Following major surgery I felt my family and I deserved a few days in our capital city. We've stayed in many hotels previously (5 Star Hotels including Royal Horseguards, Intercontinental, Hyatt Regency Churchill) but this topped them all. From the beginning to the end nothing was too much trouble for the support team. The property itself is wonderfully situated in a quieter part of London and is a beautiful mews house with everything you need. We intend to go back to London again in 2021 and I will certainly be checking to see if this property or perhaps one of the other London Perfect properties are available. I would have no hesitation in recommending London Perfect to any of my friends and family.

The Eldon was a very appropriate place for our family of seven to stay. The apartment is well equipped and decorated to feel very home like. The very comfortable and charming location is perfect and close to most everything you need when traveling. Our greeter, Nadia, was exceptional and very accommodating in every way, even returning with additional keys that we needed with the amount of people we had. Would definitely book again on return to London.

Eldon was a beautiful air conditioned apartment! The staircase was a little tight for big bags so we had to leave several downstairs. The view was lovely looking at the church and the exquisite flowers along the wall in the mews. Could even hear the concerts at Hyde Park while sitting outside. Peaceful and quiet area of busy London. Would definitely use your company on future trips!

We stayed in the Eldon with 4 adults and 2 children aged 10 and 8. The location of the apartment is great with good access to the tube and groceries/restaurants. The apartment is located on a beautiful mews and is very quiet. The kitchen is adequate for light cooking and dining table is tight but workable. The bedding was great. The bathrooms were fine. We did have problems with the dryer and it never did work right during our stay. They tried to fix it but issue was never resolved during our stay. With this exception, we can easily recommend this apartment for a future stay.

We had a wonderful Spring Break in London. Began our adventure staying in a hotel and then moved to London Perfect Eldon apartment for the majority of our stay. Everyone we dealt with at London Perfect were so helpful and thorough. Our stay was very comfortable and loved how peaceful and quiet being on the mew was. The kitchen was perfectly appointed, and we ate in 2 of the 4 nights. Bedrooms were very comfortable with beautiful linens and decor. The mattresses were a bit soft for our sleep preferences but that is a personal thing. Great Location to the Tube stations and great shopping and dining just a block away.

High standard apartment in calm area and we could not have asked for anything more. We where 7 adult guys going for football and sightseeing. All of us are experienced travelers and agreed that this apartment was really nice. Not all loved the beds but it's almost always impossible to get that right. Two bathrooms and a nice living room. 7-10 minutes walk to groceries and underground. If you fly from Gatwick or Heathrow its in the right area of the city and only a few stops from Victoria or Paddington. Plenty of decent restaurants and pubs in the area as well.

We loved our time in London and at Eldon. The location was terrific and the mews lane was very charming. Kensington is a wonderful place to stay, and the access to Gloucester Road, the tube, and the park was fantastic. There were a few items that you may wish to address in the home: - smell was musty and a bit unpleasant but we got used to it after a few days. - master bedroom shower stopped up easily - many issues connecting to Netflix Also, we have greatly enjoyed the concierge service from Paris Perfect in the past and would have loved that for London as well - from booking tours to making restaurant reservations. There was a good bit more legwork for us for London, which was fine but we did love that service you offered Im Paris. Most tours we booked were very nice. Only one felt a waste of money - Tuesday, November 20 with Oliver Wilson. The private half day was meant to tour us through Tower of London, Tower Bridge, the Shard and Borough Market. Oliver was nice but offered minimal help other than escorting us part of the time. The Tower tour was really a brief introduction in a few of the buildings but otherwise self-guided; he left us for the driver to just drive across the Tower Bridge; met us at the Shard but didnt go up with us, waiting in the lobby; and then just dropped us at Borough Market without any tour of it. We spent about 600 pounds for his tour but all of us felt like it was a complete waste of money. And part of the reason we booked it was to avoid line times at the Tower - which it turns out, wouldnt have been possible anyway. Thankfully, the lines were minimal the day we went. Again, he was nice enough, but very difficult to hear and we felt his service was a waste of money. Otherwise, other tours were good. Hope this feedback is helpful. Thanks for another perfect trip!

