What a wonderful apartment this was to come back to throughout our stay! Convenient and quiet location, and friendly neighbours that we barely saw. We arrived very early in the morning, and had been resigned to waiting at a cafe for a few hours until we could get the keys for the apartment. However the staff were in touch as soon as we arrived, and our greeter was able to meet us at the apartment straight away. He was very friendly, and showed us around the lovely apartment while giving us lots of very useful information for our stay. The welcome touches of coffees, jams, juice and prosecco were very much appreciated, and made the whole stay that much nicer. Could not have asked or hoped for better accommodation or more helpful staff!

We just had the best family vacation ever! The city of London was amazing, the weather was perfect (only 1/2 hour of rain in nine days) and the cozy Churchill apartment was "London Perfect". What a great location in Chelsea, just a short walk to the West Brompton or Earl's Court stations. The ideal size for my wife and our two boys. Beautifully decorated, very "English". Lushi transportation service to and from the airport was spot on and Sax did a super job with our orientation. We can't say enough about London Perfect. The communication and treatment from your staff was excellent. We'll be back to London and will definitely be back at the Churchill. Thanks again for helping to make our trip truly memorable! We stayed at churchill for 6 nights. We had our two adult children with us. We marveled at how cozy we were. We never felt like the space was too small even though being from the U.S. was smaller than we are used to. We found the best restaurants in waking distance on Fulham Street. Goat and Hollywood Arms. The tube stop was close enough ten minute walk. The apartment is decorated so nicely it contributes to the comfort level. The bed in the master is a full so be aware of that and there is no toilet in the master bath. I would recommend London Perfect to anyone wanting a authentic stay in London, however none of the hiccups that can come from renting from a air b and b. We had great communication with the office and transportation to and from airport was spot on.

We had a wonderful time, everything was perfect. The location and size of apartment couldn't have been better. There was three of us, we had plenty of space. Proximity to the tube, grocery and restaurants was so easy! Staff couldn't have been better, so helpful and responsive!

My two daughters (ages 9 and 12) and I had an absolutely delightful stay at London Perfect's Churhchill property. The property was immaculate albeit small. But, it has lovely character and is very well maintainted. The greeter was thorough and provided very helpful information. He also responded promptly to my email when I had a couple of questions about operating the master bedroom television. The concierge was also incredibly responsive when we asked questions about recommended restaurants, etc. The neighborhood is absolutely adorable. We strolled and explored nearby stores and restaurants everyday. I'd definitely recommend Churchill for a small family.

We had a wonderful stay in London at the Churchill apartment. London Perfect stocked a few staples in the refrigerator for us which was really nice. They also had a greeter meet us at the apartment which was a very nice feature. He was very engaging and gave us some suggestions as to neighborhood finds. I will definitely use London Perfect in the future whether in London or Paris or other cities.

This was our second time using London Perfect, and as before, the customer service was excellent. The apartment itself was not quite as nice as the one we had previously, and there were a few things lacking like shampoo, conditioner (there was body lotion in the shower??). Plus the drains were incredibly slow despite constant cleaning. I notified LP of this and I am certain they will fix that! The location (near Earl's Court tube stop) was fantastic, and the cozy apartment was perfect for our family of 4. We were very comfortable and very happy.

Our family of four (9- and 11-year old kids) stayed in The Churchill for a week in March 2015. The kids liked their cozy bedroom, but note the apartment is quite small (all four of us could not be in the living room together at the same time, and the living room/kitchen/dining room are all together in a very small front room). Bathrooms were well appointed although, again, small. Nearest subway is Earl's Court, which is about a 15-minute walk -fine for us although those with small kids might find this too far. Conveniently located M and S take-away food place (plus a wine store) right outside subway which was great for grabbing things quickly when we were too tired to go back out for dinner. NOTE that the apartment is located between two very busy streets, so there is a significant amount of road noise in the apartment. Definitely book driver Lushi for transport - so easy to be picked up by someone who has keys to the apartment!

We could have not been happier in this wonderful 2 bedroom flat. the location was perfect within walking distance of the main tube line and great access to the bus system. We were greeted at the apartment with someone from London Perfect. He was great. Filled us in on everything we needed to know about the apartment and the surrounding area. We only had a slight issue with water pressure (a blown fuse) but one phone call and the problem was recified in only a few hours. The place itself was updated and clean. The beds were super comfortable and the pillows were amazing. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us. The bathrooms were clean and modern and the shower heads produced good water pressure. Loved the property and thanks for all the special attention. IT was an amazing place and location.

