A delightful flat in a lovely safe neighborhood within walking distance to everything that works well when staying in London. The central line is just a five-minute walk; as is a huge new shopping mall. The flat had all of the things necessary to make our stay feel just like home. There were two modern bathrooms; two bedrooms with comfy mattresses; TV's throughout for those that need them and every kind of coffee maker known to mankind! We would all rent this flat again when we return to London. Thank you to the owners and to our greeter and housekeepers whom all did such a fine job.

We had a really wonderful stay in the Gladstone apartment. We were 2 couples traveling together, spending a week in London, and the Gladstone was a perfect choice for us. The apartment is very modern and very well maintained, and extremely well appointed. After several weeks in hotels, we really enjoyed our stay in the Gladstone! The apartment was very thoughtfully appointed, with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. We also really appreciated the welcome basket, which had basics like tea, sugar, milk, etc as well as several goodies. The dishwasher had detergent tablets, and the washer did too. Unlike some places we have stayed, we did not need to run out for some basic things, but could just settle in and enjoy ourselves! The 2 bedrooms had lots of closet space, and while not huge, were extremely comfortable, as well as tastefully decorated. We really enjoyed our stay and the service, and would recommend London Perfect and the Gladstone apartment to anyone!

Well appointed ground floor 2 bedroom apartment in Shepherds Bush. Very close to Shepherds Bush tube station which is on the main central London line. Down the end of the street are a good Italian restaurant a basic persian restaurant and a dent convenience store. Next to Shepherds Bush station is Westfield with a large Waitrose supermarket and across the road from the station is a smaller shopping centre with a Morrisons supermarket and a Fitness First gym which is quite good. Holland Park shops ( 1km away) offers some more restaurants and 2 good wine shops. Further on from here is a good pub The Mitre that does good pub food. Further walks to Kensington or Notting Hill give more options. A good location and a very good apartment.

Location is perfect and the apartment is great, even with 3 friends staying there was plenty of room. My only complaint would be the lack of a safe in the apartment. With a lot of international guests staying it would make it easier to store passports and tickets etc without the worry of safety.

We stayed in Gladstone in December and were very pleased with the apartment. It is an easy walk to the Underground and there are buses that stop even closer, so getting around is quite convenient. And yet the neighborhood feels calm with lots of trees and cute homes. There are very few stairs, just half a level down. The apartment decor and furnishings have a really nice vibe to them - modern, but comfortable. The bed was VERY comfortable. And even though the bedrooms have windows facing a pretty busy road (You can't see the road due to being half a level down.), there wasn't enough street noise to be a problem for sleeping. And I'm typically a very light sleeper. We also really enjoyed the heated floors. We had a couple of raw days weather-wise and it was nice to come "home" and stand on toasty tile while making some tea.

The Gladstone is a lovely apartment, and was perfect for the three of us. It was bright and spacious and very well fitted out. The area was quiet, pleasant to walk in, and within easy reach of grocery stores and shops. We used the tube and buses for the entire week we were there and and found the location to be perfect. So highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay (Oct/Nov) in the Gladstone apartment! We found the apartment to be clean and as pictured in the photos online. Two full bathrooms with excellent showers! The location is great-easy walking distance to the tube station, grocery, and in a very quiet neighborhood. The team from London Perfect was quick to respond throughout the process and we did appreciate the extra information provided by them for things to see and do in and around London. Thank you!

Charming apartment, quiet and equipped with all necessities. It was a great location especially enjoyed our walks at Holland PK. Just a note, a functional clothes iron and as well as a grocery cart trolley would have been nice. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable stay.

We enjoyed the Gladstone apartment. It was perfect for our family of 5. Plenty of room to move around and the 2 bathrooms were nice. It was great to have the kitchen available for breakfast or just snacks and the living area to rest in after long days of site seeing. The apartment was clean and well maintained. The apartment is conveniently located near both bus and train stops. We found the buses especially useful. Seems you can get almost anywhere in London on a bus.

We enjoyed our stay. I normally look to give both the positives and the negatives (constructive critiques), but in this situation, there wasn't really any downsides. The flat is a downstairs unit with a great location. A mega, upscale mall and Shepard's Bush station are about 2 blocks away. It took about 20-25 minutes to get anywhere (downtown, etc.). The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and the furniture was nice. There were four of us adults and it worked very well for 10 days. The TV was nice (we especially enjoyed a show called "Come Dine With Me"). A nice dining room table, sofa, etc. Bathrooms were nice and modern something we always enjoy. We didn't end up really using the sound system, heated floors or other nicknacs. If you're looking for a nicer place, with a location that is near a station, I don't think you'll regret your choice of this location. The reserving and deposit return went without incident.