The Eldon was perfect in all respects. A beautifully done carriage house on a quaint and quiet Mews street. In a very nice residential area, but only a 5 minute walk to Gloucester Road with its restaurants, bakeries and other commercial stores. An equally short walk to the Underground and the Victoria & Albert Museum. We have stayed for the past 7 years in Paris Perfect apartments in Paris and this was our second stay in London with London Perfect -- though Paris remains our first love, the London Perfect homes/apartments in London are superior to those in Paris. Additionally, the London Perfect Staff are remarkable and extremely responsive and helpful. They reflect and set a very high standard for customer service and support. A trip to London only can be enhanced and made more memorable by doing it through London Perfect.

6 adults and one toddler had a fabulous vacation using this mews apartment as our base for exploring London. Quiet location, on charming lane, but in the heart of Kensington. Easy walk to groceries, underground, parks and museums. Exceptionally clean and as pictured. Compact kitchen, but with all necessities; we ate in often (we did have a toddler!) and cooked nice meals for ourselves. Linens and towels top quality. London Perfect (apt. manager) delightful to work with - no issues with any arrangements and they assisted with some special requests as well. We'd recommend without reservation to our friends.

Beautiful mews house set in a cobbled street bordered with gardens; private, quiet, and minutes -- walking! -- from restaurants and shopping in the heart of Kensington as well as Hyde Park. The house is fully equipped with every necessity and many conveniences. Cooking and entertaining are easy. We shared the house with extended family members here for a wedding, and enjoyed late night wine in the living room and early morning coffee at the cafe a block away. Crisp embroidered sheets and comfortable beds and lots of space to be together -- we all loved it. London Perfect staff were fully attentive, prompt, polite, friendly all during our stay and after (we forgot a couple of things). This was our third London Perfect stay and each has been spectacular.

We had an excellent stay at the Eldon in London. The location was very convenient to all the sights, and the proximity to Kensington Gardens made for some wonderful afternoon walks in the beautiful park. The Eldon itself was really great with nice cool air conditioning which was much appreciated during our warm London stay. We were happy to be met by Ellen when we arrived. Her tutorial on the neighborhood and tour of the flat really helped to orient our group. The flat was well equipped and stylishly furnished. We could not have asked for a better place to stay!!

We had a wonderful time, felt very much at home in the lovely Kensington neighborhood! London Perfect thought of everything, the apartment was well stocked for our arrival, and the team was very helpful every step of the way. Our greeter made sure we knew where to find everything in the apartment, and provided spot-on recommendations for neighborhood restaurants. The apartment was very spacious for our family of four. Our daughter loved the color and treatment of her bedroom walls, and wants to replicate it in her NYC apartment! Look forward to a return London visit within the year.

The Eldon was wonderful! The neighborhood is VERY nice and the Eldon is a 5-minute walk from Kensington Park, Gloucester Road tube station, Waitrose grocery store, and Kensington High Street. The Eldon is lovely and more than accommodated our family of 3. We loved having 2 showers, laundry, and a TV in every bedroom. The full kitchen was great and we went to Waitrose nearly every day coming home from the station. There are several excellent restaurants in the neighborhood and the neighborhood is very quiet. The wall bordering the church across the mews was being worked on while we were there but we never noticed the workers, they made no noise. We had our driver take us to the Eldon from Heathrow and back at the end of our stay. He is prompt and drives a very nice car. It was so nice to get off our red-eye flight and have him waiting at baggage. Our greeter welcomed us at the Eldon and then touched base again via email the next day and midway during our stay. She was excellent and thorough. I liked that the house was stocked with everything we needed: dishwasher soap, laundry soap, paper towels, toiletries, hairdryer. The trick for charging your iPhone if you don't have an international charger: use the USB port on the clock radio with your cord! We will definitely stay at a London Perfect property again.
