet is very private, set back from the main road about 2 kilometers, a 5 minute drive on unpaved road.

Exterior

Relax on the terraces and around the pool or ramble the vineyards, olive orchards and woods that surround this well maintained, fully restored farm house. 

Interior

The living room with fireplace is cozy for lounging during cooler weather. The large country eat-in kitchen is where you can gather to enjoy preparing meals or appreciate the service of a local chef.

There is a den on the ground floor with banquette seating and a TV. 

The convenience of en suite bathrooms and the roomy layout and multiple lounging areas make La Rosetta fit for a crowd, so bring the family and friends on your wonderful Tuscan holiday.

The cottage is not far from the main farm house. On the ground floor a full and very comfortable living room with fire place and grand piano. On the second floor 2 bedrooms and baths.

Accessibility/Security: There are no alarms for the pool, guests are fully responsible for safety of all.

Location: The property is rented to one group at a time.

Utilities/Taxes: Heat and A/C dates on/off and daily cycles are set by government. Heat paid locally €350/week.

Payment: Upon reserving, 30% of the total rent is non-refundable.

€1000 damage deposit, refundable less damages, pre-authorized on a credit card.

Booking period: High and Mid season rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Shorter stays may be possible for other seasons, please request.

Extra Service: Daily breakfast service and housekeeping available with advance arrangement. 3 hours. Chef service. Reserve in advance.

Check in/check out: Check in 3:30 to 7:30pm, by appointment. Check out 10:00am.