Our stay in London was fabulous! The Churchill apartment is located closer to Chelsea than Kensington but in a lovely, residential area. For walkers and runners, you are within a half mile on the Thames which gives you feel for where you are in the city and a nice running path. The apartment is equipped with everything you will need. The kitchen is small but functional and we loved having a washer and dryer. There are two full bedrooms with very comfortable beds. The apartment was clean and really quiet at night. You are only a few tube stops away from Buckingham Palace, Harrods, and many other fabulous sites. The Earl's court tube stop is closest to the apartment and there is a really nice grocery store on the way home. We would absolutely choose this apartment again! Please, make your stay easy and use the driver Lushi. He is wonderful, knowledgable and professional. He picked us up on time at the airport and took us to the apartment and gave us the keys so we were all set. He is well worth the cost!

What a lovely apartment! Very cozy and user friendly. Had a fantastic time, we couldn't wait to get home after a busy day and preferred to make dinner in the kitchen and spend our evenings in this home away from home.

We were so pleased with our Paris Perfect apartment last year that we gave London Perfect a try. Like its Paris counterpart, the Churchill had been redone with a light, airy touch and all mod cons including a washer/dryer and dishwasher. The location near the Earl's Court tube stop makes navigating around London easy. We had fun exploring nearby Fulham Road's shopping and restaurants. We were happy the London Perfect delivered as well as its Paris sister!

5 senior sisters...Loved it. Greeter, Ed was so patient and kind helping us old gals settle in and got us running with the internet with a mini lesson on each of our wifi devices. He was there within half an hour of being called to fix a blown breaker that disabled the washer and drier. Such a nice young man. The apartment was beautiful, functional, and in a nice neighborhood. I most definitely would stay here again.

It was a wonderful stay at Churchill in Autumn 2013. The layout of the flat was very practical for us, with the teenagers in the cosy little room with single beds and lots of privacy in master bedroom with its own bath. For its size, the place was so practical and comfortable. Delightfully decorated as all London/Paris Perfect apartments have proven to be. The location, within walking distance of Earl's Court tube station was perfect. We ended up walking a lot in the area (King's rd, South Kensington), but the access to public transport makes life very easy. Feel like a local and still live in luxury in London.

We stayed in the Churchill with my 3 & 4 yr old and my mother (3 adults total). The apartment was perfect. It was big enough to accommodate us all comfortably. Everything was nice and clean. It was super cute! We were able to wash clothes daily which was perfect with two little ones. The location is good, on a nice residential street. I felt perfectly safe taking my two kids for walks at night. Nice neighborhood. The apartment really did have everything we needed. It was just perfect!

I was very pleased with the accomodations and service provided by London Perfect. We stayed at the Churchill apartment. It was very clean, just as avertised on the website. The apartment was modern with updated appliances, bathrooms and very comfortable beds. The apartment was a great place to call home for the week! London Perfect was very helpful all during the process. They ware quick with information and responses to questions before we arrived. They arranged for travel from and to the airport. They met us at the apartment and walked through everything - and were available and reponsive all during our stay. I would highly recommend London Perfect when planning your next trip.

What a delightful stay we had in Churchill! Thank you London Perfect. It is a spacious and beautiful apartment located close to the tube in a relative quiet neighborhood. We had delightful visits around the kitchen table while preparing homemade dinners. I loved picking up unusual Christmas gifts in the local antique shops and quirky stores. After a full sightseeing day in London it was welcoming to come back "home" to Churchill.

Our family of four rented the Churchill from London Perfect. The description was accurate, apartment was nicely remodeled, comfortable, clean and fully equipped. The description was accurate, and the company was very helpful answering our questions. We would recommend this apartment and plan on renting it again. The location in was convenient and many restaurants and shops nearby. The company provided an excellent packet of information with everything we needed to get started -- from neighborhood information to tips on what to visit, local restaurants shopping etc. We were met by a friendly young man named Ed who explained how everything worked and gave us lots of tips on local restaurants, getting around. Best of all, they gave us a map and list of the nearby tube and especially the red London buses! Buses are the only way to go! They run every few minutes; we would hop on, sit back and relax while seeingLondon from the upper deck; cheaper than expensive bus tours! Buses run every ten minutes and accept the same tickets as the tube. Went everywhere on them from Buckingham Palace to the Tower of London, Museums, Oxford Street and Big Ben. We found the location very convenient and daughters loved shopping on Fulham Road and the Kings Road. We would definitely stay here again.

Thank you for a great stay! The property is perfectly located in close proximity of a tube station. We were able to get around easily where we wanted to be in London for sightseeing and shopping. I love the decor in the house - it felt so much like home and all the necessary amenities in this property made our stay so convenient. The fully equipped kitchen was a pleasure to use as well. We are already planning our next trip to London and we'll most definitely be booking through London Perfect again!