We loved staying at Gladstone while visiting our son. It was our first trip to London. THe location was very convenient to buses, the Tube, Waitrose (groceries), and Westfield mall (restaurants and shopping). It was about 10 minutes on the Tube or 15 on the bus to get to Buckingham Palace. The apartment was just as pictured on the website and very clean. Beds were comfortable and there was a lot of closet space in both bedrooms. Our daughter was traveling with us, so we were happy to have two full bathrooms. Loved the heated floors and towel racks in the master bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed to eat breakfast in and to cook in, in the evening as needed. We especially appreciated the washer /dryer to do a load of laundry. One comment from a US coffee drinker -there is a French press coffee pot in the kitchen! The only negative thing I can say is that the hot water depleats after two showers, but this wasn't an issue once we staggered our shower times. London perfect was wonderful to work with. Our flight was delayed, but they met our daughter and showed her the ins and outs of the apartment at checkin. They answered emails promptly when we had a question. We would definitely stay at this apartment and would work with London perfect again.

First, the Gladstone is a beautiful property in a very nice area of London. It is close to a large shopping center, bus stops and tube stations. It was a great location. The apartment itself, is very spacious and well appointed. Everything you could possibly need was there. On our first full day in London our Aunt had a medical emergency and my daughter had a crazy ambulence ride to Charing Cross hospital during rush hour traffic. Our Aunt was very ill and remained in Intensive Care almost a week; she was in the hospital about 6 weeks before she was discharged to go back home to the states. When our reservation at the Gladstone was over, the owner made arrangements for us to stay an additional 5 days as we had nowhere to go and couldn't leave her there in the hospital alone. They were absolutely on top of everything at London Perfect; any questions or requests we had were taken care of immediately. I would highly recommend staying specifically at the Gladstone, but I am sure any of their properties are just as beautiful and well run as the Gladstone was. I understand they have properties all over Europe and hope to stay at others in the future!

We stayed for 11 nights in this apartment and it worked out perfectly. The apartment looked just like the pictures - very spacious and clean. I admit that after looking at Google street view, I was a little concerned, as the street looks a little shabby and the apt backs up to a very busy road. But the street turned out to be very quiet and safe, and the apartment is very well insulated so no worries about the street noise (or any other noise for that matter). I especially appreciated the closet space, fully stocked kitchen, TVs in every room, heated bathroom and kitchen floors, air-conditioning, proximity to buses and tube, and inviting oasis at the end of busy sight-seeing days! My only suggestion to London Perfect would be to include a day or two of maid service!

This flat was FABULOUS! We were a family of five, including three teenagers, and the neighborhood and floor plan were just perfect. The neighborhood felt very real (not touristy at all, which we loved) and safe. Such an easy walk to shopping, pubs/cafes and the underground. Not a single negative, HIGHLY recommend, and we are very picky Americans!!!

Great spot! We stayed at the Gladstone with our teenage boys (15 & 13) for 12 days while touring London. The set up of the Gladstone was perfect because we could close off the bedrooms while the boys got some extra sleep and my husband and I had coffee and started to plan the day's activities. We ate breakfast in everyday because there was a market close to the Shepard's Bush tube station where we picked up food for the next morning as we came "home" at night. From the market, it is a 5 - 10 minute walk back. A couple of nights we decided to eat dinner in too - an excellent option for some down-time. The bedrooms and bathrooms are good sized. The beds are very comfortable. There is plenty of space for getting ready with some privacy. We were well-rested and ready to start the day. Highly recommend you stay at the Gladstone if you want to tour London with good access to the tube, but in a neighborhood setting.

Really big apartment! Our two boys (age 16, twins) had plenty of space to spread out. Bathrooms were top notch! Loved the heated floors (especially as our first week of April was literally freezing in London)! Very comfortable beds, even the sofa bed was the best we've ever experienced...not your typical pull out sofa bed. Kitchen very nice. Location was great; 15 minute walk to Portobello Road market, 5 minute walk to tube. Tons of buses just around the corner. Grocery and major shopping mall also next to tube station (Shepherd's Bush). Super convenient! Neighborhood had very quiet family appeal. A bit of road noise in back of apartment, but that was generally diminished by 9pm. Lovely stay.

We loved the Gladstone almost as much as we loved London! The only thing to add would be a curtain on the front door so our 10 year old would feel more comfy sleeping in the living room (We are on it! - LP). Other than that it was the perfect place to stay for our family of five!

It was a great apartment. Comfortable, well laid out, good appliances and all the right equipment. Brand new. It took us awhile to figure out how everything worked....abit more hi tech than we are! WE were there in a very dark rainy period, but that made it very cozy. I imagine that the warmer weather would be nice when all the doors, front and back are open./ Wonderful location near Holland Park. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable and well decorated apartment. Between Sherpard's Bush, for stores, shopping and restaurtants (Westfield Mall is amazing!) and Holland Park with lovely streets and homes: and a beautiful Park as well. Convenient bus 96 and subway to London Center (Regent & Oxford Streets). Great way to pass a stay in London.

We four Americans loved staying here. The apartment is exceptionally clean - everything sparkled! The beds are comfortable too. The kitchen is great, we especially liked the induction stove top. There was plenty of hot water for bathing. Thank you for trimming the pesky rose bushes providing light for our late nights, we think the motion detector lights in front are very helpful. Having a whole series of electric outlets under the desk is brilliant. This location is quite nice, and we really appreciated the privacy and extra room the flat provided. Thank you very much.
